This is without a doubt the best choice for the business traveler. Welcoming lobby, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. You have your choice of full breakfast or standard continental. The hotel has a dining area and nightly dinner specials. They have a nice work out facility and a full bar to consume the calories you work off. Priced competitively with local hotels that provide fewer amenities. This is the place to stay.

This is always our last stop on the long drive home from Florida. Clean, great service, good food and a great little bar. Several restaurants close by but often we never leave the building because everything is right there. Great spot if you are in Jonesboro for business or catching a sporting event at the university.

Very nice room. I am sure it is the best hotel in the area but it just adequate nothing fancy but certainly not bad . Good value for the money extremely nice lobby and good breakfast bar. You do have to pay 9.95 but it's worth it for made to order food.

Breakfast is not free and is served by waitresses. Travelers, for the most part are interested in saving time, not having a hour spent on just breakfast. Most hotels offer free breakfast. Hilton is $10 per person.

Very comfortable. All staff are extremely helpful! I had a bad experience at another hotel and needed a place to go to ASAP. I was working night shifts and TRACEY worked with me to get me to your wonder hotel. If you can't be home, at least go where the staff do anything they can to make you "feel at home!" I will always go back here when in town!!

Clean, comfortable, and attractive newer new in fact that the GPS didn't know exactly how to get all the way there (although you can see the building from the main road where GPS directions stop). All the expected amenities: free in-room wifi, microwave, refrigerator, seating area and desk in the room. There's also a pool that looked very nice, although we didn't have time to enjoy it. Free, convenient parking. Staff was friendly. I felt that the rate was too high by at least $30-40 ... Read more

If you would cut off the bottom of the bathroom doors about 1/2" so the doors would clear he bathmat on the floor it would be great. As it is now, you can't open the bathroom door with the bathmat on the floor without wadding it up and therefore hanging it up.

Don't get me wrong, the hotel was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable, but what really made an impression on me was breakfast. Mrs. Shirley made you want to come back just to have breakfast. She was so kind, inviting and just really made it seemed as if she cared about YOU, and only you. I cannot wait to come back to see her again. Again, the hotel was very nice, but the service here was excellent.

I wish I had gotten the names of the ladies at the front desk when we arrived because they were so nice and very friendly. The lobby was very inviting for sitting, having a cup of coffee, meeting people and if you chose to have food. I had pre checked in on line so we were handed the room key with no wait. We needed 8 rooms in Jonesboro Arkansas for a funeral we were attending. The 800# that you call for reservations was horrific - it took 3 phone calls and 2 hours on the phone to get the rooms. We couldn't get what was needed on-line so we needed to call. The hotel itself and all the staff at the hotel were wonderful. The rooms were clean and everyone was so happy to accommodate us. We arrived at the hotel around 5 pm on a Thursday. Hanna, at the front desk, told us they had no rooms with two queen beds available. So we got a king room. This hotel is in a nice part of town close to ASU, restaurants, and shopping. It is off the main road and easy to find. It is really pretty and the staff are very friendly. We had a room on the fourth floor and it was clean and spacious. My only complaint would be that the walls are thin and I could hear conversations of the rooms next door. The stay was unsatisfactoriy. We felt as though we were being pushed out the door for the next guests. We were denied a late check out. Which we normally wouldn't even need, but my wife is ill and needed more time to get out the door. Breakfast was room temperature, and there was an issue with billing that has yet to be resolved. I called over 24 hours ago and asked to speak to a manager. Left two messages over the last two days and have not been contacted.

This location was decent, although getting off off I-555 onto Caraway Street is a challenge. Upon arrival, I went to the front desk and checked in. Hilton needs to make sure their desk clerks add any and all information a guest may need upon arrival. Simply a common courtesy.

The reasons I gave the property a poor rating is that the rate for the room was $244.00 before taxes. Very over priced for a standard room with standard amenities. The floor was very dirty looked like they forgot to vacuum. The shower did not work. I guess this would be o.k. if you like taking sponge baths. Personally, I do not take baths in a hotel. When I complained to front desk at checkout I was told someone would look at it.
