"Stayed three nights and had to ask for enough towels and coffee every night. Coffee pot and ice maker were broken. Advertised shuttle to the park was $15 a person so ended up walking. Not sure of the actual distance, but my guess is that it is over a mile - and the walk is through an area that is not safe for children. Pool was not open. Next visit we will stay at one of the many other hotels that are closer and that have a 'free' shuttle to the park."

"we stayed while staying in anaheim online, what a complete surprise when we got there it was so nice even smelled bleach in bathroom .lovely place staff great . it is walking distance to disney land but bus stops otuside anyway,
breakfast was really basic and yes u do have to take it to your room but hey thats all i can whinge about really , free wifi made our stay so good thanks heaps"

"Never again! The walls were paper thin. You could hear EVERYONE around you. The pool was not heated. The jacuzzi was a joke. Water was barely tepid and the jets were on their last leg. One guy got so worked up in the middle of the night that he broke a window attempting to get into a room. I immediately called the night clerk. That was scary. Why do things get posted to look so good and end up looking like a B movie? It was also advertised as having a shuttle service to Disneyland. But what it really amounted to was a discount ticket to ride a public bus. Those fares ended up only a dollar cheaper than driving our own vehicle into the park. I want a refund!"

"This motel does not have continental breakfast or coffee nor would I say it has a swimming pool nor HOT TUB.
