Walking distance to Disneyland. Great customer service. The room was big and very clean. Beds were amazing, I could have stayed in them all day. Free breakfast was pretty gross but I would for sure book again. Great stay thank you!!

We had a good stay. The free breakfast was helpful, we only really had the waffles as the rest of the food was not good. The evening service is great, but don't trust the wait staff to bring anything to your table, they always forget. I'm still waiting for my beer. The pools are awesome. Free coffee all day in the lobby. One big downside, we found the beds really uncomfortable. And the sofa was awful. But the hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. The kids loved it.

Clean, courteous staff, good breakfast. Nice pool and spa. Laundry facilities. Room layouts fit families well and close proximity to Disney parking for access to shuttle service to park is great. If you are going to Disneyland I highly recommend this as a place to stay.

We picked the Homewood Suites Convention Center hotel because 1) it's proximity to Disneyland, 2) the family King suite with the bunk bed and trundle bed, 3) having a suite with a kitchen and 4) the breakfast in the morning. We were not disappointed upon arrival! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough for our family. The beds were comfortable. Very convienent location to Disneyland. Staff is very helpful and willing to do whatever they can to help. Arrived early and was able to check In early allowing me to feel safe knowing my luggage was in my room and that was one step taken care when I was ready to return from the amusement park. Breakfast was always hot and good variety, I would reccomend better eggs or and egg station.

If you are going to spend time at Disney you won't need to spend money to get to the park. The Disney buses are just right around the corner and free to the park. The hotel restaurant has a large assortment of food both hot and cold. Best to eat before 8:30.a.m. They close at 9:30 a.m. They do have coffee and hot water available all day long in the entrance. While the rooms and the decor could be updated a bit, the overall experience was awesome. Enjoying the complimentary breakfast in the atrium was great. We spent one night here. July 28th 2016. I cant say enough about how perfect the hotel is. It's brand new and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was ample, and the evening cocktail hour was nice. Ice cold Stella Artois on draft along with some wine went well with the complimentary grilled burgers and chicken sandwiches. The hotel has a putting green and basketball court along with a nice pool / outdoor fire pit. Christian at the front desk went above and beyond to help us.

This hotel is in great location. It is next to the parking lot of Disney so you can just walk to the Disney parking and take the Disney shuttle to the parks. The hotel just 2 big blocks from the parks. Hotel offers great hot breakfast, the only thing is that they offer it from 6-10am and by 9:30 they are removing everything. Rooms are big and very comfortable. Kitchen has everything since microwave, stove, dishes, pans for cooking, dishwasher, big refrigerator etc.

Very nice hotel but beware if you want peace and quiet look elsewhere. The room has a full kitchen, sink, microwave, refrigerator. Standup shower. We arrived early so we were given a room close to elevators. The problem with that is by being close to the ice maker we heard doors slam all night long. There were kids running through the halls all night. I was actually woken up at 3 am due to the noise.

It is hard to find a hotel the accommodates a family of 5 comfortably, but this hotel super exceeded all of my expectations! Super clean and spacious rooms (family suite) Very close to Disneyland, I think it was about a 5 minute walk to the shuttle and a 8 minute shuttle ride to the park.

We booked a family suite for our 11 night stay in September and had a fantastic, comfortable stay. Our room had a brilliant , practical layout with room for 2 adults and 3 teens. It was always scrupulously cleaned and had everything we could need. We were able to catch the free shuttle next door to Disneyland that left almost immediately or we walked and it was only a 15 minute walk. We had 10 day Disney Park Hopper tickets purchased in Australia which are amazing value. It was also easy to arr... Read more

Arriving to find out grocery order unpacked int he kitchen was fantastic. The hotel worked well for a family traveling to Disneyland because of the kitchen and the great complimentary breakfast and evening social it was a money-saver. However, the breakfast doesn't start until 6:30am and if you are trying to make a 7am magic morning you won't have time to eat because it is a long walk to Disneyland. The shuttle in the nearby Disney parking lot doesn't start running until 7am so your options to... Read more

Given my past stays with Homewood Suites I decided to book this location for our family Disneyland trip. We were not disappointed! The complimentary breakfast and evening social were wonderful and helped save on cost. We really enjoyed the movie by the pool and lounging in the common areas. It was nice having more space in the suite than just two beds and a bathroom. We didn't feel as though we were on top of each other. I stayed for 6 nights. The reception desk were very helpful in finding me a quiet room. Apparently all the king suites are on the first floor and there is no way of knowing that when making the reservation. All the breakfast and evening meal staff were friendly too. Breakfast had a very good range of food including fresh fruit and hot food such as eggs and bacon. The weekday evening supper is good and includes a free drink. We chose this hotel based on the other reviews and I am so glad we did! I do not have one negative thing to say about this hotel. The set up was ideal for us - parents with a 4 year old. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it. Any complaints about table being left dirty were bc guests are expected to help bus their tables. Which I think is perfectly acceptable considering this is not a restaurant but a complimentary breakfast. The evening social was ideal and a nice treat. Being... Read more

We stayed here for 7 nights while going to Disneyland. Everything here was amazing. We stayed in a suite with bunk beds and a trundle bed, which allowed each of the kids to have their own bed. Having a kitchen was great, especially the refrigerator. The staff was incredible, the free breakfast was extensive and with different most mornings, the free evening happy hour was great, the pool was perfect for the kids.one of the best aspects was that the Disneyland parking lot is across the street, s... We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff and room were perfect for our family traveling to Disneyland. Our two rooms were connected by a living room which was great. The only small issues we had were that I turned a pillow case over and it was slightly dirty and the breakfast items were either missing or just didn't taste that good (we did enjoy the make your own waffles though). What a wonderful hotel and value! I called the staff ahead of time to see if it would be ok to have one suite for our family of 9 (4 adults, 4 small children, one baby). Staff member said as long as we would be comfortable, that would be fine. We were able to sleep all 4 kids in the bunk bed, baby in a pack-n-play we brought, one adult on pullout trundle, 2 adults in king bed, and one adult on pull-out couch very comfortably. I was visiting with my almost 9 year old and we felt completely safe, just being the two of us. Starting with the front desk, they were all friendly and helpful. When I found this hotel and saw they had a family suite with bunk beds with a daily free breakfast it was a no brainer! After I booked this hotel I realized that 4 days a week they have a free supper with drinks as well. It had a nice pool area with a separate kids pool. Staff were super friendly! The hotel is in a convenient location off of Harbor Blvd. The room was good sized and clean with a small kitchen. The bed was not very comfortable, but the linens were okay. The staff was friendly, but the fare they offered for a ride to the hotel from John Wayne Airport was much higher and less convenient than a taxi. The included breakfast was barely edible.
