This was a business trip. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The internet connection was great. The desk could have been a little bigger though. The matress was not as other Hampton's I have stayed at. They should stick with the standard Hampton brand matress. It is why I stay at Hampton.

This a very nice hotel, a great value. Modern decor and very nice beds and pillows. Fresh breakfast and the dining area was kelp clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean and the hotel was nicely layed out. We got a free breakfast which was good as we spent the day in Memphis before moving on. It was a very comfortable stay after 4 days of travel.

The hotel is located near the Arkansas State University (about 2 miles). There are several restaurants in the area including a Starbucks and Panera Bread. The hotel appeared to be going through some renovations. Staff members were pleasant and I always enjoy the evening cookies!

I love Hampton Inns because I know exactly what to expect....clean, comfortable, reasonable rates, no fancy frills, just friendly staff, good accommodations, free breakfast, coffee, wi-fi. I was traveling with my elderly mother to visit family & knew I could depend on Hampton Inn for a comfortable room with no surprises.

Heavy rains flooded our first floor room. Hampton Inn was very professional in handling the situation. Night clerk did what he could under a very difficult situation. No hesitation in staying again at a Hampton Inn in fact did so two nights later in Gatlinberg.

Nice place, older Hampton, staff friendly. I would say that even through there was a flood and this hotel was affected by it, the staff made sure that they kept us away from the areas that were affected by the flood. they kept a smile and served us well.

We stayed right after the first floor had flooded from rain. So there was a smell as well as the elevator was out. The pool was filled with muddy water because of the flood. Would have expected Hampton to notify us ahead of time to make alternate plans.

Great hotel to bad there was a flood before we got there.Could not use the pool or the elevator.Wife had knee surgery so using the stairs was hard on her. Had to ask for a room on the 2nd floor to keep the stair climb short.

We arrived at the Hampton to find they had no record of the reservation we make thru the previous week. The gentleman at the front desk said they had no rooms available and helped us find a nearby room that night. Needless to say, we WILL NOT be using your services in the future. AND we are telling friends and family about this experience.

Staff was good but physical facility was in need of a great deal of maintenance. Wallpaper peeling from the hallway walls. Room and hallway had a damp feel and musty, damp smell. Even with air conditioner operating on high all night long, the odor and damp feeling in the room was not corrected. Price point for room was as expected for Hampton Inns but the physical condition reminded me of some $39 per night sub-economy rooms I have endured.

Although we were not able to get double bed rooms, the king rooms worked great. Rooms could use some updating and our fridge did not cool, but the lobby had a great space for us to gather and the kids enjoyed the outdoor pool! The staff was great and very kind considering their were about 50 12-13 year old baseball players and families taking over the hotel.

This hotel met all of our complaints! Well...maybe one small one. The pool is wonderful and it's nice that it is outdoors, but I wish they had some umbrellas out there. The sun beats down and there isn't a bit of shade anywhere. I know umbrellas become projectiles when storms hit, but they can be removed quickly as one approaches. Other than the no-shade at the pool, we were happy with our stay!

I stayed here recently for several days on business. When I travel, I like to stay in Hilton properties for the points, and Hampton Inn's generally are a good value, and this one certainly is. The property itself is nice and seems well maintained. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, check-in quick and efficient. Convenient location near the intersection of Hwy 49 and Interstate 555. Easy to find and access. It is far enough away from the highways that you don't hear traffic noise. I had a good, clean, quality room. The air conditioner unit was a bit noisy, but not enough to keep me awake at night. It kept the room cool on a hot summer evening. the people are what make this hotel. They are all very friendly and happy, ready to serve. The rooms need a bright update... there was plenty of room, but dark and a little musty. The workout room had a treadmill, cross trainer, and some weighted balls, and a tv.... Breakfast waffles were awesome. The lady in the cafe area was so kind and helpful and energetic!

The area was terrible, pool was not clean, bathroom was not clean, this was the worst Hampton Inn I have stayed at before. The hotel needs to be updated and the only nice place in the building is the lobby.

Right off the highway, stayed in a nice, clean room on the 3rd floor. Great breakfast for small kids: fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, eggs,etc. Very friendly lady working breakfast that made you feel like you were sitting at her kitchen table. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked clean. Would stay again.

Very clean hotel overall with very nice staff. Free breakfast had much to be desired, but was on par and as expected with other hotels around this price. Free wifi worked OK. Didn't try the pool or business center, but they looked clean and open for business.

Everything went well. Just here for 1 night. Hhonors didn't mean a lot. My request for a specific type of room was not honored-even though I completed my reservation 3 months in advance. Small elevator... 2 desk type areas to work. AC and Internet worked good!

Staff was not friendly. Bathroom was dirty. Fitness center was erie and detached from the building. The front desk staff was arguing in front of guests. My door handle would stick. There was no help from a consierge standpoint. The pool was nice. The appearance on the outside was great. The fitness center was small and not much to it.

Stayed in a double room. Not much room in which to move around but I was basically sleeping there. Overall it was a better than average stay but it was clean, employees were friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was so so. Spent 3 days here. Room was ok, pool was decent. Really enjoyed the breakfast. The ladies in the office were extremely nice and helpful! Great location for access to everything near stadium drive and red wolf drive. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

We were traveling back home and hadn't planned to stay in Jonesboro but decided we had time at the last minute. We stopped at the Hampton Inn and the receptionist , which was the manager on duty, was amazing. She was friendly and assisted us above and beyond. Our family gathered here on the occasion of a memorial service. We had numerous rooms and ages 3 months to 60 years. They made us feel at home and accomodated all of our requests in a friendly and professional manner. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations and was a wonderful value. We stayed in the large king suite, ourselves, and were thrilled with the large square footage!

We were on way back home. Chose this nice location because close (but not on the Interstate). Very Nice Personnel. Rooms clean. The Breakfast provided was very good! Every thing u expect from a Hampton. My room was clean and my bed was comfortable. I will say the front desk could have been a little friendlier. Located in a area of lots of hotels and places to eat. You can leave your car and walk to dinner. Great stay.

This is the first Hampton Inn I won't stay in again. I am a platinum HH member and stay at Hamptons 30+ times per year. I expect clean rooms at a minimum. This Hampton had stained carpet, but worse, mold on the ceiling. This is unacceptable. Also, I dislike Hamptons that have just 1 waffle maker as at times there can be too long a wait. This Hampton has just 1 waffle maker. I gave 2 stars because the staff was great and friendly.

The room was ok in that it had nice comfortable beds and a decent TV. However, the bathtub drain had to be rigged to stay open just to get the water to drain. When I looked closer, there are some visible mildew spots on the caulking around the tub. I expect better from the Hilton brand. Also, the waffle maker timer was broken and I believe the batter may have been sour as well. It was not very impressive.

I am a Hilton Rewards member, so I chose a Hampton Inn. Was really disappointed in this property. If I'd been by myself it would have been ok, but I brought my father and a friend, and I was afraid they thought I was being cheap. Rooms are needing updates. Baseboards were in terrible shape, couch in room looked worn. Hotels across the street appeared to be more updated

We ad to move from our first room due to noise from refrigerator. Both rooms showed aging on carpet and bathrooms. Staff very friendly but as always was concerned when warnings are posted in the parking lot stating the hotel is not responsible for theft or lost.

The rooms were damp feeling and smelled stale-like an old smoking room. The room or the bathroom hadn't been cleaned very well. The shower curtain rod was broken so the curtain kept sliding to the middle. I thought it was just my room until I asked the other 2 families. They had the same result

Our room on the first floor (122) appeared to have mold on the ceilings and looked like a 12 year old had tried to cover it up with paint. The wall had rough plaster on it around the air conditioner that had not been painted. Just an extremely bad experience.

This hotel from the time you walk in has a bad odor. It is a musty smell like after leaving something wet in a closed space for a long time. The smell carries over to the hallways of the rooms. Then, the wall paper is peeling and the stickers on the inside of the elevator. The people are nice and accommodating, but that is overshadowed by the smell and dismal look of the hallway and rooms.

Very clean inside. Great service. Nice hot breakfast. Pleasant staff. All of the comforts of Hampton Inn. We stayed here to watch our college's football team play Ark St and it was convenient. Not walking distance but only about a 10 min drive.

The hotel smelled like old cigarettes. Workout room detached from building. Torn carpet in room and rust in tub. Very nice staff, hotel just needs to be updated. Elevators are very scary. Room never got to correct temp.

I stayed here out of necessity. It was the highest rated hotel in the area. The outside of the hotel looks newly refinished, but the hotel is beat up inside and has a distinct musty smell. The rooms show their age. Worst of all, I found several cockroaches and spiders in my room. The front desk showed no sympathy, explaining that it was "a Southern thing", and I should just let housekeeping take care of it. We love being able to check-in on the HHonors app, and arrive when we finish playing softball. The staff is courteous and helpful. The room and bathroom are always very clean and in good repair. We will stay here the next time we play ball near Jonesboro.

This hotel does not live up to the quality of a Hampton. I would have rather stayed at a Motel 6 for the quality of the hotel room and for the price that I paid. Yes sheets were clean and we had cleaned towels but I get those at a Motel 6 as well but for a much lesser price than I had to pay for this Hampton and especially for it to be located in a college town where a lot of SEC games are played at. SMH wont be staying here again

Rare experience with Hampton Inn, fell below my expectations on many fronts. TV didn't work, room was musty and smelly, A/C unit was loud, front desk staff was not present, room was dirty. Very disappointed as I've always had positive experiences with Hampton Inn.

Had to get into town quickly as family member in hospital. Arrived after midnight, quick check in and soft comfy bed. The hotel was quiet on my first night. The hotel was great for a family trip to Jonesboro to visit ASU. The rate was higher than I expected but that could have been due to the college football season started. The hotel is going through renovations which makes the parking a hassle with all the equipment. We stayed here for one night. They are doing renovations on the outside. The lobby is very nice. The staff were friendly. The breakfast is delicious and they had plenty of options. The room was clean minus a few minor things that needed to be fixed though. It was quiet and the TV was nice as well. No complaints here! We will be back. ­???

We had a volleyball tournament this past weekend and the team chose another chain. We chose Hampton for HHonors points. Hotel was doing renovations so began to hear banging around 9 on Sat but room was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. TV channels were listed in guide but not available so a bit confusing and choice limited.

Only drawback is they are actively renovating the hotel Mon-Sat 9a-5p. Which was not mentioned on the app at the time of booking. I like to sleep in when I'm out of town, and was not able to do so. The price of the hotel should've been more accommodating since they are renovating.

Our stay was very nice and we had no issues with anything! Even as fans of the University of South Alabama and the opponent of Arkansas State this weekend, we were treated very good and welcomed. I would definitely stay here again as the entire staff was polite and professional.

Not usually my brand to use, but I have heard wonderful things about their bagged breakfasts. The little amenities that they provide. This place was in the midst of a remodel, but you can't change the size of the rooms. The chairs were upholstered not leather. If you have traveled for business you know not to use these items at all. The gym had a closed for repair sign. The fire stairs were blocked for several days because of wet paint. This Hampton Inn has just been completely renovated. The room- King - was beautifully done. Has Microwave & Frig. The bed was top notch, loved the Duvet cover & plenty of pillows. Hotel just sits off a main drag, so was very quiet & felt very safe. Very Clean. Breakfast was standard but was very good. Many choices.

I was not pleased with this hotel. It is going through remodeling but no one advised of this. Extremely noisy inside due to work occurring outside. No staff member cared about the need to work inside my room.

First, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful...great people. Save your $$ and shop other hotels, you'll be glad you did! Very outdated, furniture and popcorn ceilings will give you the first clue. The shower was disgusting, The curtain did not close and the drain seemed like it was clogged w/mud. Dirty hotel, luckily a new Holiday Inn is being built 1 block away.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past two years. Always clean and accommodating. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for all ASU events. Very close to shopping and restaurants as well. This Hotel is always my first choice when visiting Jonesboro.

Stingy with towels. Three hotels within a block, that are cleaner and cheaper ... candlewood Suites is across the street and new. You can stay at the Baymont for half the price. It's a new building. End
