General Manager Ms. Loren and her staff were welcoming, professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating to your needs. We were pleased in 2015 and still pleased in 2016. If you're driving south, this Hampton Inn is right off Interest I-55 and no more than 15-20 minutes from Memphis, TN. I have to comment on Colton Steakhouse & Grill, which is walking distance from the Inn. The food is great, atmosphere is relaxing, and guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Nice Hampton to stay at. Not a lot to do nearby but a comfortable and quiet place to rest. Great outside pool and good breakfast. Easy to get to and a nice carwash on the property behind the hotel. It's only a few minutes to Memphis but your not fighting Memphis traffic or prices>

Hotel was brand new. Room super clean, great shower and beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. We booked the room while on the road traveling through town. One of the best Hampton Inns we stayed at yet.

I called to make reservation ahead of travel and picked location for travel time from start point and past stay experience. I requested an accessible room as a disabled veteran with a walk-in shower and was told it was available and trusted it was assigned. Upon arrival and check-in, in my power chair, I was given my room and after getting settled, undressed into sleepwear, I went to place some items into the bathroom and found it was not an accessible bathroom but since it was late and would ta... I travelled for business to the West Memphis/Marian area. I spent 2 weeks in this hotel and enjoyed it. The cleaning crew is consistent and meticulous. The front desk staff and breakfast crew are always pleasant and helpful. Cookies in the afternoon? Yes please. There's one washer/dryer which can be difficult if you have an extended stay. There's a good size mini fridge in the room. The bed is very comfortable. The area is conveniently located and there are several restaurant choices within wal... Read more

Needed a place to recharge on a trip from the Midwest to Houston. New hotel - nice rooms very comfortable bed with a nice complimentary breakfast - sure a bit higher room rate but it was worth it. Easy on and off from I-55 heading southwest. Restaurants immediately in the area if you stop early enough.

We decide to stay at the Hampton in Marion instead of paying much higher prices in downtown Memphis. This hotel was about 15 minutes from downtown Memphis, reasonably priced and close to the interstate. Our room was clean as was the bathroom. The towels are a bit thin and we only had two towels. Otherwise, our stay was just fine.

We stayed for two nights while visiting Memphis. It's very convenient to the interstate and only about 15 minutes from downtown. Also a much better value than staying downtown, especially with our AAA discount. The staff was very friendly and courteous (we even got a courtesy call about 20 minutes after checking in to make sure our room was ok), our room was clean and the outdoor pool was really nice. They had complimentary apples and oranges out all day/night, good hot coffee and even cookies a... Read more

This is a new hotel. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds are amazing, so comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. No omelet bar or anything like that but still ok. Front desk staff just ok. Not rude but not entirely helpful. Overall, clean and new hotel. I would stay again and recommend.

I chose the hotel instead of cheaper options in Memphis because it states clearly, new. This is a new product however from the grounds and landscape you can't tell. It looks like it was unfinished and the exterior appearance is uncared for. Irrigation not complete. Grass unkept. Plants dead/dying. The bathtub in our room had suck a squeak that I was concerned we were loud for our neighbors. You could not move in the tub without causing very loud noises. My husband and I recently stayed at the Marion, AR Hampton Inn. The hotel has only been open since 2015, and the lobby still smells new! The guest room was clean and beautifully decorated. I have found Hampton Inns beds to be a little more luxurious than Comfort Inn. The rooms generally cost 20 to 30 bucks more but the bed is worth it. If you are comfortable on a slightly harder mattress then stay with Comfort Inn and save a few bucks- both are good though.

Don't leave the "Do Not Disturb" sign on door while you are at breakfast or they may not clean your room that day :( Desk clerks are typically in the room behind the desk.
