I have stayed at this hotel several times. I love the location. It's an easy walk to Disneyland because it's right across the street. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Especially Steve Mccormick, with whom I have dealt with on several occasions. He is always pleasant and nice! The beds are very comfortable and that's important after a long day in the park. I also like how the rooms come with little refrigerators and microwaves. However, a lot of the surrounding places offer free WIFI ... Read more

I have been to Disneyland several times and have actually stayed at the Carousel before, wow have things changed! The room was clean, and the location is amazing, but that is all they have going for them. The service at the front desk was horrible! I was there for the half marathon in Disneyland, but was there a little bit earlier than many of the runners. When I was trying to print something off in the lobby, I got to listen to the front desk staff complaining about the "crazies" that were due ... Read more

Ive been at this hotel before when visiting Disneyland and it wasn't the best experience since they had me change rooms three times. But this time I must say Steve was a very pleasant when checking in. Very professional, helpful and fast at the check experience. The room was Nivea d it wasting across the street from Disneyland. Great time at Disneyland and a great option for a hotel choose.

Great location for walking to the parks. Rooms are not somewhere you want to just hangout, they are very small with only 3 small pillows for your bed. Shower has very little water pressure. They would not leave us 4 coffee cups and coffee even with 4 people in the room! If you are looking for a place with a pool to have down time with your family this pool is not what you are looking for! Finally, this hotel does not offer anything complementary not even coffee in their lobby! If you just n... Read more

very friendly and professional staff. Conveniently located to the front door of Disneyland. Clean and updated suite. Have already recommended it to other members of my family. Plan to stay there again on my next visit.

I stayed here in 2014 and something fundamental has changed. Room floor was filthy, your feet literally stuck to the floor and if you put on socks they were black within minutes. When we asked for more coffee the maid ACTUALLY dug into her trash can and handed us 2 dented Keurig cups. GROSS! No more breakfast. Parking fees have increased, while service decreased. Ice maker on the 2nd floor was not working---we had to go to the 3rd floor. The bathtub faucet leaked and the shower rod was bare... Read more

We have stayed at the Carousel Inn and Suites several times. We are always treated well, our rooms clean and ready to occupy, and the hotel is very convenient to Disneyland. We have stayed in three or four different type rooms at this resort, and have had a great visit each time.

This review is for the "view suite" only. "View suite" really describes this room perfectly as it has unquestionably one of the best views of the Disneyland fireworks show. The room has two separate bedrooms and one unenclosed bedroom by the bathroom. Here is where the almost perfect comes in: only one bathroom! If you have ever been on vacation with six adults and One bathroom you know what I mean. Also there is a separate charge for parking and the use of high speed internet. Besides these fe... Read more

Comfortable bed, clean spacious room, with microwave and fridge. Pool on rooftop was nice too. Across the street from Disneyland was perfect location! The only thing missing was enough coffee. We had to buy the coffee from th front desk. That seemed a little cheap. There wasn't any coffee in our room. A small Keurig but no pods. Also, had to pay by the hour for Internet .

This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel. The first time was 4 years ago, when we didn't have any children with us. During our most recent stay during May 2016, we noticed that the hotel is showing it's age, but you can not beat the location!!! The rates are very reasonable, but it does not include a breakfast. However, there's a pizza place right outside and IHOP is just down the street. Would we stay there again? Maybe... We traveled with our 3 year old and it did the tr... Read more

Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean. Right across the street from Disneyland which allowed us to see the fireworks every night we were there. They took excellent care of my vehicle. What more could a gal ask for! My family wants to do this again.

My daughter and I recently returned from a 5 night stay at the Carousel Inn. This was our 3rd stay at the Inn. The proximity to the Disney parks as well as the ART makes this our " go to" hotel in Anaheim. The beds are comfy, rooms are provided with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and mini refrigerator. Especially important to me is the shower/tub combo after an exhausting day at Disney! The staff was always friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the rather noisy air conditioner. Than... We usually stay a couple of hotels down, but it was booked so tried Carousel. We stayed there many years ago and had a good experience. We saw that Disney had bought the hotel and wondered if anything had changed.. Overall we had a good experience.. I think the rooms could probably use some updating, but overall it was clean, the air conditioning worked, security on doors & window as well as a good sized room. We had to get an early flight in and the staff were very accommodating and allowe... Read more

When ever we have vacationed to LA - Anaheim we have stayed at the Carousel. I have stayed there as a young girl with my family and most recently with my partner as a couple. I have not had any reason to not return, if there has ever been any issue (the only thing I can think of was the battery's in the safe needed replacing) they have been resolved quickly and efficiently. There has never been an issue with any room I have stayed in - and over the course of every visit I've stayed in a verit... Read more

$14 daily parking fee, 6.99 for 12 hr's of WiFi. Hidden costs made for an unexpected surprise. The photos viewing Disneyland fireworks had to have been taken from the back roof & not the pool area. If your not 6'4 you can only see the display while standing on a chair & thats if your 5'. The pool is very small & no hot tube. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. But I wish we'd stayed at the Tropicana that is right next door. The pool is much bigger, they have a big hot tub & you can ... Read more

During our stay here we were quite impressed with how the rooms were. It seemed like our room was one large living room, which was nice. However, there is no door to shut out the light coming from the bathroom suite so plan on waking up as soon as the sun rises. There are faux wooden floors in the suite so no dirty old carpet which is nice. The bed was nice and the amenities are good with a fridge, kuerig, and microwave. There is a VERY SMALL pool on the property but no hot tub. The pool overloo... Read more

Our stay was great, front desk was very helpful if we needed anything. I would have given this place 5 because we loved it so much, the major problem my husband and I had was that the house keeping was bad. We stayed for a week and used the robes in the room and they were never replaced, we asked for them at the front desk still no new ones. The sheets were NEVER replaced and the floor looked like it was never swept the coffee cups and cups were not replaced either, it looked like the house keep... Read more

My family and I love the Carousel Inn and Suites! Not only is it a great location, the staff that we've had the opportunity to interact with is equally as amazing. Thank you Gabrielle for your outstanding customer service. We look forward to our future stay later this year...at our home away from home.

We spent two nights here while visiting Disneyland. The location is great! Takes about 5-7 minutes to get to the entrance. Lots of great food places just steps away. Staff was very kind. Rooms were good, clean, and comfortable. A little noisy, but that is expected when people are leaving early or returning late from the parks. We will definitely stay again!

Hotel is located, very conveniently, directly across from Disneyland Parks. The staff is all very professional and friendly. The valets were extremely courteous and quick. The rooms are spacious enough, as are the bathrooms. More than is needed in a room for sleeping and bathing. Elevators work! Couldn't have been more pleased.

room was a bit small as well as the pool but the location being directly across the street from the entrance to Disneyland made up for that. No wifi or a jacuzzi. I didn't look before booking to see if there was a spa, Just assumed. Great service at front desk and rest of the staff. Not too thrilled we had to pay for parking. Overall was great

This is a clean hotel right across from Disney. No frills but if you are looking for location and convenience with clean facilities and nice service, this is your place. *We only stayed here one night. I have to say that we normally stay at Marriotts or Hiltons. This hotel was great because we wanted to be able to walk fast to Disney but if you have high expectations of the type of amenities at nicer hotels, you would be disappointed in the pool etc here.

We had our annual family vacation to Disneyland and decided to try out the Carousel Inn and we were all happy we did. The hotel is located right across the street from the main Disney entrance for an extremely reasonable price. Our family will definitely be back!
