The hotel front desk staff was amazing. We arrived way before check in but they were able to accommodate us. The room was just what I was expecting. Great size and the kitchen was such a great thing to have. I don't know if it was because we had an adjoining room next to us, but the walls seemed sort of thin and a lot of sound came from under the front door when anyone was in the hallway. Our room didn't get cleaned while we were there but this was because we would always come back around 2pm fo... Read more

This is my second stay here and once again I am completely satisfied by everything. The people at the desk were friendly and helpful. I loved the Continental Breakfasts -- sipping my coffee and listening to the news. I was impressed by the care that is taken with the maintenance and cleaning of the hotel. I will be back!

The location was fine. It was enough away from Theme Parks to be peaceful but close enough for convenience. Housekeeping never left washcloths or coffee and we constantly had to go to the front desk to ask for some. The cleaning was adequate at best. Breakfast was Little Debbie donuts for the most part and there was no one available even if you wanted to order a hot breakfast. My family's consensus was not to return. Our air conditioner was broken for the last two days and no one fixed it ... Read more

The Disneyland hotels are very expensive. Hotel Pepper Tree is about a 10 minute drive away and costs about a third of the hotels on the Disney property. You don't get to ride the monorail into the park and you can't see the fireworks from your room, but if cost is a consideration, this is a decent alternative. The hotel isn't real appealing from the outside. It's just a multi-story building in the center of a parking lot. Don't let that fool you. The inside is nice. It's a Mexican motif. Our ro... Rooms were spacious and clean. The coffee was never replenished and although we received new towels daily, we didn't receive washcloths and had to ask the front desk for both coffee and washcloths. The location is great. It's an easy drive to Disney. The pool is gorgeous and very clean. The continental breakfast is a joke.....don't waste your time....dried out breads and donuts. My biggest concern was the security. The back entrance door was left open each night we stayed there. I thought perhap... Read more

For the price you can't beat it. Full kitchen, perfect little studio for under $100 a night you can't beat it! Breakfast was simple but good. Fruit, cereal, yogurt, bread and bagels. Just a few minutes from Disney. It's a little diamond in the rough. Neighborhood isn't the best, but you feel safe and comfortable. Beautiful rustic Spanish style hotel. The grounds are pretty, quaint, felt like I was in a Spanish villa. The front desk guys were always friendly, helpful, got what you wanted, i was a little nervous that the doors did not have extra hotel locks, but there was someone at the front desk 24/7, so that sort of mitigated my fears traveling alone.

Nice and close to Disneyland for our son and his family and us the grandparents. Didn't get to use the pool as we were out late every evening. I especially liked having the kitchenette and the Spanish decor. I liked the bathroom and also the room leading to the bathroom with the very large closet to put our suitcases and clothing in so as not to have them strewn around the main living area.

Beautiful place, nice kitchen but too noisy, hard to sleep. Noise easily travels from halls and between rooms due to all-tile flooring. A noise barrier under the door would do a lot to help. Also had a patio light just outside the room that couldn't be turned off and light came into the room at night. Without a mask, I wouldn't have been able to sleep at all. Otherwise, I would've rated much higher.

Have been staying here twice a year for the past 5 years. They are improving their services and everything is great except their breakfast. It could be better- especially the quality of fruits they have. Huge room, big beds, nice equipped kitchen, nice hotel style, proximity to a lot of things by walking although a car is best in Anaheim. Nice staff. The only downside for us was the pool area. It is smaller than the pictures, not a lot of room around the pool so it doesn't fit more than two or three families which take all the place, the chairs, the tables... Our room was large and cosy, and kitchen facilities were OK. Only downside is the breakfast which is served in a nearby restaurant. There food was cheap and the place smelled. Appears completely different from the hotel itself.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Pepper Tree. The staff were very kind and helpful and the hotel amenities were good. I just hadn't worked out properly how far I was from the main part of Anaheim - and being a woman travelling alone felt bit isolated.

The hotel was amazing the beds really comfortable. I liked how clean it was and it was close to disneyland. I will return to this hotel in the nearby future. The pool was also clean and nice to swim in.

Very nice swimming pool and good services. Very close to Disney and there is a super market opposite the street. Most importantly, we have the kitchen to cook what we want to eat. If I had the chance to visit Anaheim again, I will definitely choose it again.

The main purpose of our trip was to be with my dad and to be able to cook the food he is longing for as he is living in an assisted living facility. I called ahead of time as to the importance of having a room for a wheelchaired guest and with sofa. When we checked in, I was told that there is no available room for what I requested. Of course, I was disappointed as I was worried about the safety of my dad. But the front desk was able to handle the disappointment and will hold the room after ... Read more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel a few months ago and enjoyed our stay very much. We are traveling back to the area in september and in december and wanted to book our trips. When I mentioned we will be traveling with a service dog they were quite understanding, but when I asked about the fee the young man told me that I would have to call back on another day to explain to the manager what sort of service dog I have or whatever... This hotel needs to brush up on ADA Laws. I'm pretty bummed ... Read more

Great hotel at a driving distance from Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center and other attractions from the area. The hotel has a rather extensive kitchenette and one can cook or even bake in the room (we had the biggest room at the hotel)! The people working at the front desk were super friendly and quickly responded to any requests. Breakfast was basic but satisfying. If you prefer to have an extensive breakfast, then you can easily cook in the room. There are a lot of grocery stores and rest... Read more
