We were able to check in early, The front desk attendant was helpful and informative. She put us in a first floor room adjacent to the breakfast buffet area. We liked that decision the next morning. After exiting the room after 10 minutes she asked us if the room was ok. It was ok then but it turns out that sometimes you can hear a noise through the bathtub pipe. The Internet worked well although it took a few minutes to get to a login page. It appears that the TV channels were mostly HD but the... Read more

This Hampton experience was just what I expected from Hampton. Clean room, very helpful associates, moderate breakfast items. The only negative was the hotel was renovating and the entrance was a little unappealing. Overall good experience.

Very disappointed in this Hilton property. I understand that it is currently under construction but that doesn't excuse the lack of service. The TV malfunctioned, the toilet overflowed, no water bottles left in room for Diamond members. Also found the rates extremely high. Housekeeping staff was only positive about the stay.

When we travel we almost always stick with the Hilton Brand, this hotel is under renovation & upgrade, just minor things, noted but room & beds were comfy, staff friendly & breakfast selection run of the mill, girl attending breakfast was sweet & welcoming, rooms are priced @ $100+ could be a little better to compete with other hotels of their size & brand but we will stay with the Hilton family

When I booked via hilton Web site it did n't say it was under construction. Pool closed too. About 5 miles from the downtown it really all the newer hotels are. Close to shopping. The construction workers were working at 8am on a Saturday.

I can't say enough about the wonderful service and cleanliness of the hotel. Yes, it is in the middle of a remodel. However, that did not take away from one of our family's best hotel experiences! The staff was amazing. We were traveling with another family and needed last minute accommodations on a busy holiday weekend. With only a few rooms left, they worked to meet our needs, but equally as important, we're the very clean, comfortable rooms!

I am never disappointed with a Hampton Inn. The only issue I had with this property is my room smelled like smoke that night. I had a non smoking room so didn't understand why. However I turned the air conditioner on and slept like a newborn.

We were informed when we made reservations that the hotel was currently under construction, including the pool. We decided to stay and we enjoyed being in a newly remodeled room. The staff was friendly and helped with information about the area. We will definitely return and can't wait to see the hotel after construction is finished.

Hotel was under renovation that I was not aware of. First room smelled, second room was noisy, third room was quite but the shower drained slow and by the end of a couple of minutes I was standing in water. I have stayed here before and experience was great. Great location. Will stay again as long as they are not renovating.

Had a great time. Loved the room, but the construction is still going on. Sucked because no pool nothing letting you know that is The Hampton inn. Other than that it was a good visit to relax and get away. Hope the construction is over soon with summer right around the corner.

The hotel is being remodeled and rather than put guests on floors not being remodeled I was put on a floor that was being remodeled. Sanding, pounding and stepping over removed wallpaper in the hall getting to your room. The 24 hr gym this hotel used to provide is no longer available. They do not let you know about the construction and the missing gym when you are booking.

This Hampton is under renovation, but still worth the stay. It was nice when we were there before and will be even nicer when they are done. Currently, the pool is closed, but the food is good, the rooms are clean, and the location is good for some shopping and good restaurants.

Interior and exterior construction, plywood hallways from parking lot to front door, pool unavailable, bare drywall in hallways; make for an average stay while charging full price point value. My a/c was cold but humid enough that my sheets felt wet while I was trying to sleep.

The hotel is under major construction and our floor, floor two, was looking like it, as was the first floor--so you can't really get away from it and if you are on vacation and you want to feel pampered or relaxed, maybe it is not the place for you until the renovations are finished. The air conditioning can be set to be cold, but the room itself still felt humid. This could be seen in the pages of my magazine, which felt limp and were curled in the morning. The room felt rather small/narrow, to... Read more

The people that own this place are absolutely terrible people. Rooms are in terrible condition, breakfast is absolutely inadequate. Do Not Stay Here !!!!! They say that they are remodeling, but they are not ( very slow) seems like they do one room a month. Save your money & do not stay here !!!!!

From our point of entry, to leaving the hotel we were deceived by the hotels staff. The entire hotel was under construction, Red Bull cans in the hallway, half eaten lunches, a smell of fresh paint everywhere, and a staff dedicated to taking your money as a result of their intended deceptions about conditions at the hotel. Ruined the first day of our vacation.

The people are great and the room is freshly updated. However the construction was inconvenient. Moreover, I always look forward to a filling and healthy breakfast and this is a major draw of the Hampton family hotels. Unfortunately, it seems Hampton is looking for cost savings in this department.

Got a room here because we were going to the Hot Springs national park. We were coming from Mammoth Caves so we had a long trip from one to the other we did not get in until midnight. We asked for a late check out and we were given one. And Yes the Hotel is under renovation but it did not affect us. Breakfast was good and then we were out by noon. I would stay again if I was in the area.

It's your typical Hampton. It was under construction. It's conveniently located next to some decent restaurants. We did not eat the breakfast. Considering the remodeling going on, it was a little pricey. We had a king size bed, with a walking shower and a large tub. The lobby was extremely small. Interesting art. The photography was nice.

This hotel is nice and quiet considering how close it is to the main highway in Hot Springs. Recently remodeled room was comfortable with a nice, hot shower and cool air conditioning. My only complaint was that I was told over the phone that the renovations were complete except for painting the exterior. This was not the case as there were construction workers presently ... Nope..... The ENTIRE building is under construction. My family booked us last minute here for a weekend trip because most other places were had no rooms left. The construction is a mess. It is not being 'phased' AT ALL. And it does look scary. hotel is not to be recommended until they are finished go elsewhere. We only stayed because it was the only place with rooms left and I know why, it had scaffeling completely surrounding the building and looked awful. Also because of a storm that came thru that day one whole side had fallen down due to high winds I suppose and I hope no one was injured. Scary looking. My opinion the hotel should have closed during that extensive of reconditioning.

Even with the renovation going on we enjoyed our stay. Our room was newly remodeled and I thought it was classy to see the manager's card on the table. Mr. Patel, you run a nice hotel (before they finish on the redo make sure there are more towel hooks in that lovely big bathroom!). Nice to have both a microwave and fridge, our last night had neither. Breakfast was the usual nice fare we have been enjoying on our trip. This was our 12th Hampton and they don't all get 5 points!

Too many negatives to list here. A lumpy mattress, I'll fitting room door, plumbing problems, stained furniture construction on front of facility made entry difficult and offensive odors. When problems expressed to staff there was little interest in resolving problems and the drunks underneath our room received more consideration than we did.
