Neat and clean. Walking distance to both convention Anaheim and Disneyland. Free parking is a plus! Cons, a little old however clean and comfy overall! The buffet next lobby looks very nice. I didn't get chance to try due to busy convention. Should try next time!

Hotel needs some refreshing, but for the price and convenient location, it was fine. Front staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. We arrived at noon and they gave us our room early so we could sleep, given we had been up since 4 am. We were pleasantly surprised that there was no charge for parking.

The hotel feels clean and fairly well maintained. There was some internal construction work going on during our stay but it didn't bother us too much, just not very attractive. At least they're putting in the effort to make any necessary improvements. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was very nice and plush. There were obvious signs of wear on some of the bedding that should probably be replaced but it didn't affect the comfort. The room itself was very large. We had a family room w... Read more

Wifi didn't work at all in our room, and there was a funny smell, I think due to the renovations close by (rm 225). The hotel was doing a remodel during our stay. For two days water was shut off between 11 - 4 PM so it didn't really impact our stay, except housekeeping had to come in early to get rooms clean. Our room hadn't been remodeled yet..needed some TLC. Every tourist knows that Americans can be a bit over the top when it comes to engaging and being friendly. I don't mind. The staff at this Hotel showed that they appreciate their workplace. They do love their job. The room was okay, not the best when it comes to the linnen (could use a new set) and closet still shows that a carpet used to be there, on the shelve. That's in the details. We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. The room was very clean and the front desk staff always greeted us and were extremely helpful with directions. Every employee we ran into was so nice. The restaurant has a nice breakfast buffet that is very reasonably priced. There is also a little strip mall next door that has a bunch of restaurants and a cool little souvenir shop. Plus, there is also a CVS close by as well. About a 10 minute walk to the Convention Center and Disneyland.

beside the comfort of the beds ( and yes that is truly important), this had to be one of the worse stays in a long time. Terrible wifi, non existent "business" lounge. Front desk people who barely acknowledge you. Construction (which I understand has to be done, if you want to upgrade your hotel) zone on the same floor as guests. No separation between the two. If you are going to renovate, why not close the floor, or at least the section you are working on.

My first review but felt it was necessary. I just stayed here for 6 nights during a conference and I cannot remember the last time that I encountered a more friendly and kind front desk staff. All day and every day, smiles, hellos, how can we help, how was your day...they even remembered your name in most occasions. Properties of all levels, even up to 5 stars, can learn a lot from this operation and the great, consistent experience that these front line people provide to their guests.

The room itself was clean, but could really use a new air filter which was filthy. They are renovating which wasn't a problem since we were out during the day and stayed there on a weekend. The front desk staff was very helpful with questions we had. The restaurant that is attached to the hotel was awful. The breakfast buffet had cereal that was stuck inside the container and couldn't come out. The milk that was set out for the cereal was sour. So definitely don't take a chance of getting sick ... Stacey at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. As far as the rooms, they are a little out dated, wall are thin to where you can hear your neighbors conversation clearly. I'm a light sleeper so wasn't able to sleep due to my neighbors. I would spend a little more just for that reason... to have thicker walls.

Nice hotel, good location. Renovations were being done so dusty and a little noisy. It's good their doing reno's as its pretty dated and our toilet handle was broken so hoping if we stay again all the reno's will be done. Hotel laundry could use a serious update as it was cheaper to go to the laundrymat. I was also dissapointed there was no complimentary breakfast. Hope they change the curtains as they didn't stay together and were also pretty dated.

The staff is really great. But they were renovating most of the rooms (which they needed to do BTW) so there was a lot of dust, noise starting at 9am, and a lot of extras people running around the floors which could make some people uncomfortable. They did have to more us to another room because he AC was broken, but even that wasn't a big deal because the staff is great!
