"WE had bad experience with the cleaning service of the room was not clean when got there and had to ask it to be cleaned a couple of times . Problem was resolved with manager.
Gym only had three things in it , a eliptical and two bikes."

"Not clean! The pictures are not of the inside of their rooms. The first night they put us in a 'suite' as we were told.....however; the room was small and by no means a suite. There was a stain on the bathroom door. Coffee maker had mold growing in it. Even my teenage boys were creeped out. The whole building is leaning and the carpet is even worse. The sheets are so old that the cotton is rubbing off in little balls and is not soft. In the bathroom there was black mold under the soap holder and if you like taking baths or have little ones take bath, the tub is VERY shallow. Dont forget with all mold there comes that smell with it. The breakfast is from 7 to 9 and good luck with that. The room where you eat is so small, no room to sit or relax and your not to take the dishes to your room."

"When most hotels offer breakfast, you receive more than just cold hard boiled eggs, cereal, bagels, danishes and fruit (apples or oranges), but that's just what you will get at this hotel. My husband and I finally decided to skip 'breakfast' all together and get real food some place else for the remainder of our trip. We did like the fact that the hotel is adjacent to the theme parks and not far from Garden Walk, but bring good walking shoes and an ankle brace! The room was small, but consider the fact that most of the time is spend in the parks, the convience balanced it out. Also if you like to swim, then go before the pool closes or when it opens-it's small too and is at the end of the hotel."

"The hotel was okay. Bed linens were very comfortable. Only received washcloth-sized towels on the day we arrived even though the room was cleaned each day we were there. ***Be aware*** NO air conditioning. Our room couldn't be set for lower than 68 degrees. Luckily it was not very hot outside. Shower is very low-flow. Hotel is super close to the entrance to Disneyland and most of the fireworks can be viewed from the rooftop. Next time we'll stay somewhere more up-scale."

"The rooms were basic but really clean, had comfy beds and was quiet at night, so had good rest. The huge bonus, as were travelling with 4 young kids, was the close proximity to the theme parks, and the rooftop pool to cool off in and take a break from the crowds. The staff were really helpful and professional. Breakfast was fine - plenty to fill up on to get the day started. It was good value for the location. Would stay again and recommend to friends."

"I have no idea what all of these other bad reviews are about. 'Dirty'...'Hard beds'...'Sheets are not soft'... What?! As soon as we got into our room, we were pleasantly surprised that it was so nice! It was very clean! Our sheets and beds were so soft it made it difficult to get out of bed in the morning to go to Disneyland! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Not to mention the pizza place on the lot has the best pizza I've ever had and it's very inexpensive. The hotel is in an amazing location for Disneyland. Seriously right across the road. The hotel is actually closer than the Disneyland hotel is! My husband, mother, 3yo son, and I all stayed here and were very happy about it. My mother and son stayed for 5 nights and my husband and I stayed for 8 nights. This is definitely the hotel we will choose for our future Disney trips! (Also, the breakfast room is available at night so you can watch the fireworks. You can see them perfectly!)
The ONLY complaint I have is that we did not realize that there is a $2/day 'Resort Fee' (which I realized I had signed off for on the first day so it was my own fault) which was paid at check-out. Also, the parking fee is a little expensive but if you don't need to park your car it's not a problem. I don't see how any of these people could have bad comments about this hotel. Silly people..."

"The staff were all very helpful & friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to or friends and family and anyone else that wants a place to stay. The convenience of being able to walk just a 5 minute walk to the theme parks was fantastic. We were recommended to you by a couple who we met on our travels."

"My family and I stayed at the carousel for 10 nights. We came from New Zealand to attend a convention at the Anaheim convention center.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were great and the beds were comfy. Very close to Disney, and pick up for other attractions just down the road. We are planning another holiday in a couple of years and we will stay here again."

"This was our 1st time staying at the carousel, we stayed for 6 days and had a wonderful time! The breakfast could improve though, all it is is carbs, however at least they offer something. We would definitely recommend this hotel!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved the short walk to & from Disney, it,s so close we would even walked back to the hotel for a quick swim.
We stayed from Sept,27th - Oct,3rd"
