Very nice hotel for a Holiday Inn. Upon entry, the lobby is beautiful and expansive. Nice sitting areas to accommodate the attached conference center plus the hotel guests. Business center is right in the lobby - but the printer wasn't working at the time of my visit - so I had the front desk print what I needed. Good thing I had a flash drive! Room was comfortable with nice pillows. Very spacious and a nice work area. I received breakfast tickets but only used one of them. It was a buff... Read more

Every time I've stayed here the pool has been closed and the exercise equipment doesn't function. What makes up for that, are the two folks who's attitude, energy and talents are incomparable. Cody the bartender and Larry the Chef will make you feel right at home, that is if you have a professional mixologist and top notch Chef waiting for you when you get there. They alone make this place, THE PLACE to stay when in Texarkana. Steve Cmeyla

Multiple problems with housekeeping not cleaning the room in a consistent manner, and once not cleaning the room even though I removed the do not disturb sign by 10:30am and housekeeping was still on my floor for several hours. When I noticed that housekeeping was no longer on my floor and my room was still not cleaned I called the front desk and the individual stated "YOU MUST OF HAD THE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN OUT". It was not a question, but an accusation. She followed up with saying that Houseke... Read more

I stayed at this facility for a three day conference. Check-in was great; the ladies were very friendly and sweet. Rooms are large, clean and mostly quiet. Only problem was with the doors. Room door did not block hallway sound well and the bathroom and closet doors looked like they belonged on a safe. Very heavy looking and industrial. Maybe most people like this but it was not to my taste. My view out the back was not good (roof top and water park in the far background but not really a p... Read more

Last time we were in the area, we walked over from our hotel for happy hour here. Had wonderful one on one bar service from Gwen. Stopped today and asked for Gwen. Hoping her promise on a deal for our next time thru in a couple weeks pans out. We only know the bar, but heard service at the hotel is great. Will let you know in February!!

During a very long holiday drive from Chicago to Houston, this was a pleasant relief. Kevin, the front desk associate, was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel room was very clean, modern, and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and relieving after our 10 hours in the car. We had a quiet evening and then enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning. We received excellent service in the dining area that felt more like a wait restaurant due to updated booths with indiv... Read more

I am a long distance coach bus driver for Jefferson Lines bus company and I am always delighted at the accommodating and friendly service I've receive on every single visit from Nathalie Sanem who has clearly owned the front desk services and made them her own. She has raised the bar in what friendly and professional customer service should look like. To be totally honest, and in my opinion, this young lady could teach other staff how to be the standard for all Holiday Inn locations. She's a bre... Read more

State Line Avenue divides Texarkana between the Texas side and the Arkansas side of the city. I am in a business that is state specific so I am usually on the Texas side of town. I never thought of staying in a hotel on the Arkansas side of the city but thanks to tripadvisor I found the Holiday Inn Arkansas Convention Center hotel. I have two favorite hotels on the Texas side but the reason I found this one is that I searched for restaurants on tripadvisor. That's when I saw that there was a fa... Read more

This is my go to hotel in Texarkana Arkansas. It's clean, quite, ac works as it should and usually good beds. This trip I was here for a week. One day the didn't make the beds and we had to call for fresh towels. My bed was a little worn out room 220. This is the first time this happened. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is better than most of the others. See you next trip.

We pulled into Texarkana after a long day of driving. My kids were excited to use their pool, and they had great pool hours--invaluable after a long day in the car. Unfortunately, we went to dinner, and then my son threw up in the car, right before we got back to the hotel. The staff was very helpful at check-in, and then they also pointed me to a washing machine and dryer on the third floor--free for guests! I can´t explain how much that made my night! As we weren´t able to swim that ... Read more
