"We arrived and they allowed us to put our luggage in a storage room until our room was ready and we returned from Disneyland, however, they made no effort to identify our luggage, or anyone elses fo that matter, allowing anyone to access the room and take what they like. We got our keys, arrived in room 350, sat on the bed in the front room and sank to the box spring! The mattress was so worn out I could not beleive they would actually expect someone to sleep on this! The door had no weather strip along the bottom, shadows of passing guests were cast on the tile entry. I requested a different room, they were kind enough to allow us to veiw two other rooms an choose the one we wanted. We chose 355, not great, but better than the others. the beds were still worn out, but, tolerable. Had to request additional towels every day. the room sleeps six, they provide towels for four???? Shower, not really. There is NO water pressure, it literally drips from the shower head. Hot water? We never turned the cold on, yet took luke warm showers every day. Towels had holes, sheets were torn, blankets thread bare, drapes had holes. Drawer tracks broken on dresser, cupboard door under sink hanging off the hinge. Carpet was disgusting and worn out. Bathroom fan not working creating a VERY muggy environment. Found garbage under edge of bed and grapes on the bed from previous guest. Had to call the front desk or ask a housekeeper for coffee each day as they did not replace it. WiFi, not an option in the rooms as advertsed. Definitely not a place I would recommend or stay at again. If it would not have taken so much of our time, I would have demandd my money and stayed elsewhere."

"Be warned the 'Free Wifi' is only guaranteed in the lobby. I was expecting to be able to work from my room, and was really disappointed to find out there was not internet access. I called the front desk to ask what was going on and the gal I spoke with said she would have it up and running in just a moment. I waited... and waited... and no internet. I finally decided to go to sleep and get my work done in the morning. BUT, it was still down. So I called the front desk again and was told the manager would be in shortly and that he would call the room upon his arrival- never heard from him. We were on our way to Disneyland and stopped by the office to see what was going on and the gentleman at the front desk told me the wifi is 'only guaranteed int he lobby,' but that I could bring my computer in and sit in the corner. I was pretty irritated to hear this because we were spending the majority of our days in Disneyland and I was planning to get my work done at night while my family was asleep, and I didn't want to be away from my room at odd hours. I explained this to the clerk, and he said we could switch rooms to be closer to the signal. We decided to do that, and I was able to access the internet from that time forward. The connection was rather slow, but beggers can't be choosers, right? The bummer of switching is that the new room was pretty gross. There was mildew buildup in the bath tub and the bathroom sink didn't drain unless you physically pulled the stopper up with your fingers. We were only planning on staying two more nights at that point, so I didn't make a big deal out of it because I didn't want to go through the hassle of switching rooms again. On the up-side, it was super close to Disneyland, so we were able to walk into the park and not worry about parking, and it was really cheap to stay here with the online special. I'm glad we got such a great deal; if we had paid any more money for the reservation, I think I would have been really upset. I probably won't stay at this place again."

"We stayed for four nights the staff at the hotel was really nice the hotel was very clean and roomy and best of all is a 10 minute walk to Disneyland with many stores and restaurants close by, it was our first visit we took our 8 year old for his bday and he loved it we recommend this hotel to anybody with little ones you don't have to worry about shuttles and the walk at night was safe since lots of people are out and about,My sister is going in June to take her little girl and she is staying here."

"The pool and spa area was small but super tidy and clean. The rooms were simple and totally clean. Not 'castle themed' in the rooms, but the front of the hotel and the lobby are. I did not experience any noise from neighbors, but I was on the top floor and don't know if I had folks next to me or not. The rooms do not face Disneyland, so you cannot see fireworks from them (if that is a concern for you). The gift shop had reasonable prices and good snacks. The walk to the park entrance was about 7 minutes. They were very nice and let me keep my car in their lot on my check-out day until that day's check-in time, so I could vacate my room, and go to the park for a half day without moving my car. I would TOTALLY stay there again!"

"We wanted a suite close to Disneyland. The location was great. A door separated the kids room from the adult room. The adult bed was terrible. One side leaned so much I had to sleep in the middle or risk rolling off the bed. We didn't spend much time in the room, but the T.V.s were form the eighties. My kids enjoyed the pool, but thought it was small. The A.C. unit blows right unto the bed. We felt it was fairly clean, and the maids came every day but one. They do have a luggage storage area which needs to be a little more secure."

"Free Wi-Fi' as stated in their ad apparently only means if you are living in the hotel lobby. There is no Wi-Fi or internet access anywhere else in the hotel. I stayed in their biggest suite and was not impressed. Think of two cheap motel rooms joined together. Quality was on par with a cheap motel as well. The bedspreads smelled like cigarettes, the walls were thin as paper, and the staff was rude. DON'T STAY HERE!!!"

"This is an older Hotel but it;s reasonably clean and comfortable, we stayed in a 2 room suite which was quite fine, very close to Disneyland a 2 block walk. When your at Disneyland you don't spend too much time @ a hotel. Lot's of good eating establishments nearby, Reasonable price for suite."

"Pros: The kids loved that it looked like a castle. Short walk to Disney Land. Maids did a great job while we were out. The pool was fun. "This hotel is great value for the money you pay for a group staying of two or more. Their basic room is a two bed queen setup with a decent sized bathroom, clean showers, polite staff, reliable parking security and fast internet. It is a 4 floor setup and has some upgrade is need be with even better options. Great party place for a group of 6 or 7 too. Blizzcon and Wondercon attendees should pick this one!"

"The beds were very hard and terrible to sleep on. The three pillows were flat as pancakes and useless. The room was dingy and needed to be updated. We could not access the Wi-Fi from our room so our son had to go to the lobby to use it. there were not enough towels for six people so we asked for more which were delivered to our room but disappeared the next morning. There was not a sitting area except for two chairs and a bistro table. Not enough for six people. Employees could not speak english or were very limited. Tthey just smiled! Our luggage was put in a room where many had access and we did not feel safe leaving our items there. Just not a good experience!"

"We got to castle Inn and suites at about 8am and the nice guy in the front let us have our room even though check in was not until 3pm which was WONDERFUL because we had gotten up a 3am to drive there and had our small children so it was nice to put all our stuff in the family suite and change them and let them hang out before we walked to Disneyland which was another great thing..it literally is just down the street. The rooms are not luxurious and the beds are not that comfy but hey when you are at Disneyland ALL day you sleep pretty well without noticing. We had the Family Suite and had My husband, me, my two 2 year olds, my Parents, Niece and Nephew with plenty of room for all of us. We did not use the pools but they have them and people were enjoying the heated pools. they have the main pool a spa and a kiddie pool which is a nice plus! We got to park both of our cars here because it was a Tuesday and was not to full in parking lot so we did not have to pay for parking at Disneyland. I def would recommend and would stay again. You can not beat the price for my whole family to stay in the family suite!"

"This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have stayed. If you want to know how dirty, have your child walk around the carpet in white socks for two minutes and look. This is a smoking hotel and on top of that there is no separation between smoking and non-smoking. The mattress were so old that when you lay in it you automatically rolled in the center because of permanent cradle created in the mattress by ultra-heavy people sleeping in the bed. I asked the front desk to change the mattress so I can sleep and they blew me off. Also the only place with internet access is the lobby because of very weak signal. You could have spent $20 dollars more and stay in clean hotel like Marriott and get free breakfast too. So, the closeness of the hotel to Disneyland is not a good deal. Overall the worst hotel I have stayed."

"I took my mom and daughter for a weekend trip to Disney and stayed at the 'Castle' during our stay. Everyone loved it! The property was clean, the room was clean and the pool was great. We had to walk about two blocks to get to the park, but the accomodations made it worth while. I will definitely stay there again!!"

"Well I stayed at the Castle inn and I liked it. The standard room is nice and roomy for the price I paid it was clean too. The only bad things are that there is no microwave and that the beds are hard and pillows are flat. Other than that is a good place to stay. It is close to disneyland and close to alot of places to eat and the gift shop and pool are nice too."

"This is not the best hotel in the world - however, for a family on a budget - it is fabulous! The beds are a bit hard, but sleepable. The noise from the pool at night is slightly loud, but stops before 10 pm. All in all it is within a short walk to Disney and well worth the price. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable room within walking distance of Disney Parks - you will not be dissapointed."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Castle Inn & Suites. We chose it based on the Castle theme....my kids were VERY excited about it! From the start, the staff were nothing but friendly and knowledgeable.



The rooms were clean and comfortable. There were 4 of us and it seemed like we always had plenty of room.



We especially liked the fact that we did not have to deal with a shuttle and were able to walk to the Disney main gates in no longer than 10 minutes. We have stayed in other hotels where there is a shuttle and it always took much longer than than 10 minutes, what with the waiting time, etc.



We will stay here again when we return in February!"

"I have stayed at the Castle Inn and Suites twice while visiting Disneyland. The rooms are reasonably clean, look nice, and have plenty of space. The price, especially being practically across the street from the entrance to Disneyland, was extremely reasonable. The only thing about my stay I would have changed would be to add hand towels to the sink area (although there were 4 regular towels)."
