We had a very long day when we arrived to the hotel around 7pm. We were in town for a funeral and just wanted to get to our room. We had reserved two rooms and when we arrived at 7pm, one of them was not ready yet. We had to wait around 30 minutes for second room to be ready. It was clear the hotel was short staffed and busy since the manager was working the front desk and she was the one to go check to see if our room had been cleaned yet. Even though breakfast went to around 9:30/10am we ... Read more

This is my first visit to this property. The first thing I will say is that the Marriott app and website says this property is 3.6 miles from Bill & Hillary Clinton National Airport and in reality it is over 10 miles away. There is not much around this property except 2 sister Marriott hotels, a gas station and a Cracker Barrel in from of all 3 hotels. The rooms are big. Old style property. Full kitchen, larger living rooms and nice sized bedrooms. The room was clean and quiet. The only issue ... Read more

It's hard to know how to rate this hotel. On the one hand it was very clean, the rooms technically met the description online, and breakfast was fairly good. On the other hand, it sort of looks like a war occurred in this hotel. There were signs posted everywhere about video surveillance, guarding valuables, and not being responsible for damage to vehicles. That coupled with the people loitering in the parking lot at 1 am when we arrived after 14 hours of driving made us a little leery. Inside, ... Read more

On our trip from Texas to North Carolina we had trouble finding a room for the night. My father is disabled and we needed a handicap room. The lady on duty was concerned and offered many options how she could accommodate us. When we reached the hotel she was all smiles and concerned about him and reassured him he would not need to go far. The next morning the team on duty had bright smiles and just as friendly. The breakfast was good and the woman that tends to the breakfast area was super ... Read more

This is a very well run Marriott Residence Inn. Bonita, Benita and the *nita's of the management team are doing a good job. I write this in May 2016, and we already have 85 nights at Marriotts this year, so we know the brands very well. New this year, Residence Inns are having food trucks cone by two nights a week. Excellent idea, since after a day of travelling you sometimes can't face going out to dinner. This is not a criticism of this property, but Marriott Residence Inns in general...I... Read more

After a long drive and upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk for 20 minutes. When she arrived, there were 4 families waiting to check in. Upon getting into our 1 bedroom suite, it was very dirty with stains and chips on the walls, doors, carpets, furniture etc. The bathroom and kitchenette were clean, but the rest was very unkempt and stained. We noticed only 3 pillows on the bed and no bedding whatsoever on the pull-out. After dinner, we came back to the front desk to ask for pillows... Read more

Place is dirty. Room was dirty. Had not been vacuumed. Staff was nice but should not hang out up front. The hotel was in need of a deep cleaning. I think it could be okay with some better management decisions. Not in a bad location. North little rock.

Don't waste your time and money here. The front desk clerk was on the phone the whole time during checkin. The halls are filthy, litter strewn about. The first room I checked into wasn't clean. The second room, was cleaner, but there was a hole in the wall, the sheets had stains and half the lights don't work. Supposedly I had the last available room, so I stayed. I've stayed at better low end hotels.

We travel with our pets at times and like to stay in Residence Inn's. This one was our only bad experience. First the staff was always busy, but half of them talking with each other. Then our room had a large wet spot in the middle of it. Probably from cleaning a pet issue, but still it should not have been rented.

The Inn is a little beat up, however the room was clean and set up just like any other residence inn. The staff was friendly and helpful and they served a good breakfast. The room rate was more than fair, and it's a good place to stop off the highway when traveling.

We had a quick one night stay in mid June and it was a nice stay. Typical Residence Inn property with your average amenities. Breakfast was fully stocked. Of particular note, I wasn't able to locate the ice maker and had to request ice from the kitchen.

I stayed at Residence Inn in North Little Rock, AR for 2 weeks and out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one is by far the most comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast is great with a variety of options. The staff are incredibly friendly and personable and the room is perfect for a long term stay. If I ever need to stay long term again, it'll definitely be here!

This is a very nice hotel. Very clean & well kept. Indoor pool & hot tub in good condition. Usual breakfast- not great but sufficient. Very close to lots of food & shopping options. Queen beds seemed more like full size. Love the full kitchen. Will be back.

Arrived with my niece traveling cross country to college in Florida. We arrived at 12:30am in the morning, and the front desk agent was professional, friendly and attentive. The room was clean and efficient. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and good.

My mother was admitted to the nearby Baptist hospital ICU and I wanted to stay in a hotel as close as possible. All I had to do was call and they gave me a very nice discount on a one-bedroom suite. During this stressful time, every single staff person I encountered was amazingly friendly. I highly recommend them!

Stayed at the hotel recently for 3 nights. The room was clean - albeit with water stains and a bit of mold on the ceiling. The room I booked was a 2 bedroom suite. All good - but I had 6 people in my party and wanted to use the sofa-bed. The sofa-bed was jammed shut, partially broken and very dirty. No linens in the room at all for the sofa-bed -had to go to the Front Desk to get sheets and a blanket - the person at the front desk said the hotel had none and they had to go get sheets/blanke... The first room they assigned us smelled of a strong odor, we looked around and the carpet looked dirty and was torn in several places. The couch was stained. We ask and received a different room, which was much better. Until when we got into the bed, we found two socks in the made bed. The front desk provided us with new sheets but there was no housekeeping to actually change the sheets so we had to do that. ALL of the staff was very friendly, and the management was very apologetic and acoom... Read more

We were on our way home and stopped here for the night. The room was clean & spacious. Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub, even if the jets didn't work. We would stay here again if traveling to Little Rock.

We looked forward to our last night on the road in a Residence Inn. We have always had a great experience and booked a 2 room suite. The living area looked beat up and chair had stains and was not comfortable at all. Dishes were dirty in cupboard and one bed slanted and was not comfortable. The living rug looked dirty. Bathrooms were in good shape. We pay $100 pet deposit at these hotels and assume it is used to make sure these rooms are indeed kept up with the extra cost we have to pay. We had ... Read more

I've been a Platinum Rewards Member of Marriott since 2007 & the experience within this establishment is right up there with one of my worst experiences with Marriott. I will leave out the extreme negative family occurrence which involved a child in college who ended up in the ER in another state, in addition to the fact that AT&T elected to kick my phone offline from their network, but I had a very small window before I was required to be back in class, and I had a few minutes to use the hotel ...
