Very clean and happy staff! Friendly staff. I would recommend to the business traveler as they have multiple outlets and wonderful healthy breakfast. The lobby was clean and rooms were very nice and welcoming. It is very close to many restaurants in the area.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past 4 years and it is always a wonderful experience. Great service, friendly help and a nice breakfast. The people here are inviting and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant.

This was a weekend trip for us with a one night stay. We have stayed in other hotels in Mtn Home and this one seems to be the best. Always clean and courteous staff. The room was clean, staff went out if their way to help with a few small issues we had and breakfast the next morning was good.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The free wifi was slow but the hotel was booked to capacity. We would definitely stay here again. We used the pool and hot tub and both were clean.

I was in the area for my daughters college graduation. Hampton Inn made my stay and visit very memorable. The staff was very friendly. It was a pleasure to have stayed at this Hampton Inn. The facility was always very clean.

This franchise is typical of the smaller/older Hampton Inns: smaller rooms, queen beds, low quality television reception, and lacking in maintenance. Our room (106) has a broken toilet seat, damaged towel rack on the shower door, and a small bug fell from a pillow as I was about to go to bed. However the breakfast was okay and parking was fine.

This is a clean, friendly motel. There is a good variety for breakfast. We book 3 rooms each year. Ages from range 3 to 68 and we all are very comfortable staying in this hotel. I might mention that the kids check to see what time the cookies are being baked. They make sure we are headed back in time to have a cookie. ???

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast and coffee were good, and the staff was friendly. They also leave fresh coffee (including flavored creamer) out all day, which is wonderful. We also went swimming and the pool was warm and towels were provided. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very clean and we had requested a non-smoking room and it actually didn't smell of smoke unlike other hotels that we stayed at on our trip. The pool/hot tub were very clean and even had pool toys for the kids to play with. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Hampton Inn in Mountain Home was clean and provided a great complimentary breakfast. Located just off the main highway into town, it was easy to get in and out, and fairly close to the golf course.

This place is great! Worth every penny. We were traveling on vacation and found a spot that our kids loved and wanted to stay the night instead of just driving on through. One kid got car sick on his blanket and wouldn't sleep with anything else. The lady at the front desk, Michelle, helped us out so much. I was still up until after 2am washing clothes but with out yer help, I would have never made it! Thank you for have such a gem to help us out in our time of need. We won't forget it and we wi... Wherever we travel to we always look for a Hampton Inn. They're always friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, but mostly the beds are so comfortable we sleep very well. Truthfully, it's all about the beds!

This is the best hotel in mountain home. Clean and the staff is great. Don't waste your money with the cheaper hotels. You only get what you pay for. I have tried all of them and this is the only one we feel safe and clean in.

This hotel has always surpassed expectations. Clean, friendly and quiet, just what we want in a place to stay. The indoor pool and hot tub were the main reasons we booked the first time, but the quality is why we come back.

Facility should not have the Hilton name attached to it. Should be sold to Motel 6,8.or some other Entity that you don't expect quality at. Room was the smallest I've ever experienced at Any Hilton properties.

We own business in mountain home but staying 180 miles far this time has to stay over night because of family and kids and next morning headed to Branson Mo. Front desk clerk makes my reservation was superfast and check in was an excellent I am really impressed. Strongly recommend this to everyone and love their breakfast.

Was able to get last minute reservation On entry looks like any other hampton inn. However when walked into room, it had funny odor - not sure what it was - smoker smell or something stale. Asked for new room. They were fully booked so no other room available though only 6 pm and parking lot empty. Offered us a perfumed candle Sounds like this is common complaint.

I recently spent a night here on business. The staff was very friendly. The lobby area is very accommodating. The carpet in the hallways needs updating. It is rolling up and very dingy and faded. The room was smaller than most Hampton inn but was comfortable. It was nicely decorated but there was some wear and tear on the wallpaper with it coming off the wall. With some remodeling could be a very nice hotel.

The Hampton Inn in Mountain Home is, in my opinion, the best hotel to book a room with. The prices are fair. There is plenty to do. They have a pool and hot tub, a gym, and wifi. The breakfast is better than that of any other hotel I have stayed at in town. It is also located within close proximity of the best stores and restaurants in Mountain Home. Service has always been friendly when I am there and the rooms are clean.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is convenient and easy to find. Complimentary breakfast is adequate. We didn't use the fitness facilities but they look nice. This is a decent place to stay, but it's a bit pricey. I would stay here again.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Hilton property. Stay away from the Hampton Inn in Mountain Home, Arkansas! Recommend the Comfort Inn. The service level along with the maintenance level is not typical of the Hilton Brand. Service is far below any level of poor. I have been a Hilton Honors member for well over 20 years and have stayed pretty well across the United States. Mountain Home is top of the list as far as failure in service, maintenance and customer care.

I stay at Hampton properties frequently for business travel. This is the first time that I stayed at the Hampton in Mountain Home, Arkansas; I will not stay there again. The service at this hotel was lack luster. The fitness center had malfunctioning/unsafe equipment. When reported to the staff, nothing was done to remedy the problem. The next day, the equipment was still "in service" and still malfunctioning. The pool and hot tub were not clean and the chemicals seemed as if they were off. Furt... Read more

The rooms are great with nice firm beds and very clean. The breakfast is not just cereal & milk. There are a variety of different foods to pick from for what anyone could want to eat. The location of the hotel is basically in the middle of town; therefore making it easy to go to a lot of destinations in this area of lakes, rivers, caves, shopping and Silver Dollar City. I wanted my guests to enjoy a swimming pool; but the pool had some maintenance issues (liner was dirty looking and repaired ... Read more

My husband, daughter (almost 2 years old), and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago for a Friday-Sunday family visit. We booked a room with 1 queen sized bed. The hotel's website said it had cribs, so we did not bring our pack & play. We checked in at 9:30pm Friday night and were told there were no cribs. Not sure if that meant they didn't have any or they were out. As it turns out, there would not have been any room in our room for a crib anyways. The room was tiny - barely big enough for ... Room was clean as expected at any Hampton inn. Breakfast was again what is expected. Not many choices in this area. I am sure you could stay at worse in the area. The beds are all queen, they have no option to upgrade to a king size bed in a room. Rooms are very small.

Room was very clean with nice tv, fridge and microwave. The smell in the staircase was horrible. I had to try not the breathe going up and down the stairs. I went to breakfast at 9:30am and they were out of everything except for cold cereal or toast. Did not feel like I was staying at a $107 plus tax a night hotel. Also, be prepared to make several trips carrying your luggage in the stinky stairs as I could never get a luggage cart. They said they have one and it must be in use.

My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Mountain Home this past February on a business trip to north Arkansas. Things were pretty well standard for a Hampton Inn except that the room was small. Otherwise, it was an okay stay. It is located conveniently to restaurants in the area and is not too far from downtown.

The room was clean, and the best thing was the pool/hot tub. Very nice. We had let our AAA membership expire, so I paid more than I like to. The price of the room was almost as much as a room at one of the nearby lake resorts.

This is a newer hotel in Mountain Home. It's nice and very clean. The rooms are small but comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is the usual standard fare at this class of hotel. We didn't encounter any problems so as far as customer service goes I don't really have an opinion. The location is convenient for shopping, eating and visiting Lake Norfork. I definitely recommend staying here.

We went to Hampton Inn on our second night of staying in Mt. Home. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I had asked about seeing a room before checking in and Kevin, at the desk, was very kind about granting that. The room size was good for the 2 of us. And the furnishings were pretty up to date. The carpet in the hallway needed to be replaced, which was the only sign of updating that I saw that needed to happen. The breakfast was a little weak, eggs were rubbery, but overall ... Read more
