I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff went out of the way to help us enjoy ourselves. The restaurant was wonderful. The service quick and professional. The steaks thick and cooked perfectly. Wine list amazing.

We arrived early, and found that staff to be very accommodating. Provided access to the business center while a room was made ready, checked us in early, and added the classic Doubletree cookies. The suite was great - well laid out, plenty of room with microwave and fridge. Easy access streetside to the ATR shuttle to Disney. Would definitely return again.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, great price! Comfortable beds and fast room service. All around great stay! Great option for an affordable hotel in proximity to Disneyland and CA Adventure. Not the closest hotel, but the cleanest and best price I found in the area.

Stayed one night before switching to Disney Grand Californian. Easy check in, friendly staff, clean well appointed room, reasonable rates Walk to Downtown Disney was 1.5 miles so walking to visit the parks is a bit far away unless you're in better shape than I am :) with small kids would be exhausting at the end of the day.

The staffs were friendly, room #602 (it is like one bedroom condo) was clean and spacious. The price is reasonable for family who needs bigger space, 2-room suite . The beds were super comfy and tidy! Sofa bed was decent. It would have been perfect if quality soap and shampoo were provided. We didn't have time to enjoy pool but next time. Yes, definitely I will go back even for the warm chocolate chip cookies the staffs handed out.

My husband and I stay for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience... From the moment we arrived the staff worked hard to get us an early check in after our flight from Australia and followed through ???... Our highlight was meeting the gorgeous bar staff Veronica and Norma.. What amazing ladies they are and a credit to ur hotel.... This made us stay in at the hotel most nights for dinner instead of going else where....?????? definitely will be returning

Hotel is well located to Disneyland. About a mile walk or $7 cab ride to Disneyland. Staff is helpful and friendly. Famous Doubletree cookies are always available. Great suite for the price of a regular room. Kids eat free in the restaurant and the price is reasonable for adults. Also lots of great places to eat within walking distance. The only downside is $18 per day for parking. Complementary coffee in the lobby would be nice touch too. Especially after the coffee bar closes. We would definit... Read more

The furniture is arranged so that you have to walk the whole perimeter of the lobby just to get out. Makes for crowded areas near the check in desk. Just let me walk straight through from elevator to front door. Forget it if u are in a wheelchair. And the toilet paper is a grade less than walmart.

Nice and clean, comfortable bed and helpful staff! Close to Disneyland so you can walk-which is faster then waiting for the ART. My son and I stayed here so we could watch the EHS band perform at disneyland-it was a perfect location, one block from the hotel the band was at and only about 4 blocks from Disneyland. My son go a warm every night when we came back from Disney at the front desk, staff was super nice I would stay here again!

Like the amenities but don't use most of them. We are usually pretty busy going back and forth to the convention center and this hotel is close by. We have used this hotel a few times and never disappoints. My sister always gets the same hotel across Disney but this time she was disappointed, no parking, dirty, bad smell in room, price, noise and the list can go on. The last day we were in Disney, she stopped at our hotel, came up to our room and loved everything about it. Before she left she told her husband that they just found a new hotel on the next Disney trip.

Hotel meets expectations for what you expect from a major hotel chain near Disney. The room was a suite with two queen beds so easily sleeps 3-5. Clean and comfortable. Close to basketball tournament we were attending and decent price via Hilton app. Warm cookies on arrival a big plus. $18 parking fee per day is a huge rip off. Room service at night was better than expected. Lack of a decent breakfast setup a negative. All in all a good stay but not a super value either.

We booked into Doubletree by Hilton in Anaheim at a 3rd of the price of staying in one of the Disney Hotels. That meant we could spend more on ourselves rather than accommodation. The suites are practical with two rooms - a spacious sitting room which was more than enough for in room dining - and a bedroom with two queen beds. The sofa in the sitting room also converted to a double bed so there is literally enough for six people to sleep. Amenities are fine and the hotel is business like. Shutt... Read more

We booked this hotel solely due to the great reviews on tripadvisor, but unfortunately the hotel itself was a real disappointment. Whilst we ensured we enjoyed the time there, and met lots of lovely families and used the pool facility, the staff really took away from an otherwise positive stay. Have stayed at this hotel several times, given the amount of traffic travel to and from downtown LA is pretty consistent around 45 minutes. Even though it is down the street from Mickey Mouse it is easily accessible. Rooms and staff are very consistent and friendly. I usually stay there when I'm in LA for business. Even though there are a lot of families that stay there it is still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.

Average hotel for pricing at $200 per night, especially in the summer the price can go higher. Room is standard, clean and bed is fine. Doubletree is a nice hotel within the Hilton brand. Though relatively close to the convention center it is a bit of a trek to Disneyland. I've stayed here a couple of times and each time the service has been very unwelcoming. The restaurant is ok but pricey for what you get. I decided to attend a conference after all rooms in my preferred hotel were booked. I found rooms in this property available on the Hilton website and decided to try it. The location was close enough to the convention center that I could easily walk there, to Garden Walk, and to Downtown Disney. The layout of the rooms was very comfortable for two people traveling because there was a living area with a pullout couch separate from the sleeping quarters with doors that allowed you to close off ... We only stayed one night, but we'll be back the next time we visit Disneyland. We've stayed at a few other properties in the area and this one's the best so far. First of all, the room had a much better layout for families (compared to the 'suite' we had at the Marriott Suites, in which there was some wasted space). The living area was separate from the bedroom and the sink area was outside of the bathroom (toilet + tub/shower). The beds and pillows were comfy, there was plenty of lighting in th... Read more

Flight centre in Australia booked the wrong hotel. So when the shuttle dropped me off at this my preferred hotel. They did not have a reservation for me. Flight Centre had booked me at Doubletree by Hilton 100 The City Drive. What a nightmare after a long early morning flight from NYC. When I explained that I had wanted to stay at the convention centre Doubletree by Hilton they kindly found me a room I had already paid in advance for the one on city drive. This is a nice choice for a person or family in town to visit Disneyland. The parks are less than a mile away and the hotel is a great value. The staff is excellent and the overall experience was top notch. If you don't mind a little walk this is a great choice!!

Used Hilton points and the customer service at check in made sure to find ways to charge me for every person in the room. I have never been charged based on occupancy at any Hilton property prior, including this exact hotel. My daughter, with four children, and I made reservations for two rooms at the Doubletree Anaheim. We knew that we would arrive late, so when the opportunity came up on our emails to check in online, we checked in online with rooms next to each other so that at least one of the young children could stay with me yet also be close to Mom. That would also avoid having one child sleep on the floor. When we arrived, my daughter and I were given rooms on completely different floors. I stood around ... Read more

We chose this hotel for its price and location to the Convention Center. It's a nice 7 or so minute walk to the Convention Center. It's also a reasonable walk south to Target, Pizza Hut, Jack-in-the-Box, and a Walgreens. We visited to attend Minecon at the convention center. We chose the property because it has a separate bedroom. The hotel is walking distance to the convention center and right down the street from Disneyland. Our room was clean, very quiet and comfortable except the pull out couch. Possibly the worst one ever. It is the old metal style and a very thin pad made every metal spring noticeable. The decor is a little dated but everything is in like new condition.

The room and hotel are maintained well. The room was comfortably-sized and clean. The noise from people walking by was noticeable though, as was the uncomfortable couch (sofa bed) making awkward noises every time you moved. The staff were fine, though not outwardly friendly.
