We decided to head here on a whim during lunch on Friday, we booked the hotel that afternoon and spent all Saturday at Disneyland before coming home Sunday. We arrived late at night, and the staff was quick to get us checked in so we could go to sleep before getting up early for Disneyland the next day. We were in a 2 double bed room, which I'll admit, the beds are smaller than the 2 queens I'm used to. They were comfortable though, and we got a good nights rest. The next morning, we woke up, an... We stayed 4 nights. Comfortable bed, extremely clean and the nights were very quiet for a good nights sleep. Luis checked us in and was very personable and helpful. We kept our car parked at the Hotel and walked everyday to Disneyland, a 14 minute walk, was a well-lit and safe area. We will recommend this to our Family and Friends and will also stay there for future trips.

My husband said that he would stay there again. I vote to go somewhere else. Here are a few things that are note worthy: 1) Hotel is one block from Disneyland, but the entrance is not by the hotel so you still have a nice walk. However, the "Minnie and Friends" tram (which is free) has a pick up and drop off location which will take you to the security gates of both parks. So you will only have to walk about 1/3 of the distance. 2) Rooms are small. This is the smallest hotel room I have ever... Read more

We recently stayed at this hotel for seven nights. This is a great family hotel! The rooms were clean and adequate, with fridges in the room. Pool and grounds were clean and nice. The thing that sets this hotel apart was the amazing, friendly, courteous and accommodating staff. On several occasions staff went over and above to help us. Dining room staff were absolutely wonderful! Whatever management is doing in terms of training their staff is certainly working. The food was very g... Read more

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and I can tell you this. It's one of the easiest hotels to get to and from Disneyland if you don't mind a little walk. It's a easy 1/2 mile to the front gates of Disneyland and it's not very crowded when you are walking. The rooms are cozy with a microwave and a little fridge which makes storing food for meals a breeze. It's nice to be able to make a quick breakfast in your room before heading to the park. And there's a really cute water park right next ... Read more

Big servings. Pizza at night was lovely. Staff were excellent. Easy walk to Disney or you can walk to the Disney car park and catch the trolley car for no charge. Rooms were lovely and clean as well. I am really disappointed in the management of this hotel. We stayed here as a family for 5 days ( Disney trip) and I had my credit card on file. We used the microwave to heat up some bread and it accidentally burned. Someone from the maintainence came and helped us open the window. He came some time later and said everything is fine and closed the window. We cleaned the microwave and except for some slight yellowing that could have been easily taken care of, everything was in perfect condition. ... Read more

Took kids and grandkids to Disney. Daughter booked this hotel and she made a good choice. Staff was very helpful and consultative. Very close to the park and they have a shuttle, albeit it is $5 per person round trip. Rooms were good, has a pool and splash pad. Restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced. We would stay here again.

We spent 4 nights on our trip to Disney. The hotel was perfectly fine for older buildings. The rooms and lobby were current and updated. The bathroom in the room was very small but manageable. It was a 20 minute walk to the Disney back gate. Only down side to the hotels location was the lack of options for restaurants.

We originally booked a room here because it was a great bargain and only one block away from Disneyland. Very convient because there is no need to look or pay for parking at the disney parking lot. Once there we found the building was very clean and staff was courteous. Beds and pillows are comfortable, and pool is relaxing for the children. Highly recommend it!

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. My initial impression, thanks to Luis at the front desk, was great. In fact, everyone of their front desk clerks were friendly and responsive. Another positive was the proximity of the hotel to Disney, which is walking distance. There was ample parking, and they have a splash pad that my 7 year old truly enjoyed. While we did not spend much time in the room, it was our home for 7 days--a home with really crappy WiFi. We stayed in 3106, and must say tha... Read more

With the amount of travel I do for work, I spend more time sleeping in a hotel than sleeping in my own bed. I wish I had more time to review all of the hotels that I've stayed at, some are more deserving of the highlights, but I feel this Holiday Inn should not be missed and here are the reasons why: They are walking distance to Disneyland. The room was clean. The decor a bit old. The staff are okay. Although my daughter lost a hoodie in the room and we notified the front desk, they looked for it but to no avail. Wow, what a place! We are less than a block from the parking entry to Disney and they have free trams and busses that take you right to the gate, plus the rooms!! Very nice, the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they messed up my reservation twice! Then charged my card twice! My wife and I spent one night at this hotel to go to Disney. Check in was simple and the employees were excellent. They were friendly and inviting. The room was fine, nothing amazing but it was clean and the room was quite. Our room was a distance from the lobby due to the hotel having many rooms but it was not an issue. We booked this prior to leaving the UK and glad we did. Its location to Disney is excellent and the hotel itself very good. Check in was quick and efficient and staff friendly. We did not eat breakfast here, got up to go to parks and ate there. We did eat pizza several nights and have to be honest it was excellent. Disney is a 10/15 minute walk from here, leisurely and saves $18 per day by doing so. Parking was included in the booking price and to be honest I thought overall it was a good deal.

The hallway was exceptionally quiet as well which was surprising since the hotel has sold out for the night. We had a very enjoyable two night stay. We will definitely be staying here for our future Disneyland vacations.

This hotel was included in our budget holiday package. The hotel was being updated but our stay wasn't disturbed in any way. Our room was clean and comfortable even thou we were hardly in it. Wifi worked. Loved the pizza from the restaurant and the gift shop was a fun place to last minute shop and get ice cream to go with that pizza.

We [me,my wife and parents] stayed at Holiday Inn,Anaheim for 2 nights during our visit to DisneyLand and California Adventure park in April 2016. Loved the hospitality, room cleanliness and facilities, costs and the food. We had an offer where we got 16$ large pizza plus lemonades free per night as part of the booking. The location is great and you can walk down to Disneyland via MagicWay [takes around 15 mins]. There are quite a few shopping complexes nearby. Staff is friendly and nice and yo... Read more

This was my second time at this hotel and I was pleased once again. Michael, the manager, is "The Man". Without going into detail, he fixed an issue we had immediately when he arrived to work the next morning. We were very greatful. Thanks again Mike???. The suite was very clean. The food at restaurant and service was very good. Customer service in general was great. We enjoyed the short walk to the parks. In order to skip walking through Downtown Disney, if you already have your tickets, you c... Read more

My friends and I booked into this Holiday Inn for a 3 night stay since it was located in walking distance to Downtown Disney/Disneyland and not that far(?) from Universal Studios. (As the traffic flows). I had no complaints with the hotel. Our room was large very clean, and the double queen beds were very comfortable. In the bathroom there was lots of room for a few people to spread their hba's out along with enough towels for the night along with the usual shampoo conditioner etc. Our room ... Read more

Take this as a review from someone who was booked in for business at the convention center - I guess it might be fine as a cheap option for disneyland. It start off with being told a $50 deposit would be taken off my card 'in case I broke anything' which would be paid back if I didn't break anything, but they didn't known how long. I then had to initial about 4 places in various disclaimers. What a lovely welcome! The room was OK, a bit tatty, but big and comfortable. The restaurant and b... Read more

Please kindly indicate if this review is helpful so I know where to focus my future efforts. The Holiday Inn & Suites Anaheim was the property chosen for our 4-day South California trip this month. October seems to be a quieter time if any families can make it out to check Disneyland. Please note although the property is a block from Disneyland, it is still a 20 minute walk of approximately one mile to the entrance (searched it online). The purpose of our trip was for a friend's wedding and as ... Read more

I recently stayed for the first time at this Holiday Inn. I was very surprised by our room. We were given an upgrade to a Spider Man Themed Suite in building 4. We had a very spacious living room, kitchenette and a separate comfy bedroom with 2 beds. The room had spider man decorations, lamps, shower curtain, bedspreads etc. It was very fun. The breakfast buffet was included in our room rate, but you could instead order off the menu up to the price of the buffet. The staff was very nice. ... Read more

My family and I stayed at this hotel from Oct.19 to Oct.25 for our trip to Disneyland. The restaurant staff was amazing and the food was great along with reasonable pricing plus kids eat free! That really helped as Disneyland can get expensive on food and drinks. The room we stayed in had 2 double beds which was okay but room was a little too small. Pool and splash park was great on really hot days. Some reviews wrote 15 minutes to Disneyland but its actually 15 minutes to Downtown Disney an... Read more

This hotel has great staff that are always willing to help you out. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Disneyland/California Adventure gates are only a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel through Downtown Disney, where there is always lots to see and do. We were fortunate to get an upgraded room and got a suite instead of a two queen bed room. This was a nice surprise and was very beneficial to a family of four. It made our vacation and was much appreciated. The restaura... Read more

This property has been my go to for when I visit the Disneyland Resort. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean and welcoming. Not to mention it's super convenient as far as getting to the parks and back, always a quick, cheap Uber or Lyft ride! Will definitely return!

We spent 6 nights here on a recent family trip to Disney. The main plus about this hotel is the close proximity to the parks. We walked everyday to and from. The rooms were clean and comfortable beds. The downsides of the hotel are other than the very pricey downtown Disney restaurants, there is nothing near this hotel. We walked about 25 min to get to Walgreens to buy a case of water and some snacks. Also the rooms are very tiny, smallest hotel I've ever been in. The bedsides were maybe ... Read more

It was good experience to stay in that hotel. The Chinese lady at reception was very welcoming. The facility at the hotel was good. I wished for microwave and fridge for my baby milk to heat and store it was there. Breakfast was good but different variety would have been great!

Hotel is clean. Staff friendly. Meals were only free to children. Food was not good and extremely overpriced, except for pancakes so we ended up hitting the McDonalds which was the best McDonalds we've ever been to, greatly impressed. The shop in the lobby was excellent. The walk to Disney is around the back so not good lighting at night so wouldn't recommend that way unless a big guy was with you and even then it can be scary. Day time is fine and there is a shuttle for a fee. They also charge ... Read more

Hotel needs an update! Felt Dirty and the overall appearance of the room was drab and out dated. Mattress and Pillows were very lumpy! Housekeeping staff was very friendly, but that was only positive about the stay. be prepared to pay over 11.00 a night for parking!!

I came in with my husband for a mini vacation while he had work. This hotel is just down the road from his job walk so we didn't give much thought to how close it was to Disneyland. Turned out to be handy. I had 3 hours to kill with no car. Downtown Disney is only a 10 - 15 minute walk from the hotel, which is a large shopping and dining area outside Disneyland and California Adventure Land main entrances. I never went into the theme park, but had fun shopping and wondering around. As for the h... Read more
