Agree with others, bathroom needs updating. Food staff was friendly but quality of breakfast buffet was not as good as I have received in other Embassy Suites. Easy access from highway and to many local shops/restaurants.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. I just think the desk clerk upon check in was not to friendly, but the checkout desk clerk was great. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and the food for the restaurant inside was very good. I will return again on my next visit to the area

Stayed at Embassy Suites for a wedding last weekend. The reception was at the hotel, so staying there was convenient. The Lobby area was nice and clean, but our room left something to be desired. VERY dated furnishings, dirty tile floor in bathroom from years and years of use, the curtains also looked like they had seen better days. I will say the bedding appeared somewhat updated and clean. The bed and pillows were also comfy. All staff was very friendly - definitely had southern hospitality!

My wife and I stayed there one night just to get away. The facilities were up to date and service was great. The hot tub was about as warm as a bath. They should crank that up. The pool was great. The breakfast was good in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will do this again. It was wonderful.

Second time staying at this particular hotel. I was surprise with the quality and hospitality during my first stay. It was great to see they were able to maintain/surpass the quality of service I received during my first stay. All of my expectations during my second visit were met and if I traveled to the area for pleasure I would have no issue with utilizing these amenities again.

We love the Area close to the Freeway, Shopping and Dining. Every one is wonderful. If you need help all you have to do is ask. I love the separate Living /dining room, because I'm always up later then my Husband. I can close the bedroom door when he goes to sleep. There is also a second TV in the living room. I use the Gym at the Hotel each time we are there. They have many choices for breakfast.

My room was hot when I arrived. Took about 4 hours to cool it off. Refrigerator is barely even cool. Shower curtain broken, black streaks on shower walls, dirty spots on ceiling and another nasty spot on hair dryer bag. Very disappointed, I have higher expectations for Embassy Suites!

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of this hotel. The carpets are horrible, the elevators look as if they are never cleaned and even the registration area needs new carpet and a complete cleaning. If cleaning will not fix the problems then a renovation is in order. The staff members were pleasant but the facility is nothing to write home about.

We felt our room was dirty and room next door had a dog that yapped not stop for the first day and a half. The food is much better at other Embassys we have stayed. About the same quality food you would find at an Express Hotel except for the omelet. The gentlemen making the omelet did a find job. Maids did not show up until the evening and did a poor job, not even leaving supplies as they should even though we tipped.

I was at the Embassy Suites for business on a two night stay. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is a little dated but was neat and clean. It is within walking distance to sandwich and coffee shops, but be warned of the Arkansas summer heat. Across the street is about all the walking you will want to do in June! Did not eat in the hotel restaurant but the breakfast was pretty good. The hotel furnished "box lunch" for the Conference we attended. I had the grilled veg wrap one ... Read more

We love the Embassy Suites brand due to the larger room sizes with separate rooms. This property seemed older than others I have visited. The staff at check in was attentive and friendly. The parking (garage) was great and easy to access. The outside parking looked full and I was thankful we parked in the garage. This was my first time staying at an Embassy Suites and it was a pleasant experience all around. The staff was courtesy, helpful and very friendly. The rooms were cleaned faster than any other hotel. It was done by the time I came back from breakfast each morning. The breakfast and evening reception were always a nice gathering spot during the day for food and lounging around since it was 96 degrees outside. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking and one is in the vicinity.

Make sure you check the room for cleanliness before you jump into the shower or bed. Our room was not clean and there was a big brown and yellow spot on the bed. We chose this after a power outage forced a move from across the street. The room was nice but $40 than we had budgeted. The breakfast is a value and the custom omelette was really nice. The coffee at the buffet appeared to be of the syrup and hot water variety. At the rate a better coffee is warranted. There is a $5 parking surprise that I was not expecting.

As Embassy Suites go, this property is typical of the layout and quality that you can expect from the brand, but they need to tweak it just a bit because right now they are a 2-3 star hotel charging 4-5 star prices. The rooms need a little TLC. They are clean and spacious, but it's time for some upgrades. For example, the tub is stained which means it's been in there for a while. The decor could also use some updating. The restaurant food also needs serious attention. The menu needs a revamp... Read more

We came to Little Rock from OKC. My mom was on hospice and passed away. The entire staff was so accommodating and caring during this time. We had to change our reservations several times, adding on days and adding rooms for family to come into town. The staff took time to make sure everything was right. Check in and out were a breeze. We stayed here one night. It was probably the friendliest hotel we've stayed at in a long time. Of course they had a very good cocktail hour with snacks laid out and the huge buffet breakfast as well as cook to order omelets. We've stayed here many times and always know what to expect! It is very dated, front desk told me they're remodeling next year, but comfortable. Breakfast is by far the best around although they've left ALL the calories in! Happy Hour is good too and always plenty to eat & drink! It's very convenient to where I need to be while in little rock!

Stayed at this location on the way back from Tennessee. Great service, prompt check in and check out. Breakfast was exceptional, the selection was diverse. The chef was attentive and prompt in his service for the hot breakfast (omelettes, fried eggs etc.). Wait staff was quick on clearing tables. Recommended stop while traveling..

ASEA had yearly Conference here. Rooms are very nice and clean. Rooms are roomy with a couch, 2 TVs, refrigerator, microwave, table, and comfortable beds are in a room where you could shut the door with the 2nd TV. Rooms are a bit pricy but if you want this kind of comfort you have to pay for it. Breakfast comes with the room rate and has a nice selection but the best part is the cook to order breakfast. We visited for one night, September 1, 2016. We are very loyal to Hilton properties and I hold Gold status. When we checked in, Sloan assisted us. She did not recognize my Gold status and forgot to give us our welcoming gifts. I later went back and another front desk person gave them to us. When I entered the bedroom I immediately felt that I was in a cheap, no-tell motel. The king size bed mattress and springs were thin and sagging in the middle. See attached photos of sagging bed. I stay here at least twice a month for three or four days. The staff went through some major changes a few months ago and you can tell by the friendly faces and their attention to the client. I did not do anything other than go to my room so I cannot comment about other aspects (staff, dining, bar) but my room was not very nice. Bed was just worn out, carpet stains, furniture was well used. Also, the room was non-smoking but had an oder like it had been smoked in and poorly cleaned. I will not stay at this property again, unless it is completely updated.

The staff was great at the hotel - but the hotel needs much updating. The internet was very spotty and not reliable. In the conference rooms it was horrible and I would think that is where you would want great connections. The no hot water was a very annoying especially when at the hotel for a business meeting. One more thing. I noticed a crushed saltine cracker on the floor outside of the elevators. It was there the entire time of my stay. Seriously?
