First of all, I stay in a lot of hotels with my job. This is one of the best places that I have ever stayed in, period. The front desk person, Felicity made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the doors. The rest of the staff was just as friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The large shower was great.

We stayed here 2 nights - one on the way to San Antonio and one on our way home. Fairly new Holiday Inn which are rare these days. Rooms were lovely, full breakfast was great and had a nice cocktail lounge but were lacking in their stock. Would definitely stay here again.

We reside in Texarkana but held an event at the convention center. My niece wanted to stay in a hotel (so she could swim) and so we did. Had a great time the banquet service and facilities are second to none. The hotel staff worked with us on everything we needed for our two day event to be a complete success. From meeting rooms to food service it was five star all the way. The rooms were super comfortable and the pool facilities were great! This is the hotel I recommend for any event or jus... Read more

This hotel is very nice. High class hotel, with great customer service and clean rooms. The beds were very comfortable and there were 2 firm and 2 soft pillows. When you walk into the hotel you can tell that it is a very nice place.

This is a high quality, superb location with an excellent restaurant with a 5 star chef!!! What more can you say about Holiday Inn Express?!! Staff is excellent, courteous and most gracious. This was my 3rd. stay with them during a 2 year extent.

I stayed at this hotel and attended a conference in the convention center last year. That experience was a nightmare. This visit was much improved. The hotel itself is top notch. However, the convention center still needs some tendering loving care. The main hallway where exhibitors set up has awful acoustics. It's incredibly loud and hard to visit with prospective clients and vendors. The food served in the convention center leaves much to be desired. The food often didn't seem fresh including ... Our room was okay. The microwave did not work, and you had to make sure that your door shut and locked by pulling door with force. There was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the room when we arrived that night. Hot tub was not working. We ate breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel. Chef Larry and staff provided a great meal for us. The breakfast that we ate was delicious. The staff were very accommodating.

I stay at this hotel an average of 3 times a week for my job. This is a nice hotel but some things need attention. 1st. There is no air in the hallways. You walk out of your room into a sauna. 2nd. I was just informed that after staying here for about a year and a half, ( and earning points) I will not earn any reward points because my bill is billed directly to my company. I was getting these points before, but no longer. So, if you are a business customer and it is direct billed, check ... Read more

This hotel is very nice and clean. The only issue that I had was trying to get in the side door with the key was difficult. Sometimes it worked and others it did not. The bed was cozy and bathroom well stocked.

Hubby and I were celebrating our anniversary by taking a road trip. I based this stay on Trip advisor reviews. I am a big fan of TA but, sadly, the mark was missed on this one and two others... You may see my other reviews of HIE in two other cities. So now to the review. Extremely hard to find with GPS, as it does not pick up the right address. Called the hotel and apparently they get plenty of calls regarding this, daily. She gave us a different address and we arrived, at the wrong hotel! Se... Read more

Here on an extended business trip. Outside summer temperatures and humidity are absolutely miserable. My room and the person I was working with had equally comfortable rooms, great air conditioning and housekeeping staff that was careful and quick getting in and out. Best part was the restaurant where the breakfast was fantastic. I had to tell the boss, Chef Larry, how good the breakfast bacon was and he cooked me eggs, absolutely the way I wanted them. Thanks Larry, and I will be back.

Absolutely the nicest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed...our room was stylish, A/C worked well and the room had a clean smell and it was spotless. The room also had a large walk-in shower with a lot of water pressure....the bed and pillows were very comfortable...We ate at the breakfast buffet, I have food allergies and Chef Larry scrambled me egg whites because I could not eat the buffet eggs, our breakfast was very good. The Chef, waitress and front desk clerk were excellent!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Convention Center while in town for a baseball tournament. The hotel was decent but does not serve complementary breakfast which was a disappointment. You can purchase the breakfast buffet for $9.95 but in my opinion the generic, standard hotel food is not worth the price.

The staff here is outgoing, friendly and helpful. This is a newer HI Express. A water park is directly behind the hotel and 2-3 restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms were comfortably and quiet and the price is lower than just a few miles away (the HI Express in Texarkana, Texas). Plus, free use of laundry facilities.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Conference Center this past October for a conference. The facilities are new and are tastefully decorated. The staff was efficient and helpful. It was a good stay. It was a little difficult finding the location of the hotel. Our GPS had us in the middle of a field about a quarter mile from the hotel.

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Chef Larry is awesome. This was the best food I have ever been served at a convention center. Nothing bland or ordinary here! Delicious! Kudos to Chef Larry!

Just completed a very nice stay in this fine facility attending a three day business meeting. Staff very efficient, friendly and helpful. Room quiet, roomy and nicely appointed. Breakfast best we have experienced when included with the very reasonable room rates. A little difficult to access but I would recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in the Texarkana area whether attending a Convention or not.

Very Clean nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed 3 nights and had no issues. They offer a breakfast buffet that is ok but they also offer dinner which is actually a very good menu! I had the gumbo and it was amazing! Talked to the chef and his is from new Orleans so that explained alot lol.... would highly recommend this hotel!

Clean, easy to find, staff very helpful, Only complaint is that pillows are sad. Conference was well supported. Buffet lines for conference meals were well tended and food was good and plentiful. Business computer station was out of order.

The hotel rooms are large. There is a small restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner. Good food. What makes this place really shine are the people. Holiday Inn has hired a group of top notch customer centric people who go out of their way, every time, to assure every part of your stay is first rate. Highly recommend. Easy to get to and close to shopping, restaurants, etc.

I am continuously impressed by the staff at this hotel. Chef Larry and his team do so much with what they have to work with and put such an emphasis on taking care of their guests. Cody can juggle so many patrons and keep each and everyone of them engaged. The lobby team has been nothing short of accommodating and resourceful as well. Keep up the great job gang and I'll keep staying at your property!

We pulled into Texarkana after a long day of driving. My kids were excited to use their pool, and they had great pool hours--invaluable after a long day in the car. Unfortunately, we went to dinner, and then my son threw up in the car, right before we got back to the hotel. The staff was very helpful at check-in, and then they also pointed me to a washing machine and dryer on the third floor--free for guests! I can´t explain how much that made my night! As we weren´t able to swim that ... Read more

This is my go to hotel in Texarkana Arkansas. It's clean, quite, ac works as it should and usually good beds. This trip I was here for a week. One day the didn't make the beds and we had to call for fresh towels. My bed was a little worn out room 220. This is the first time this happened. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is better than most of the others. See you next trip.

State Line Avenue divides Texarkana between the Texas side and the Arkansas side of the city. I am in a business that is state specific so I am usually on the Texas side of town. I never thought of staying in a hotel on the Arkansas side of the city but thanks to tripadvisor I found the Holiday Inn Arkansas Convention Center hotel. I have two favorite hotels on the Texas side but the reason I found this one is that I searched for restaurants on tripadvisor. That's when I saw that there was a fa... Read more
