The Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton DTWN Little Rock (River Market ) Is an excellent place to stay while visiting in Little Rock , Arkansas,The staff treats your family like you are family. The location is perfect for walking to eateries, River Market & Walk ,the Clinton Library and other attractions. The breakfast is a good way to begin the day. I would stay at the hotel again and tell my friends and family to do the same.

Well, you would think that the Peabody hotel or the Doubletree would be the best hotels in the LR downtown/River Market area. Far from it. I booked this hotel because it was near the River Market and fairly new. I was pleasantly surprised. It is clean, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are a nice size. To top it off, you can walk to everything in the River Market. Make sure you walk just around the corner to the Blue Canoe Brewery. This little gem shouldn't be missed if you're passing throu... Staff is courteous and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is excellent - plenty of variety! Location is well situated - near to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to nearby highway. No room service, but a local restaurant will deliver real meals (not just pizza and subs) with no upcharge to do so.

First time at a Hampton Inn & Suites. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. I would stay again. Even though the hotel was 100% booked all the staff were in good spirits and the room was clean and modern. Internet was surprisingly the fastest of any free internet I've ever received at a hotel. Location was perfect as it was walking distance to all the popular places of interest.

Within walking distance to Riverfront and one block to ride the trolley. Dining varieties within walking distance. We used Uber to get to other locations and it was a wonderful and economical way to get around outside of downtown. Close to Clinton Library. Staff is great. Loved not walking down very long hallways. Hotel is fresh and clean and we slept so good.

Traveling with 3 small children...front desk was extremely helpful. We had a craving for ice-cream and she sent us to a great place 4 blocks away. Beautiful evening to take a stroll along the river-front. Very clean, well lit. Seemed like a safe area. Great police presence. Room was large enough for 3 children and 2 adults. (Stayed on 7th floor) Down-side: The hallways could have been vacuumed a little better.

This property is run down, dirty, on the fringe of a sketchy area and has very few amenities. Houskeeping and management appear to be an issue. There are many other hotel options in the area for a compatible price. Highly recommend you pass this one by!

We didn't enjoy paying to park and being from out of town we didn't know where to go. I had to call the front desk while my husband circled the block and ask them where to park. They explained that there was a parking garage around the block but we had to check in first for access which required pulling up in a tiny parking space in front of the hotel and paying for a parking pass when we checked in. Then back in the car, around the block and into the parking garage. Then unloaded our bags and w... Read more

I'm sometimes amazed about the cost of rooms in downtown Little Rock. It seems that Little Rock views itself as some type of fabulous destination, possibly comparing itself to other cities (like Memphis). This site advertises room cost of $129 and when I dropped in last night, I attempted to negotiate a lesser from the quote of $179. I was able to get it down to $163. I suppose I should have checked around or just accepted the concept of supply and demand. This Hampton is like all the others. Cl... Read more

This was actually our third visit to this particular Hampton Inn & Suites. Location from the interstate is convenient, it is walking distance to Market Place, and there is reserved parking for the hotel guests (a premium perk for Downtown!) The decor, staff, cleanliness, and breakfast are as you would expect with all Hampton Inn & Suites; they set the bar for this price point. We try to frequent Hilton Hotels when we travel -- and so we chose this Hampton Inn when we visited the Clinton Presidential Library earlier this month. The location is handy to several local restaurants and even to the Library. The only downside to this hotel is that the guest parking is in a garage which is not attached to the hotel. During the time that we were wanted to access our car, it was raining and the walkway is not covered or protected from the elements.

This is a wonderful location. I enjoyed it very much. I will stay again in the future when I have another business conference in the downtown area. There are many restaurants in walking distance of this location.

Hampton Inn and Suites delivered what I would expect from a hotel and I enjoyed my stay. Wifi was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Security was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was conveniently in a parking deck behind the hotel with secure access to the parking area and access to the hotel on foot.

The heater was a little loud, kept going on and off all night. But in general... Read more
