"Like everyone else I too was hesitant to book a mystery hotel but because of the price deal we went for it! When we arrived the valet and front desk staff were very friendly! '! We booked two rooms and specifically requested two queen beds but ended up with one King and a pull out...staff was quick to make sure that our rooms were switched immediately! The hotel is located right off the freeway and our rooms were facing it but with the doors closed the noise is not that bad...it depends how close your rooms are though...make sure to bring ear plugs! The rooms are decent size, everything was clean! I like to spray Lysol just to disinfect and I always make sure beds are bug free... one of our bed sheets however had a blood stains but was quickly changed. The pool area was great and open for 24 hours!!! the restaurant menu had decent prices and open until 10pm. Parking is $10 per night or $12 for valet. Not sure how long the walk to Disneyland was since we drove... Overall our experience was wonderful! I will book again!"

"The hotel was perfect for the price. The fireworks pool side from Disneyland were great better than being in the park. Only thing was we had a room on the outside of the property. I would not recommend to anyone one with children or if you want to sleep in. The traffic was extremly loud and not being in the gated area was a bit unsettling"

"The hotel was updated and modern. The restaurant was very good, we ended up eating dinner there every night. The staff was very nice and the hotel is just a 1/4 mile from Disneyland. They also offer a shuttle bus for $5 per adult. The only downside is how noisy the hotel is being so close to the freeway.

"My reservation was made about 10 hours prior to arrival and instead of 2 queens, I was offered a King with a pull-out couch/queen for the kids. The desk had a small refrigerator sent to the room, self-parking at the hotel was $10/day, and the certificates that I was provided for breakfast buffet was for 2 adults/day, separate charge for kids. The walk to Disneyland was about 5-10 minutes, but we took the #11 shuttle back (driver advised #10 was a quicker option) and the charge was $5 each (I believe ages 9 and under was $3). The hotel is a good neighbor Disney hotel and you can buy your tickets at the front desk although they had sold out of their allotment prior to my arrival.
During the stay, the hotel played music in the courtyard till about 10:30/11:00 at night, the swimming pool area was very nice, the inside bar was under construction and the lobby desk was pretty busy with at least a few people waiting. The room was comfortable, but was in need of quite a number of updates (think motel 6 with updated fixtures). ."

"We were hesitant at first and didn't know if we wanted to go with they mistery deal, but we took our chances and we don't regret it. The location couldn't be better. We walked to Disneyland and saved $20 on parking at the parks. The staff is super friendly and was very helpful. They have a bar at the lobby with all kind of drinks and late snacks. The carnitas nachos are amazing. The only negative comment I have is that one of the towels had yellow spots, but everything else was clean and nice."

"I booked this hotel because I was intrigued by it being a %u2018mystery hotel' and I only paid $83 including tax and other fees (I booked it about 3 weeks in advance), also because my boyfriend and I were celebrating my birthday at Disneyland and the hotel was minutes from the park.
Staff:
We arrived around 10AM but the check in time wasn't until 3PM but they let us check in early. The staff was so nice, we asked if we could get a room with pool view and she told us that it would be a $20 upgrade, but since she had a room available she just waived the upgrade fee. I told her I was celebrating my birthday and she wanted to give me and my boyfriend vouchers for free cocktails but since I am under 21 she gave me a coupon for 25% off anything at the bar or restaurant. Mini refrigerator is available upon request and I asked for one and maintenance delivered the fridge to our room right away.
The Room:
The room was gorgeous with modern furniture and wall decorations, very homely, the bed was so big and comfortable, it had a really tall headboard and I'm pretty sure the pillows and blankets were goose down. The couch was comfy and had a queen sized pull out bed, it was a cute sitting area. The Hi-Definition plasma TV was huge. The bathroom was decent, compared to how nice the room was I expected a luxurious bathroom, but it wasn't, very clean but the shower was a bit small. They had free Wi-Fi and in the room was a coffee pot with complementary imported coffee.
The Lobby/Lounge: The lobby is beautiful almost too beautiful because I can understand how it can cause someone to have high expectations for the room, and then be disappointed. Don't get me wrong, I was so happy with our room. I didn't get a chance to get in the Jacuzzi but there was a nice little poolside lounge area with a cute Tiki Bar.
The Restaurant:
We went to the restaurant for lunch and the food was really good and the prices were good too with the 25% off coupon lunch for 2 came to only $12. The waiter was very friendly, I told him I was celebrating my birthday and he brought me a yummy desert and didn't charge us for it since it was my birthday. (Try the Guinness ice cream, it's delicious!)
Overall:
My boyfriend and I were so pleased with our stay that we've decided to try to book this hotel every time we visit Disneyland. I don't think I would be as impressed if I paid full price for our room, I would recommend taking the risk and booking this %u2018Mystery Hotel' we got a really good deal for $83. I would NOT recommend this hotel if I paid the full price, it's a nice hotel but not nearly nice enough for the regular price.

"I found their valets to be very nice and the front desk. Their older bartender was very nice. I believe that the valet service was reasonable and at any larger town, they can get alot worse, like San Francisco.
Their maids could do a little more time on the rooms to clean out the showers of what the previous people have left in there. I had also gone to a maid and asked for more coffee packets, got them with a smile but when I got back to the room in the evening, I found that the maid that cleaned up took them which I did not appreciate. I had brought my own coffee and creamer and was disappointed I could not use it so that I didn't need to ask the maids for more.
The bed was a little lumpy for my liking and could use a pillow top. The breakfast buffet was good but I am not a fan of scrambled eggs and the restaurant should have more of a selection but the steak was marvelous!
I saw on a review that they should offer a small refrigerator. My valet, who brought our bags up, told me that they have these on request so that guest should have asked. They also told me that if I needed anything, like a errand to get something from the store, to just ask. I am guessing that they liked that I got the tip out of the way right off the bat.
I guess I am spoiled with my cable company and would have liked a few more channels but I made out with what they had.
I have seen some of the reviews also mention the noise of the freeway. I found that by putting the AC on fan, it got rid of that noise completely.
I found the shuttle to be quite nice and the people courteous. I did not find that $5.00 was too much as many come and go from the park. I believe to park in Disney is $15.00 per day and if people grumble about a mere $5.00, then they can't afford a vacation evidently, as this is CA where everything is expensive, including our cost of living.
Overall, I believe that this was a very good hotel for the money and I would stay there again without hesitation!

"we like this hotel,it is clean and updated.I paid for an upgraded room (pool view) but after being sent up 3 times to a parking lot view room i settled for a view of the highway. These rooms would be better if they had a small fridge,after all it is a family hotel and when travelling with kids a fridge is a must,especially when we had to treck down to the lobby 2x a day for ice because the ice machine closest to us was broken.Overall though I would definately stay here again."

"Like the title says, its nothing to be impressed with, but it is cheap. We were supposed to get an 'upgraded room'. But upon check-in at 9:30pm, we were told that there was nothing left, so we got a room that faced the highway titled, 'city view'.
The interior of the room was definitely better than the cheesy 1980s lobby. The bed is firm. The highly rated restaurant is now renamed and the menu is simple burgers. They have a roundtrip shuttle to Disney for $5. Although efficient, it was disappointing that you are charged for everything while you are there (daily self parking is $10).
All in all, we were out and about all day and just needed a place to crash. This is what this hotel is for."

"This hotel claims to be a three and half star resort, but what a joke! I've stayed in two star hotels that was ten times better than this place. Paint on the walls were cracking, carpet was filthy, air unit made a really loud squeling noise, no refrigerator, when you use the shower or use towels the chemical they use to clean is very strong and here's the best....after our first day at Disney we went back to our room to get a good night's sleep at about 9:30 pm only to hear a 'drilling' type of noise either above us or next door to us. I called the front desk to see how long they were having workers working at night since my family was wanting to sleep. She informed me that no one was working and had no clue what I was talking about. The drilling sound got louder so my hubby called this time and was informed that the workers were fixing ceramic tile (at now 10:00 pm) and only needed 15 more minutes to finish the job. Seriously, who does maintance that late at a family hotel?
There is a charge for valet...$12 a night and don't plan on walking to and from the park. It's really far and you have to walk over the freeway pass.
Definitely book somewhere else!!"

"The Hotel was much more like motel with exterior halways. When we checked into our room the sink was filled with sand. The front desk sent maintenance up and they arrived within a few minutes, and were very nice. They said the sand came in from another room...up the pipes and didn't seem to concerned about it. They did offer to change our room but since we arrived at 10pm and were checking out at 8am we just wanted to get to sleep. We brushed our teeth with the bottled water we had with us. When I saw that this was a 3.5 star hotel I expected it to be nicer and less run down"

"I had a great experience. Close enough to walk to Disney, Starbucks across the street, and lots of places of various price ranges nearby. The hotel has two bar areas, also if you want to bring a cooler and keep drinks cheap there is a liquor store in walking distance. The breakfast buffet at the hotel is 12.95 but it's got a variety of food you can fill up on before you hit the road for disney. The staff is delightful, kind, effeicient, and accomadating. When they found out my friends were checking in the next day they made sure there room was right next to ours. Thanks for everything! :)"

"I have no idea how this got a 3.5 rating. The front desk staff is marginally accommodating, the property charges you to park there, and you would think the I-5 traffic is running right through your room. I have never stayed at a property where I could so clearly hear the passing traffic, in spite of the fact I turned on the room fan to block the noise. Overall it was a terrible experience that I will never repeat. The rating on this motel should be no higher than a 2.0."

"What a horrible experience. I paid for two night stay knowing that I would arrive early morning from a 5 hour red eye flight, upon arrival, they did not have my room available eventhough I had called the property directly to advise arrival time. The staff also did not record the names of my family members staying in the room eventhough they were listed on the reservation, as a result my husband was treated very poorly with the assumption that he was not a registered guest in the hotel. I have stayed at many 3.5 star facilities...this is clearly not deserving of that rating"

"I had a great time and stay at this hotel. Only thing that stopped me from giving this place 5 stars is because my room's bathroom wasn't completely cleaned (saw dried spit and hair in the sink) and my bathroom door was newly painted so I smelled paint in our room during the whole stay. I ate breakfast at K'Ya Restaurant and staff, service and food was superb! Host looked out of it and dazed but the wait staff was very tentative. Outdoor pool and bar was a great night spent relaxing and getting our drink on. Disneyland Pier was walking distance, gas station and Starbucks across the street was conveniently close!"

"We did not experience a 3.5 star motel. Our room was less than we would get at a Motel: no embellishment here. The highest rating I would give this motel would be a 2 Star. We booked to stay 2 extra nights, but we could get more at a motel for the money so we left. They have a nice pool area and could see fireworks. "

"When pulling up to this hotel and seeing that it had what I call 'outside doors' I wasn't so sure about this place a first. But getting inside I was pleasantly surprised! It had a nice Caribbean, laid back feel. The pool is heated and 24 hours. There was a hot tub outside as well. The restaurant/bar was extremely well priced. No dish over 10 dollars! But happy hour was amazing! From 4-7 you could get 5 dollar meals and 5 dollar drinks. All I can say is Yum! The wait staff was fantastic and friendly. We sat outside at the outside pool bar, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms were clean and we had no complaints. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Staff was so friendly and helpful..front desk, valet, bartender, restaurant staff. Love the Happy Hour menu and prices!! Noisy hotel location but once room door was shut never was bothered by noise. Pool area is very tropical looking, lots of loungers and great view of the Disneyland fireworks from there. I'll definitely stay again on my next trip to Anaheim."

"Staff was friendly, the rooms were nice and clean and housekeeping cleaned the rooms every day and provided clean towels and sheets. The restraunt was pretty good. The only bad part was the freeway noise, I had read reviews that it was loud but I was shocked at how loud it really was. But with the AC running in the room I really didnt hear it while sleeping. I dont feel like its a family hotel, it has a club like environment especially on the weekend. I dont expect I will stay there again only because of the freeway noise and since I have young kids. But if your traveling with older kids or just adults and you dont mind the freeway noise its a good hotel."

"The Hotel was great. Very clean. The housekeeping was great and the front desk lady was great. Except the front desk guy was very rude and unprofessional. I stood in line and he ignored me three times. He made the experienced very uncomfortable. But the rest of the staff was great!!"

"This hotel exceeded my expections. We stayed one night, left on a cruise and returned for 2 additional days to do the Disneyland thing. Hotel has an adult vip to it.We were a family of 4 adults staying at the hotel. There were kids around but my sence is that it caters to a more mature client. Lobby, lounge,and resturant have an open concept so feels very welcoming. No problems checking in and we were thrilled to find live music in the common area that Friday night. The room was nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed. Bathrooms have not been redocorated to the same standard but our bathrooms were very clean and well equiped. There were 2 computers set up for internet so no wait to get on. We made full use of the gym on the 2nd floor and ate at the hotel's resturant 'Kai' 4 times. Great menu with most items under $ 10.00 dollars. Staff were wonderful and answered all out questions regarding shuttle, discount tickets etc. I regretted not having the time to use the pool as it looked vey nice and well set up.The hotel is actually a short walk to Disneyland fro an adult and we were thrilled to have such an amazing view of the fireworks from the hotel balcony. Only negative is that you do hear the noice of the freeway from your room. It becomes white noise and did not impeed my sleep at all. But if you are a very light sleeper this might be an issue for you.I would not hesitate to return to this hotel and want to thank the staff for such a wonderful experience.

"Hotel was good.. Could have been cleaner in the room other than that $59.00 was a great price but would not want to pay much more than that.... Had no issues I always take Lysol to hotels so I felt good with the stay.."

"The only negative thing was that the hotel is right next to the freeway. Our Room was the corner room closest to the freeway so we could hear the traffic all day.
The Restaurant food quality and Variety was great. We ate 3 meals of 2 nights that we stayed.
Staff was friendly and loved the decor.
Wish we could've had time to enjoy the bar by the pool."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms weren't as nice as they appear on the website, but everything else was great, especially the pool, food, staff, price, and short distance to Disneyland! We throughly enjoyed watching Disneyland's nightly fireworks display from the pool! This is also a good place to stay if you're traveling with kids. "
