Stood 4 nights, with my wife and 3 toddlers. Rooms very spacious. Staff is friendly and courteous. Every encounter with them, even passing them by, they would smile and say hello. Fridge, even with small freezer section, was a plus and helped keep our water and other goodies cold while inside Disneyland. Check in/Check out was a breeze. 12pm checkout was great, as we did not feel rushed to wake up and leave right away. Breakfast was perfect for my wife and I. We had freshly made omelettes each d... Unfortunately, I have to rate this visit as horrible. This is the second time that I stayed in the hotel and both times were subpar. The rooms had a damp, mildew type smell which I encountered on the first visit. However, on the second visit, not only did I experience the smell again, but this time there were small bugs all over the bathroom and on the mirrored counter area in the sleeping area. Needless to say, I will never stay at this location again. The representative was very accommoda... Read more

Of all my stays (3days here) at a Hilton hotel's,Embassy Anaheim North was probably the worst. I normally would highly recommend Hilton...but not this one. Room had a bad smell, twice I had to asked to clean my room of which the last night they forgot. Believe me Im not a complainer, but when mama isn't happy...no one is happy...my wife was not a happy camper....

One of the benefits of being a five year loyal Hilton Diamond member, as we travel the world, is knowing what to expect from each venue. Embassy Suites are always the same facility and meals. Being a Hilton brand, the service is always good. We enjoy knowing what to expect. So, we chose this hotel based on proximity to family we were visiting. We were not surprised the hotel was filled with families visiting Disneyland, so we took our breakfast on a tray to our room for a more quiet, peaceful me... Read more

Not one time did the staff seemed overwhelmed with our students or that they were irritated that there were so many young people running around. The hotel is a very nice property and is located right off the freeway. The only negative is i had Brown Spiders in my room and there were lots of them on the exterior of the building. Better pest control should be used and cleaning of exterior areas where people gather to watch the Disney fireworks.

The three rooms we rented smelled like mold. The water in the shower kept turning cold every 5 minutes. We all showered with cold water the three nights we stayed. The breakfast schedule is super early it ends at 9 am, people are running to go get what ever they can five minutes before they take everything away. The Disney shuttle runs every hour. The rooms are spacious but the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. We called the reception desk but the offered no solutions or compensations.

We looked for a Hilton property near Yorba Linda (Nixon Museum) and found this Embassy Suites. Being near Anaheim, most of the traffic in this hotel is families going to DisneyLand. That meant that the hotel has the feel of being a bit 'well used'. Nevertheless, the staff were all totally trained in the friendliest of mannerisms. Convenient location just off the highway. Tip: choose a room on the back side of the hotel for least noise.

We booked this hotel with the history of our interaction with Embassy Suites being a great value. We attempted to check in early, with rooms allegedly not available. When another front desk attendant saw us waiting in the lobby over an hour, she asked if we needed help, and we told her we attempted to check in. We stayed here for a trip to Disneyland in February 2016. This hotel seems a bit older than the Embassy Suites Anaheim South, but for the price we couldn't beat it! It's a bit of a drive to Disneyland, but the hotel has the ART shuttle service for a small fee. Staff were great, food at the breakfast was good, and the restaurant staff were great. The location is pretty far from everything though and I hated the view from our room of a noisy recycling plant. The indoor pool was nice.

I will start by saying I got a full refund for my visit, but I will never be back. When we checked in, the room stunk horribly. It smelled like sewage, or something. The bathroom smelled like mildew. Every time the A/C kicked on, there would be a different disgusting smell. During the night, I went out to sleep on the sofa bed, and there was a horrible smell. It smelled like rotten food (I thought). Got up in the morning, and my husband used his fingernail to scrape MOLD from the shower. I asked... Read more

Overall experience is good or above average. Price paid for room is not worth what was offered. Hotel itself is very dated but it is clean. Staff is very helpful and awesome. Wifi is does not work in bedroom but are very strong in living room. Would recommend this place if it had not been the price.

This Hotel has a lot of potential. It needs a little TLC and it would be awesome. Front Desk people are awesome. They went out of their way to make our stay better The suite was big and spacious. It does need a little upgrading. One of the Elevators wasn't working so that caused a little stress. We were on the 7th floor. The grounds can use a little more grooming. The breakfast was very good many items to choose from. I would definitely stay again because of the location. It is close to everythi... Read more

So the hotel it self was pretty nice, the rooms (we stayed in 2) have some areas that are great and other things need fixed in a big way. So the vents in the room rattled, shower head dripped all night (both rooms), the sofa bed was broken(1st room), the toilet paper holder(both rooms) wouldn't even let the toilet paper roll, the shower curtain rod was broken so the curtain would not stay closed, towel service was hit or miss when we called for towels. But those items are not the biggest compla... Read more

I usually will never complain about little things that I expect to find at any hotel but this stay was very frustrating. Several days of no maid service. Issues with bathroom. The wardrobe was not secured to the wall and fell over on me when I was getting up from using the safe. The biggest complaint is the safety issue with the wardrobe. If it was me I would have maintenance fixed this issue ASAP. I was shocked it was not resolved. I bet its still in that condition. Great hotel if you have a fa... Read more

Yes, I know it's a bit of a drive to Disneyland. But the quality of accommodations and the free breakfast and lack of nickel and dime charges makes this place worth staying at. We love having a suite rather than a simple hotel room for our family. And the breakfast is a big cost saver.

Not very impressed. We have stayed at several Embassy Suites and this location was not as impressive as others. We have had phenomenal stays at other places so we had high expectations. I feel as though it was not as clean as others, and the service was not as expected. Overall, it was an average stay that we had. The complimentary breakfast was okay, and the price was good for the weekend we were there. Again, nothing extraordinarily special, just average.

The staff at this hotel were excellent. Booked this hotel for our Disneyland stay. They offer direct shuttle to the park for a small charge. The staff did everything they could to accommodate us and make our experience great. It is very kid friendly. The pool and spa area were nice but it was slippery for all the kids even the adults. Overall it was a great plane to stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just awful breakfast. Simply terrible. Too many people, not enough food, not good quality food. Coffee was made with used grounds several times that I saw! So it was colored hot water. All bread products were old and stale. Rooms are fine but sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The sofa should just be another bed if a comfortable sofa bed is not possible.

Had ongoing issues with my key cards during my two week stay on business on almost a daily basis which was very frustrating and inconvenient. Problem was never resolved. Staff kept telling me I must have a phone or magnets in my pocket which were affecting the keys. I've never had this problem before at other hotels. Also, had to hold handle down on toilet so it would flush. Definitely in need of some upgrading throughout. As with what you would expect from an Embassy Suites, the evening recept... Read more

My fiance and I stayed at the property for a couple days while vacationing in California and were surprised and delighted by the experience. The staff constantly went above and beyond our expectations and the facilities were excellent. We were able to take a convenient shuttle too and from Disney, and the hotel's close proximity to the expressway made traveling to LA as painless as possible for staying in Anaheim. Breakfast every morning was great and we even stopped at the bar one night for dri... Read more

Great for families but need to drive to Disneyland. Too far away to see fireworks. Super comfy beds. Breakfast can get really busy and they run out of tables and food. Elevators are slow. Friendly staff.

We enjoyed the evening appetizers and complementary wine. For the most part the staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was great. I just had trouble with checking in and getting my credit card refunded at check out time.

Stayed 3 days two rooms and another associate stayed in another room. 2 rooms out of three had roaches. Tile floor was sticky upon arrival, towel hooks kept falling off. Poor maintenance can not control AC or heat well.

This embassy is out on its own compared to all the hotels a few miles away near Disneyland. Even with that, it was still busy. I had checked in online before I got there so I took a room on the 7th floor. I checked in and with my Hilton Honors Gold I got my 2 bottles of water and the normal note from the hotel manager. The room was the standard 2 room suite. This is always nice as it is quite in the back of the room. The flat screen tv was rather small for the size of the room. Maybe 32". ... Read more

We were totally looking forward to our family vacation and the first day we got there my car window was broken into. Our purpose of this trip was to visit Disneyland the shuttle service could have been a little better. I think they need more shuttles and need to come more frequently. We've stayed at this hotel in the past and LOVED it so not sure what was going on.

All in all, a nice evening and morning. The free reception left a little to be desired. We were already seated at the bar and had drinks prior to the free reception beginning. Apparently, a line forms at the other end. The bartender spent most of his time servicing the folks wanting free drinks. We were left with empty glasses and finally went to a nearby restaurant.

Very convenient. Great breakfast. The waterfall was nice to sit by. Fit my family of 6 great. Close to Disneyland and shopping. Right off freeway. Great for family reunions. No need to purchase a timeshare when you have these to stay in!
