We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were large and clean, as was the entire motel. Super affordable and the ART is convenient after a few days of walking to the parks. Free parking, Disney Fireworks, and close to many dining choices. Staff was super helpful. No complaints and would definitely stay again.

A little dated but....No frills, no thrills, just a good old fashion, clean, and friendly place to lay you and your family down for the night after a long marathon day at the park. Just two blocks from Disneyland. You have free parking, clean linens everyday, microwave, a small refrigerator in the and packaged muffins in the morning in the lobby. There is a small strip mall on the way to Disneyland where you can also find food before getting to the park. (we ate at our favorite pl... Read more

2nd stay. I like the proximity to Disneyland and the convenience to lots of eateries. Great front desk folks and very helpful. Not fancy but clean and there is value here. Staying again in late May. My name is Bob and I approved this message

So I booked on priceline through bidding and I am very pleased. I have two bedrooms, more than we need but the child liked having her own room. Yes it's definitely a motel that was refurbished and renamed, it has hardwood floors and bathroom is very nice, spacious, and clean. Cute pool is in the middle. Close to park, bout a 5 minute walk . the front desk was friendly, free WiFi, free parking, and free breakfast. Thank you Americas best.

For the price we paid in the area, we struck a deal. Especially since we needed the extra cash for Disney. The only thing that I did not like was that there is no complementary shuttle to the park ($3 a ride) but there is a day pass for ($5) and other shuttle bundles at the booth where you get dropped by at the park. *we didn't fing out about this until the day before our checkout.

Would stay again. They are very nice. The beds are very comfy. Pet friendly as well. Always have ice in there ice machine, pop machine works great as well as the snacks. I would come back and stay. They have a restuart right next to them and they do deliver. McDonald's, pizza hut, subway are all right down the road a little bit. Easy access to the interstate.

This hotel is a 10 minute walk to Disneyland. A fraction of the price of surrounding hotel chains. Kept up really well. A family runs it, and they are extremely personable and helpful. No elevators. If you have a baby buggy, request a ground floor room. If you have two parties, request a "suite." It's nothing fancy, but for one low cost you get two bedrooms and can save you a ton of money. If you are looking for a decent place to lay your head while spending most of your time at Disneyland, the... Read more

After reading many good reviews about this hotel I booked it for my husband and I's honeymoon hoping to save some money and have a nice place to stay. We ended up canceling our stay and leaving. The room was very old and dirty and very small. Everything was very basic which was some what expected but I personal care a lot when it comes to cleanliness. The man at the front desk had a very very thick Indian accent making it extremely hard and frustrating to work with him once we realized the is... Read more

I did some extensive research to find a hotel for the best value for our weekend (2 nights) stay and visit to Disneyland. Most of the reviews for this property mention that it's a great value, decent quality, and great location. Apparently we lucked out and got every bad thing that could happen in a hotel! A shuttle from John Wayne airport was $20; $10 per person. Estimated cab fair would have been about $43. Upon checking in, which was a frustrating experience because the gentleman at the front... Old, dated and breakfast was not worth it. Bagged pastries and red apples. Close to the park but I will stay somewhere else next time. I will say the bed was firm yet comfortable. Could update the facilities to improve the quality. Also get a better breakfast biuffet.

I really wouldn't call our room a suite. It was more like an extra closet with a bed in it. When we walked into the room in was hotter inside than out and it wasn't until the sun went down that the room cooled off. The pool area is lovely, but remember you get what you pay for.

Adequate, safe, clean. Didn't use pool. Hot tub was not working or something - was covered with tarp during our stay. Breakfast was nondescript and not something I would eat, really. But having said all of the above .. prices were fairly reasonable and would stay again.

My whole family enjoyed our stay at this great hotel. We stayed for 3 night and it was a wonderful experience. Great staff, great location and you even see the fireworks at night from Disneyland. Thanks again for a great stay!!!See you again.

I hoped that since its so close to Disneyland that it would have some quality associated to it but i was wrong. Bugs in the tub, window shutters no curtain, patch jobs on the walls, scrapped caulking all over the bathroom. The only good traits are management is accomodating, the room has hardwood floors and there are so many places to go that your time spent in the room is just sleep time.

Best value is a great place to stay at. The rooms are clean, the staff is very nice and accommodating. This was my third time staying here and for sure I will be back . The owners are very kind as well as the rest of the staff.

Not a bad place to stay , their pool was under construction at the time which is a bummer if you have any children with you. Overall the room was nice, clean, spacious with a microwave and fridge. Parking was good offered free Wi-Fi but TV options for viewing was not great and the one thing that I didnâ??t like was the fact they charged for Ice, we paid $91.00 a night for them to charge for Ice which is a not a typical charge at all the hotels/motels I have stayed. But slept well with no loud ... Read more

This Inn is walking distance to Disney and the Convention Center. There were many restaurants within easy walking distance as well. There is a bus stop nearby which will take you to both places as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and functional- housekeeping did a good job. WiFi worked well. The negatives keeping me from giving a higher rating was the lack of breakfast and the loud air- conditioner.

Friendly people , ok hotel but not worth the money. Spa pool covered up like a dead bug. pool was nice, no milk for coffee in the morning and the pastries were hard, food is cleared out by 9am sharp...Toilet didn't,t flush good, big hole in the wall that was patched. You can get a super modern room ( like I did ) Indigo Hotel for less...Americas best value should be charging $49.95 a nite.. Housekeeping dosnt speak English. That's a value ...Close to Disney...Yayyyy

It was OK. The whole place needs to be remodeled! The carpet in our room was ripped and stained, the walls in our bathroom were cracked and some of our towels were stained as well. Room service was good, they were always on it! We didn't need to ask for anything extra. All though I was a little upset when I got there because they specifically told us we would get breakfast (I'm thinking eggs and bacon), but instead they gave us cheap muffins and coffee. Luckily there's a few breakfast places to ... Read more

The hotel is located right off the Disneyland with ample choices off restaurants and shopping nearby. Whether traveling for business or on a road trip the Americas best value inn will not disappoint. The property and rooms are well maintained....clean and very spacious..not one spec of dust to be found. The staff are extremely polite and courteous and the prices cannot be beat. I booked this motel through TA for a special price (about $80 per night - with tax - plus a $25 Amazon gift card.) It is worth that money. I wouldn't pay $100+tax for it, however. Don't expect a 4 out of 5 place, but it is clean (no black feet for me) and in a very nice and safe area (literally a 10 minute walk to Disneyland's main gate, and a two to three minute walk to Bubba Gump, Roy's and McCormick and Schmick's.) It IS old. It reminds me of apartment houses in the 60's and 70's - whe... Read more

Well if you're an chronic crack smoker you can lift up a mattress or look behind something and find yourself a free shooter. I did find a enough weed to roll a phat blunt once. Nevermind the crappy tv theres always plenty of action going on right outside your door. If you like ice for your drinks forget it ice machine stays down

We recently stayed here on our recent trip to Anaheim. We have stayed here on numerous occasions and always have had a pleasant experience. There has been considerable improvements to rooms. The owners are friendly and helpful always. Located close to Disneyland and Cheesecake Factory. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

This was a quick weekend trip for us before heading to nor cal... great location for Disney and House of Blues as those were our destinations. This is located across the street so no driving.. gated hotel so great if you have kids no unwanted ppl here... simple but clean rooms. Will definitely come back with the little ones.. for its convenience to Disneyland.. friendly staff, and affordability.

One of the last small places and best kept secrets to stay around Disneyland. All rooms have laminate flooring, this is way better then carpet. The people who work there are so nice and helpful. Within walking distance to Disneyland or The Convention Center. You can also walk to Walgreens or Cvs for what ever you may need. Comfortable beds too.

This is our second stay with Americas Best Value on W. Katella. I would recommend this location over and over. Check-in is a breeze, rooms are clean, beds and pillows comfortable, pool is nice and the location to Disneyland is great. Walk is about 10min, many restaurants along the way for a quick bite before or dinner in the room after a long day. Wifi works great also, This is not a fancy resort hotel and is older, but you CANNOT beat the price and location. You are also close to Garden Walk, m... Read more

Nothing fancy but clean & comfortable. Bonus refrigerator & microwave. Room much larger than expected. Free parking and easy walk to Disneyland. Everything we needed and more. They offered coffee and packaged pastry as well, but we did not partake. Would recommend this motel for 1-2 nights on a budget. A/C powerful & cool. Provided bar soap & shampoo. Bring your own shampoo if you want the good stuff. Towels adequate, better than most motels.

Beds were so hard, like a rock, no one slept well, including children. Breakfast was 3 different types of packaged pastry, not even juice. Staff had thick accents making it VERY difficult to understand things (not their fault, just a heads up in case you have questions for them). Rooms were dilapidated, large holes patched haphazardly, my 12 year old literally looked at me and asked "cheapest one mom?" There were bugs in the light fixtures (still alive). Enjoyed my stay here. I got a room that totaled at about $60 for the night (which is cheaper than most places). They offered breakfast and were accommodating to my needs. I had a friendly conversation with an Indian woman at the front desk... But I can't remember her name or I would put it on here! Close to town and near shops 5/5
