it was a good place for my whole family. I got 3 rooms. They had a van to take us to the park and pick us up. They let us park our cars there way before check in time.

I just wish the shuttle ran more often and the breakfast had a little more at least meat not just everything sweets and carbs. They had waffle, raisin toast , regular toast, cereal and yogurt.

Close to Disneyland. Inside the rooms were nice. Outside was in ok condition but not as nice as inside the rooms. Free parking and the continental breakfast were awesome! We would stay here again.

No complaints about the room. Every one was very kind to us. They have a brand new van to take you to disneyland. The city bus is just outside on harbor. We had an amazing time and will stay there again.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I was disappointed that the pool and Jacuzzi were being re-modeled and was not informed prior to the booking. The shuttle to Disneyland was another reason I chose this hotel. However, the shuttle would not have gotten us to Disneyland at the opening time as I was planning, so I just drove myself to Disneyland.

We moved to this hotel after a poor experience at Ramada West. This hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Disneyland main gate - or a quick bus trip. There was a free shuttle to and from Disney, but it did not travel mid-day. The rooms were just renovated with new paint, beds, and bedding. There was a bar fridge and microwave in the room. We were very comfortable here. The pool was clean and WARM, unlike many around here who have unheated pools. The breakfast room was large, with a reasonable s... Read more

The guy in the front office wasn't to friendly, the room was good modern. There's only one shuttle so if you plan on leaving at 10:30pm be prepared for the shuttle to have to 3 drops offs. you will be in your room by 11:20pm. In the morning they offer breakfast the lady was really nice and greeted every guest. The eating room was pack so you might have to eat in your room.

Air conditioning did not cool, front desk receptionist switched our room without any fuss, which was great. We had a great view of the Disney fireworks, loved that! WiFi did not work all the time. Didnt use the computer in the lobby, due to a hourly charge for it! There was not too much for breakfast, mainly your cereal and waffles, it was ok. Overall, was a comfortable stay.

The room was decent however the front desk staff was not friendly. We showed up early to see when check in was prior to going to Disneyland and the desk staff pointed at a sign and shooed us away. After midnight, our toilet began having problems. It would not flush on command but instead would stop and go. Because it was so late at night we did not contact the staff assuming maintenance would be gone, checking out early the next morning we informed the person and she was saying we should of repo... The room was great, loved that it was newly remodeled. The decor was beautiful. My only problem because they had remodeled we only had one light in the room over the table and the bathroom light. Low level light does not work well for me, couldn't read anything on the far side of the room. I asked the front desk for a lamp to put between the beds he said he'd check on it and that was the end of that. I spent two weeks in low light almost dark.

The rooms were fine, the staff courteous. But, the shuttle is a disaster. The driver was always late. We rode the shuttle six time and not once was he on time. We had to call to let them know we were waiting. They said he was in his way. Our kids were still at the hotel and said he didn't leave till after we called. The driver(s) let people stand and sit on the floor. Which is against California state law.

Had to call front desk multiple times regarding no hot water to shower, I had 3 kids who I was unable to bathe both night and morning due to this inconvenience. When I asked for a compensation I was told only 10% was allowed which is highly insulting! Being a service member / dependent. The cost of the room were pricey to begin with which we had no problem paying but to have to endure 2 separate occasions where cleanliness and personal hygeines is preventable is not acceptable.

The rooms smelled funny. There was mold in the room growing through the ceiling. My daughter started coughing almost as soon as we were in the room then we noticed the mold. There was no hot water for half of our showers. We had to move our room last minute which delayed us getting to the Disneyland park. I left messages for the manager with no response. The air conditions had towels under them to collect the water leaking from them outside of the majority of the rooms.

I didn't get the size room I reserved. The staff got an attitude about it and was inappropriate. Also we had to wait in the car with our babies for an hour after the stated check in time because the room wasn't ready. After reading reviews of this hotel, I thought this would be a good fit for our family. Not only did it all for free parking and a free Disney shuttle, but a continental breakfast clean rooms and a swimming pool. I am a senior citizen. The breakfast room was an open stairway. I had extreme difficulty getting down the stairs. Should they not have a handicap entrance or elevator?? There wasn't any fruit, bagels, or syrup for the soggy waffles. A very skimpy breakfast and people were complaining. The pool attendant forgot to open the pool gate. We had to go to the office and finally got it opened only to discover very few towels!

The stay was great. Suite was clean and had 2 queens and full-sized bunk beds. 7 people showering and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was light, but free. The shuttle to disneyland was great, but only about a 15 minute walk if necessary. The shuttle could have run every half hour, instead of every hour to be more convenient. It was a nice hotel and very comfortable. The food was what you expect from these places, not great but a nice variety. The pool was a nice temperature and they got towels out there fairly quickly after we asked for them. My family and I enjoyed our stay. For the price it's a great deal. Shuttle to Disney parks super convenient for the family. Breakfast is also good. Overall great experience. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip. One thing, you are only allowed one car to park at the hotel after midnight hours. So if you are a large group in multiple cars you have to find somewhere else to leave your cars. Much easier to rent a large can.

$129 For soggy waffles and bread... The breakfast was ridiculous. Fruit flies in my room even though I had no fruit at all in my room, and the AC noise was horrifying.
