These are rooms normally used by visitors staying more than one night, They have a full kitchen and roomy furnishings. Ours had one TV that swiveled to either face the bed or the lounge area. The room was clean, in good shape and the staff was very friendly. Note to designers: When laying out these rooms, try and face the sink/toilet area away from the bed, that way the late sleeper is not disturbed by the light from the early riser.

The Residence Inn is one of my favorite hotels wherever I travel. This one is no exception. Staff could be a little more responsive but otherwise, the stay was very comfortable. It wasn't that staff didn't help but they appeared to take their time. Of course, they may have busy with other issues at the time I needed bed linens for the pull out couch. All in all, a good stay.

Let me start by saying that I am very picky where I stay. We stayed 1 night end of December and was hesitant based on other reviews. Booked a king suite and it was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable, TV worked fine, bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels. Really liked the full size fridge and 2 burner cook top, even a dishwasher. Would be good for extended stay. Did not get breakfast so can't comment on that. Overall- I was very satisfied with my 1 night stay.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised to find dinner ready when we arrived! We were dog tired from our days journey and it was nice to avoid having to turn around and go back out to get dinner. Our room was clean and felt very cozy with a fireplace. The mattress was fair not fabulous. I always appreciate a free breakfast but in this case I wish we had skipped it and went to the Cracker Barrel next door. The eggs were wet and gooey, turkey sausage was dry and nasty, oatmeal was runny, and th... Read more

Have been loyal Marriott members since late 90's, and most of the time we stay Residence Inn. We stay at THIS location for a week each time we visit North Little Rock. 2010, fantastic property - exceeded our expectations. 2013, showing wear and tear, needed a face-lift, but same great service. THIS TIME was horrific (2016). The only thing "Marriott" about this property is the sign in the parking lot. Room was unacceptable (broken tv, broken fireplace, no dishes, no pots or pans, stinky ref... Read more

I've been a Platinum Rewards Member of Marriott since 2007 & the experience within this establishment is right up there with one of my worst experiences with Marriott. I will leave out the extreme negative family occurrence which involved a child in college who ended up in the ER in another state, in addition to the fact that AT&T elected to kick my phone offline from their network, but I had a very small window before I was required to be back in class, and I had a few minutes to use the hotel ... We looked forward to our last night on the road in a Residence Inn. We have always had a great experience and booked a 2 room suite. The living area looked beat up and chair had stains and was not comfortable at all. Dishes were dirty in cupboard and one bed slanted and was not comfortable. The living rug looked dirty. Bathrooms were in good shape. We pay $100 pet deposit at these hotels and assume it is used to make sure these rooms are indeed kept up with the extra cost we have to pay. We had ... Read more

The hotel is in the norther part of the town but still close enough to down town area and other attractions. Offers easy on and off of interstate 40. The hotel is clean with a friendly staff and good free breakfast.

We were on our way home and stopped here for the night. The room was clean & spacious. Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub, even if the jets didn't work. We would stay here again if traveling to Little Rock.

The first room they assigned us smelled of a strong odor, we looked around and the carpet looked dirty and was torn in several places. The couch was stained. We ask and received a different room, which was much better. Until when we got into the bed, we found two socks in the made bed. The front desk provided us with new sheets but there was no housekeeping to actually change the sheets so we had to do that. ALL of the staff was very friendly, and the management was very apologetic and acoom... Read more
