We stayed here and attended a concert at the Amp next door. The hotel is very nice. The room was large and the bed was amazing. We had a late nite pizza at the bar which was great. A little disappointed that breakfast was over at 9am but we found The Egg & I down the road which was great. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is lovely and inviting. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. I appreciated the door between the front room and the bedroom of the staff. Since I was traveling with teenagers, the quiet and privacy was very nice.

Having been a Honors member since 2002, staying in Hampton Inn's, Hilton's, Hilton Gardens' and Embassy Suites, with some stays as long as 8 nights at a time, the Embassy Suites in Rogers by far surpasses anything we have ever experienced in a motel. The entire weekend was perfect start to finish, including being most surprised with a bucket of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries being delivered to our room compliments of the hotel for our 34th wedding anniversary. Stayed for 6 nights while my daughter had her fourth child. Gone during the day to help with the kids, but returned here each evening. First of all, rooms are fading....rust around the tub mildew on the grout...yuck. But that is not my chief complaint...let's talk smell....OMG...the room daily increased in smell....like a rotting mouse or rat....called management and even they agreed it smelled and they had had complaints before, but don't worry, they said, the smell is not toxic....they off... I have upgraded to the premium room at this particular hotel four times because it was worth the money. However, after paying extra for the premium room last weekend, we were surprised that there were no real services that made the room actually any better than any other room. They had removed the complementary snack machine and the ice machine was not working. We did not even get the bottled water. The worst was that I was not made aware of these changes before upgrading.

This Embassy is usually a source of good service. But, this Embassy rose above those lofty standards. The staff went above and beyond at every turn. The bartender at the evening happy hour, Kari, even remembered what I drank every night I attended, without asking. That is the kind of personal service that met you at every turn. I highly suggest this as a destination in Northwest Arkansas. You can get anywhere quick from here.

Beautiful location, great home away from home. I have stayed at this hotel many times over a ten year period and have always had a wonderful stay. The convention center is top notch. The breakfast buffet is very good and I love the omelet bar. I always look forward to my stay at this Marriot facility.

The suites are very convenient for three women traveling as a group. The pull out bed was comfy with no bar hitting the back when reclined. The breakfast is wonderful and should not be missed. The evening reception offers free drinks for two hours. They do offer some food but don't get your hopes up for anything special.

Awesome place and breakfast!!! The rooms are newly renovated and they are clean especially the bed sheets and the towels. I love the open space when you come in the building, however I missed the fresh green plants/vines flowing down from atop which to me seems connects down to the fountains. The plastic plants decorated on each floor seems dark and not appealing as it was two years ago.

The embassy was a nice hotel, but not great. It's a large complex, and it was completely booked and crowded. The daily breakfast buffet was large, but everything was cheap from frozen food. Such as frozen pancakes, maybe powdered/ imitation eggs. The biscuits were ok, but occasionally burned. All the pastries were straight off the grocery store shelf. I've stayed at this property on several occasions and have never had a problem but found this stay to be very disappointing. The shower curtain liner was covered in mold all along the bottom and was coming off in chunks in the shower. It was disgusting! My fitted bed sheet was put on incorrectly, but the worst part was the blanket for the sofa bed had three dried blood stains on it. This kind of filth is unacceptable.

Accustomed to arrivals on Friday nights, I completely forgot it was Friday morning instead of Saturday. Of course when we went downstairs to eat at 9:45, breakfast, which ends at 9:00 on weekdays, was put away! At that point we realized our mistake! We were trying to decide what to do, when Fermina, who was working in the area, completely took care of us! She offered to go to the back and the next thing we knew we were eating hot oatmeal, with raisins and brown sugar, and piping hot coffee! ... Read more

Love Hilton Honors' cell app that allows you select your own room and create a digital key using your cell phone. Awesome. Nice property, clean, well maintained, with friendly staff. Let me check in very early due to an early arriving flight... Gym was OK, and common areas were ok. The bar was the only aspect of this hotel that I didnt care for. The bartenders were grumpy and the selection was not great.
