Stayed for 2 nights with a friend for a Disneyland trip. The room was clean and quiet. Large bathroom with great amenities (Bath&Body Works). Fridge + microwave in the room is always a plus. Staff was friendly at check in, which is always appreciated. No complaints! I would stay again in a heart beat.

We had some Hiccups but overall the stay was good. They have a great breakfast and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Our problem was that there was a barking dog next door one night and we didn't get housekeeping services one day. The hotel made it right and all is forgiven. The pool is great. The staff was very nice. The biggest problem with this hotel is the location. While it is close to Disneyland as the crow flies, because of it being on a one-way, dead end street, it's hard to ge... Good value when I got a discounted booking. Close to Disneyland and free parking were two of the criteria I wanted. No free breakfast was one of the downers. The other was that the room size was seemingly very small for a modern hotel. Hotel grounds were very nice and well kept. Rooms and lobby clean. Overall very good.

This location is excellent and the hotel is beautiful. We had a hwy side room and you couldn't hear it at all. We walked to the park rather than shuttled, which we normally do from most hotels but this walk is not bad at even at the end of the day. I'll go back again. I do wish there was a way to walk through the other hotel parking lots rather than clear around the building. Ever step counts when you're Disneylanding it ;)

Recently my family took a vacation to Disneyland. We stayed at the Holiday Inn, it was great! The room was very updated, clean and quiet. I never heard anyone in the hall way. It's perfect for just sleeping, there isn't any place to sit and relax in the room. We had 2 double beds in the room. I would defiantly stay there again.

Very clean, spacious, recently renovated, modern rooms equipped with fridge and coffee maker. Front desk and housekeeping staff warm and helpful. We've stayed at many hotels in the Disney resort area and this is our favorite. Really like the modern decor throughout the lobby and rooms. Room very well laid out. View of the fireworks at night. ART transit extremely convenient with our stop being the only one. Highly recommended.

The hotels restaurant let kids eat free from the kids menu with paying adults meals. The restaurant is pretty good, is a burger spot that offers other times on the menu. They have a breakfast buffet along with breakfast from the menu. Rooms were really nice and provided a fridge that had a small freezer, a microwave, and a coffee pot. Well let me start off by saying what a very nice and clean hotel my wife and I enjoyed it one of the cleanest we stayed in at a Anaheim Disney hotel and we have stayed at a lot of them believe me. The only one negative I could really say is that the beer at the bar was very expensive more than any other hotel we ever stayed at, I'm assuming cause it's vacation season but no worries the hotel has refrigerators so you can buy your own beer and a microwave. We often stay at this hotel when going to Disneyland. Hotel has shuttle to the themes parks, or you can reach it by car, 5-10 minutes of driving. Rooms and bathrooms are in a good condition, and you can open window and enjoy fresh air if you're fed up with loud aircon. Don't pay for the breakfast, it's not always good. On our last stay eggs and bakery were like being 3 days old. And if loundry matters for you - right now it's out of service, so you check it before booking.

Though the hotel is not on the streets bordering Disney, it's not too far away either. The bus line for the Anaheim Resort Transportation or ART that takes you to and from the hotel is super easy, and comes about once every 20 minutes. I believe that after you get on, Disney is the only stop. When you ride from Disney, there maybe one other stop, but basically the bus line is dedicated to the hotels by Holiday Inn, and the stop is at the entrance of Holiday Inn. As for the hotel itself... We only stayed here one night, but it was definitely the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Cali. It seemed pretty new/updated recently and it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and it was centrally located near Disney, the Angels ballpark and lots of food and shopping. Plus, they had a great continental breakfast in the morning :). I stayed here with my daughter when I brought her to Disneyland. Staff is very friendly. Parking at the hotel is free. It is about a mile from Disneyland. We took the ART shuttle back and forth to avoid the parking hassle at DL. Day pass for adults Is $5. It is convenient but runs a bit erratically. We actually came back to the hotel area for lunch and a siesta. Hotel has a very large jacuzzi which was soothing after a long hot day in DL.

This is an excellent hotel with great amenities and a wonderful and extremely helpful staff. It is conveniently located on the ART bus line which is an excellent alternative to driving and parking at the resort. It is currently being freshened so there is some construction going on. the rooms were large, well appointed, clean and comfortable.

New property. Stylishly decorated. Huge room. 10 minute walk tomdisney gates. Nice neighborhood. But the staff here is terrific. We ran over a piece of metal about 50 yards from hotel and our tire was hissing air when we pulled in. The guys at the valet and some sympathetic and helpful. They worked with AAA to get us fixed, checked in and off to the park quickly so our day wasn't ruined. Everyone at hotel was understanding and great. First of all, this hotel is very clean! This hotel is a "good neighbor" hotel, so you can purchase Disney tickets here and other necessities for the parks. It also has an Anaheim Resort Transit(ART) stop right outside. The bus picks up there and takes you directly to the parks. So while this hotel isn't exactly within walking distance from Disney, it is extremely easy to get to the parks from here. This is what I love about the hotel. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the Disneyland bus stops which is where people get off when using Disneyland (off-site) parking. So really easy access to and from the Disneyland park. My room was clean and looked essentially brand-new with new furniture and linen. The continental breakfast was a great start to our day as we were paying for food all day in the park. This hotel could be pretty nice, but the front desk does not care for you or your needs. Most important, this hotel is right on top of the I-5 freeway. Unless you are from New York, you will get no rest at all. The traffic noise is unbearable. There is no water pressure in the rooms for a decent shower. The rooms are small, but since we were awake in the room for maybe a total of 6 hours over the three nights, they were more than sufficient. The bathroom in our room was great - it's rare to have a large, walk-in shower in what most people would consider a value hotel. The hotel is surrounded by a busy freeway and streets, but it was hardly a problem since we were dead tired each night. The burger restauran... Read more

This hotel is just off the freeway. If the parking lot appears full, there's more parking around the back. The front desk was very helpful; when my A/C malfunctioned, they sent someone up promptly and everything was fixed within 30 minutes. There's no view to speak of, and no balcony or outdoor space attached to the room. It's very good for just crashing after a busy day at the Disney parks. There is a public transit stop right on the property ($5 for a day ticket). Disneyland is about a 20-30 ... Read more

Stayed here for 3 nights and am going back in December for 3 more! Arrived around 11am on a Thursday and my room was ready which was nice after taking a very early flight that morning and having a terrible shuttle experience getting from the airport to the hotel. Room had a keurig and very comfortable beds and pillows. Could see Disneyland from our window on the 6th floor! Only downside was the shower, it was all tile and no tub! Next time I'll for sure be requesting a room with a tub. Absolutel... Read more

We visited Disneyland and stayed at this hotel. Access to the hotel is a bit confusing. However, by the second trip, we understood how to get there. Hotel was good for the price. When returned from Disneyland one evening we found our door closed, but not locked. Nothing was stolen, but still disturbing that house cleaning does not completely shut the door after they finished cleaning the room.

Hotel staff was nice and the rooms had a good set up, mini fridge, microwave, closet safe. Our view from the window was of a parking lot which was fine cause we went to sleep right after getting there from Disneyland. They have a wait station for the Disneyland shuttle but you do have to buy a 5 dollar ticket for the day at the stop. Only stayed one night so was unable to try the hotel amenities. Would stay here again.

Let me first start off by saying that I am someone accustomed to staying in luxury hotels/resorts. I was tagging along on a weekend get-a-way, so had no choice in the hotel accommodations. The hotel is decent. The shower in the bathroom was very small and there was not a vent in the bathroom, which I thought odd. Having to keep the bathroom door open to allow for ventilation does not bode well for privacy. The room was clean and had a view of the Disneyland fireworks. Wouldn't say the beds were ... Read more

Overall I had a wondeful stay at this hotel. I stayed for 2 nights and took the shuttle for getting to Disneyland!! About the shuttle... for paying $5/day you would think it would come on schedule. A few times it took 40mins+ to get back to hotel/park, while other shuttles came back twice for pickup. Other than that,I would say my trip was very nice and I understand the hotel has no control of this. My room was clean and updated, and checkin was easy from friendly staff. I enjoyed my morning cof... Read more

Great experience on this trip! If you are coming from LAX during traffic, its about an hour and a bit to the hotel, but once you are there, Downtown Disney and Disneyland are only 5 minutes away. Hotel itself was clean, comfortable and quiet. No complimentary breakfast, but we had a whole food adventure planned throughout Anaheim so it really didn't matter. The room had a mircowave so we could heat our leftovers, so that was convenient. Staff was friendly and area of hotel seems safe. Gas statuo... Read more

I had reserved three nights at this property months ago and then realized that we would be arriving in Anaheim early in the morning well before check-in called to have a fourth night added at the beginning of our stay. I let them know we would not be arriving until about 5AM, as opposed to the night before. When we arrived, the desk clerk could't find our reservation at all. I showed her my reservation confirmation and she kept muttering "I don't know what happened". Eventually she found it ... Read more

Location is decent. ART runs direct from hotel to Disney. It's 5 dollars for a day pass. Parking at hotel is free. Most staff is friendly. Breakfast is ok. They are understaffed in the morning for some reason. There are 1 or 2 of the staff there that could use a lesson or two in customer service. The biggest issue was with housekeeping staff. When we arrived in our room, we inspected the bed and there were black hairs all over the pillows and mattress. We called down to have someone to cha... Read more

We stayed here October 2nd thru the 15th. The room was very nice and clean. We were on the 6th floor and we could watch Disney's fireworks and actually feel the booms. The room was kept clean the entire time we were there. The only issue we had was the day of check out, housekeeping was trying to come in at 9:30. Check out was not till 11 so it was a bit early. At least give us time to get up and pack. We had the free breakfast vouchers and it was well worth it. The food was good and we were alw... Read more

Our family stayed for 4 nights last week. Our trip started out very poorly at the airport but once we arrived at the hotel it completely turned around. We had arrived two hours before check in and the staff were able to accommodate an early check in for us, which was truly a blessing. Every staff member we met was welcoming and very friendly! I got a hotwire deal on this hotel and was a little leary to stay here since it was farther from the disneyland park than I'm used to. And i don't think i had ever stayed at a holiday inn! But once we stepped into the lobby and checked in distance was no longer an issue. Everyone we dealt with at the front desk was nice and helpful. The room was modern, comfortable, and clean! We didnt use the pool or eat breakfast there so i cant comment on that. Parking was free which is a big plus. The art s... Read more

The place is really convenient to move around LA also for heading to San Diego, but the most added values are, if you are visiting Disney parks, it??s a fair 25 mins walking distance or 10 min shuttle bus ride. Over all is clean, beds and pillows are comfortable, we had a highway facing room but noise wasn??t anything of a problem to get a good rest. Restrooms are clean, no mold spots or bad odors, need more hooks to hang towels though. Staff is friendly and always on the best disposition to... Read more

Of all the hotels we stayed in on our latest fortnight fly-drive, this one comes out worst for me! Clean as it maybe, there's no breakfast and the restaurant next door is a dive. However, my main reason for rating the place down is because the cleaning staff were knocking on our door trying to wake us up at 8.25am, and again at 8.35am. They wanted to clean our room, even though checkout isn't until 11am! This was most unwelcome, given we had a flight to catch back to London from LAX in the aft... Read more

The first day when we arrived, we were 6 hours early for check in. The unsupervised concierge who was in training offered to check our bags in storage. My daughters iPad mini was stolen during the 6 hours that it was hidden in my bag under clothing in the locked storage that was only accessible by hotel staff. It's unsettling to think that someone had to go deep through my bag to find it, yet they say that nothing was seen on surveillance. When I brought it up with the concierge the next morning... We're probably one of the few lots of people staying here not visiting Disney but we had ice hockey and a concert to go to at The Honda Center so it was perfectly located for that too. Hotel is so new and clean and well cared for. Buffet breakfast was lovely. Great big car park. Pool was lovely, great size and lovely area to sit round it and the jacuzzi was a great added bonus. And staff were really friendly. So overall we loved it and for the price its really great value.

Property performed much higher than its Star Rating. Found everything great; location, people, service, value and experience. Will return to this Holiday Inn next time. Property is near NEW in condition, maintenance is spotless, bed was great and sleep was perfect. The front desk staff was friendly and prompt. And Pricing was also very competitive and better than expected.

I stayed during a week night visiting a customer. I didn't realize how close it was to Disneyland. Lots of families and Disney related stuff. I was worried that the room, staff, and atmosphere was going to be less par. However, I got checked in relatively quickly, the room was clean, and without disturbance through the night and morning. I even forgot shaving cream. They brought some up quickly. I needed a nice dinner and the restaurant downstairs was both tasty and reasonably priced. ... Read more

When we first booked our trip to Anaheim for the Toronto Blue Jays four game series with the Angels on Thursday, September 15th, we wanted a hotel that was in close proximity to Angel Stadium as well as Disneyland.
