Neat and clean. Walking distance to both convention Anaheim and Disneyland. Free parking is a plus! Cons, a little old however clean and comfy overall! The buffet next lobby looks very nice. I didn't get chance to try due to busy convention. Should try next time!

Hotel needs some refreshing, but for the price and convenient location, it was fine. Front staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. We arrived at noon and they gave us our room early so we could sleep, given we had been up since 4 am. We were pleasantly surprised that there was no charge for parking.

The hotel feels clean and fairly well maintained. There was some internal construction work going on during our stay but it didn't bother us too much, just not very attractive. At least they're putting in the effort to make any necessary improvements. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was very nice and plush. There were obvious signs of wear on some of the bedding that should probably be replaced but it didn't affect the comfort. The room itself was very large. We had a family room w... Read more

Wifi didn't work at all in our room, and there was a funny smell, I think due to the renovations close by (rm 225). The hotel was doing a remodel during our stay. For two days water was shut off between 11 - 4 PM so it didn't really impact our stay, except housekeeping had to come in early to get rooms clean. Our room hadn't been remodeled yet..needed some TLC. Every tourist knows that Americans can be a bit over the top when it comes to engaging and being friendly. I don't mind. The staff at this Hotel showed that they appreciate their workplace. They do love their job. The room was okay, not the best when it comes to the linnen (could use a new set) and closet still shows that a carpet used to be there, on the shelve. That's in the details. We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. The room was very clean and the front desk staff always greeted us and were extremely helpful with directions. Every employee we ran into was so nice. The restaurant has a nice breakfast buffet that is very reasonably priced. There is also a little strip mall next door that has a bunch of restaurants and a cool little souvenir shop. Plus, there is also a CVS close by as well. About a 10 minute walk to the Convention Center and Disneyland.

beside the comfort of the beds ( and yes that is truly important), this had to be one of the worse stays in a long time. Terrible wifi, non existent "business" lounge. Front desk people who barely acknowledge you. Construction (which I understand has to be done, if you want to upgrade your hotel) zone on the same floor as guests. No separation between the two. If you are going to renovate, why not close the floor, or at least the section you are working on.

My first review but felt it was necessary. I just stayed here for 6 nights during a conference and I cannot remember the last time that I encountered a more friendly and kind front desk staff. All day and every day, smiles, hellos, how can we help, how was your day...they even remembered your name in most occasions. Properties of all levels, even up to 5 stars, can learn a lot from this operation and the great, consistent experience that these front line people provide to their guests.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. We arrived a little early for check-in with no rooms available until much later so they upgraded our room to their sister property next door for immediate check in.

The hotel was very convenient for our trip to Anaheim. 10 minute walk to Disneyland. Clean rooms and excellent staff! Rooms are a little dated but they're doing a renovation. Parking was easy. Didn't try the restaurant. Definitely will stay here again!

We had a late arrival time due traffic & we were welcome, assisted with parking & getting a quick checked in.

The customer service was excellent. But the rooms are too expensive for the quality. The rooms smelled horrible, the toilet had dried feces, and the toilet was broken. The breakfast sold was also expensive for poor tasting food. Disappointed.

Good location, walking distance to Disney, garden walk and close too many restaurants and convenience stores. Beds were comfortable, room on the small side, bathroom and entry way very dated. Good value for price. Currently undergoing renovations.

You are surrounded by restaurants, shops and of course, Disneyland and California Adventure! Everything you need is within walking distance and there are many options close by to eat and shop. The rooms are VERY relaxing and the staff is exceptional!

We had a lovely couple of days at the Ramada Plaza in Anaheim. The rooms were large, the beds comfortable and the staff very friendly and welcoming. It was very clean. It is walking distance to Disneland. There are a lot of food outlets nearby. The hotel was being remodelled when we were there so no doubt it will be better if we go again.

The hotel exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. It is going through some renovations but the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience.we will definitely be back on our next trip to the park.

The room itself was clean, but could really use a new air filter which was filthy. They are renovating which wasn't a problem since we were out during the day and stayed there on a weekend. The front desk staff was very helpful with questions we had. The restaurant that is attached to the hotel was awful. The breakfast buffet had cereal that was stuck inside the container and couldn't come out. The milk that was set out for the cereal was sour. So definitely don't take a chance of getting sick ... The people behind the desk did all that they could to make up for the fact that the hotel every floor!!! were under construction !! major construction!! Had I known when I made the reservation, I would not have stayed there, But again the people did all they could to make our stay as good as it could be.

Stacey at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. As far as the rooms, they are a little out dated, wall are thin to where you can hear your neighbors conversation clearly. I'm a light sleeper so wasn't able to sleep due to my neighbors. I would spend a little more just for that reason... to have thicker walls.
