Hotel was very prompt and willing to help transport me to the Convention Center for meetings. Front desk staff was first rate. Restaurant stayed open late for concert goers as well. Underground parking was nice as there were storms in the area while I was there.

Holiday inns are a frequent stop for us when making the 12 -14 hour drive to see family. Both nights Stefan checked us in cheerfully and promptly (heading to Ky and on the way back) while Jenni checked out w equal efficiency and good humor. Our room was as requested, King room nonsmoking on a higher floor on the back side and both nights was quiet and pleasant. There was a restaurant in site, Camp David restaurant. We've been traveling across the country driving from LA to NY. I am a member of the IHG group so we stay in Holiday Inns all across the country. When we checked into the Holiday Inn Presidential Little Rock Aaron at the front desk checked us in. He went out of his way to get us a great room and lo and behold he put us in the hotels Presidential suite! It was fantastic and we loved the room so much that we ordered in Chinese food and watched the big flat screen tv. The hotel was terrific and Aaro... Read more

Easy on and off Hwy access. 4 blocks from downtown pub and business district. Lots of Presidential memorabilia throughout the hotel. Always stay here when in LR.

Mr. Aaron Waddell(Guest Services Manager) was extremely professional and courteous to our group. He helped us with transportation to a city dining destination as well as airport transportation. Mr. Waddell's personality is an asset to the Holiday Inn Presidential's team! The driver was such a gentleman. He held an umbrella over each one's head and was extra patient with all seven of us! Oh! The dining experience (Sunday morning breakfast buffet) was a great value and delicious, too! The service ... Read more

Check was flawless and Aaron at the front desk was pleasant, joyful, and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Noise level was low considering it was right on the interstate. Location was excellent; close to a variety of restaurants and history sights/presidential museum. Price was good. I would for sure stay here again.

I have been coming here on business at least 8 times a year for the last 6 years. Always had a good experience, nice room, great service. The previous owner (Larry) always made you feel at home and welcome. Since the new owner has taken over, service has gone downhill. Even things as petty as taking away the complimentary bottle of water at check in, even for Priority Members. My last stay....they didn't put me in a deluxe king as promised. This is a great hotel that I stayed in for 5 times as I visited the United States on official business. It is a decent hotel and the staff there are not so bad. However there is room for improvement with regards to the menu as they offer a limited range of meals and this could be too monotonous if you are staying for a long period like it was in my case.

This hotel is not one of the newer holiday Inn locations. The main floor is kept up well but the other floors need to be modernized. They are not dirty by any means but definitely need to be updated. All of the rooms I have stayed in on the 8th floor the showers do not drain well. There is a mini fridge in the room and a small microwave. You can not hear the interstate traffic from inside the hotel. The restaurant is called Camp David and it is worth eating at.

This property is an example of the standard Holiday Inn experience. Consistent, clean, no surprises, no drama. The staff was very helpful with my questions regarding local attractions and the airport shuttle was prompt and clean. The only issue was the local heatwave. The 106f temperature left the hallways uncomfortably warm, but the rooms were fine. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

The room was a good size and we had the view looking towards the city. I think the view towards the river would also be good. This hotel has pros & cons. Pros: very helpful, cooperative, & friendly staff; great outside presence; well-located; great lobby; clean & comfortable Cons: showing its age & use; the shower controls almost didn't work; ac unit needed cleaning; very slow restaurant service (not the staff's fault, understaffed). Correction of just 1 or 2 cons will make this a 4.

This was a pretty basic hotel, place to sleep. The lobby was nice, some interesting presidential memorabilia. The room could use some updates, which looked like they were in the process of some remodeling in the hotel. The "Camp David" restaurant was OK, it's where breakfast is served (no free buffet).
