The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels daily. The bathroom was a little small but it was just me and my husband so no biggie. The staff was a little hard to understand and the pool wasn't opened. But overall I would rent a room here again.

The hotel was much better than I expected. The check in was quick and efficient. Parking was plentiful. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was better than expected. The value was good as it was only 71 including taxes.

We stayed Memorial Day weekend. The room was absolutely gross, and it seemed to get worse. The room smelled like mold and mildew. When we got back to Memphis, our clothes were still wet from the dampness of the room. We left early because we were afraid of what we might have been breathing in. The staff was nice though.

Disgusting. This place is in a terrible part of town, overpriced, dirty, and sketchy. The breakfast is horrible - everything is full of sugar and the eggs, I don't even know what to say about the eggs. Nothing was edible, let's put it that way. Now to the room. Old and gross. Everything was wet. Clothes that we took out to wear from our suitcases became wet. Floor was gross. Bathroom was terrible - chipped tiles, no water pressure, etc. Towels are tiny. Sheets are rough and scratchy. Swear w... Read more

Not much good to report. Granted, I know I was not paying for a top notch hotel, but I expected better. Not the best atmosphere/part of town for a family. I guess the pool was OK. AC was working good. Room was a bit musty. Possibly because it is a pet friendly hotel. I had some allergy issues the next morning, and I rarely have problems. Breakfast was so - so. Food tolerable, coffee not great, dining area small. Worth paying an extra $30-40 for a better hotel.

My family took a trip to Hot Springs in July. We stayed 4 days. We stayed at the Rodeway Inn. Good location. About a mile from the main strip. Nice clean hotel..very friendly staff. Great breakfast every morning. Great place to stay.

We stayed 7/24/16 and found the location perfect for the mineral bathes basically around the corner (within a mile or so) The room was nice, bed comfortable. Chain restaurants where within two miles. Would stay again. Breakfast offered was hot.

My family of 8 stayed in two non- smoking rooms at the Roadway Inn for two nights (fri and sat). Check-in was quick and easy. Once we made our way to the rooms we were pleased to find that they were next to each other, as requested. After entering the room we were met by the smell of smoke. I assume it was either a smoking room in the past or previous guests just ignored the non-smoking signs. We looked past that though because we felt that for the price we couldn't really complain. The tv was a... Read more

Decided to stay here on a trip to Hot Springs because the price was right. You get what you pay for. Basic room, older bathroom. The pool looked nice but it was storming so we didn't get to try it out. The location was great for heading to Bathhouse Row the next day. Breakfast only went until 9 which we didn't know until we showed up just after 9 that morning. There aren't many restaurants too nearby so expect to drive further into town to find food.

Clean rooms, fast check in, very close to the main attractions. It was a great price for the value we got. If you don't care about rooms decor and looking for a clean and safe place to stay then definitely recommend this hotel. We were surprised how quite given the fact it was close to the road and it seemed like all of the rooms were occupied.

Stayed here on business. This family owner runs a clean well run hotel. reasonably priced. Pool is in great shape and condition. Room was fine, bed was fine. Better than average breakfast menu and presentation. Everything was in very good shape. WIFI was very good, not high speed but steady and no drop offs. Good security on WIFI. Will stay here again. Fridge and microwave in room worked fine.

I recently stayed at the Rodeway Inn in hot springs ar. The rooms were kept clean and it was quiet at night. This is an older motel but service was good and the free breakfast was just fine. The price on the hotel was very affordable. I will stay there again.

I joined a group in friends in Hot Springs for a couple days of motorcycle riding. The motel is a little older than ones Where I normally stay but I found it clean and fresh; the bathroom could use a little Clorox in places but nothing serious. We stayed two nights and after long hours of riding a good bed is always definitely needed and appreciated, my bed was outstanding. Under normal conditions I'd give a good strong 3, but there's more to add. I received a call on my way home telli... Read more
