I want to personally thank Jodie and her awesome staff for making my Mississippi State Family stay so comfortable. We will definitely stay at this Hotel again!!!! Jodie went above and beyond to assist me on confirming resorvations at this hotel. The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. The best thing about this hotel is it's not far from the shopping mall and the Razorbacks football stadium.

We first took a queen room, but moved to a double, double because the room was very small, hard to find space to open up two suitcases. Shower with no bath was a surprise. The double has fridge and microwave but queen does not. Staff is very nice and everything was clean. Breakfast was good, nice selection. It is a decent place for the money, but I hate having to choose between a roomy bed or enough space in the room.

We booked a room here last minute while driving through. First, we pulled up and there was man outside smoking right outside the door, on the phone. He goes inside when he sees us. As we walk in, I realized that he was the front desk attendant. He smelled terribly of smoke and had no type of uniform on, at least not visible. It looked like a commoner just walked off the street and behind the front desk. This feeling continued, when he didn't seem to know what he was doing. My credit card was not... Read more

We stayed at the Comfort Inn on a recent trip to Fayetteville and were happy with the hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. This hotel is being renovated so there was some wallpaper missing around the lobby and sheetrock work being done in the fire exits. The room was in good condition and comfortable. The hotel is at a highway intersection but you could not hear the noise in the room. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfast's. Overall, a pleasant experience.

A surprisingly spacious lobby greets you upon entry and staff member JoDee is very friendly. It's a clean and well-maintained hotel. My room had a cozy size, comfortable bed and smart-looking décor. Since the front door of the hotel is well off the road, it is very quiet for sleeping. Milsap Rd is partly a landscaped road for businesses so the surroundings are nice. There is easy access to the Fulbright Expressway. Lake Fayetteville and the Razorback Greenway are minutes away. An excellent acco... Read more

Needed an overnight stay for out patient surgery and Sleep Inn was closest to clinic. Friendly staff and clean surroundings, Great place to stay if you like a soft mattress. The room did not provide a microwave, but I could of asked if I wanted one, I guess.

I travel to Fayetteville several times monthly on business. I have stayed at Sleep Inn several times since May. JoDee/Gen. Mgr. is very Customer Service oriented and has gone above & beyond to ensure her guests are satisfied. I was hesitant to stay on the side that faces the Interstate, but noise has not been an issue. The bed was very comfy, the linens are good quality and the home-baked chocolate chip cookies are a sweet touch. Includes a full breakfast buffet with both hot & cold selections. ... Read more

We stayed here after spending 9 hours in the Fayetteville VA Hospital emergency room. We got to the hotel at 3am, exhausted and without any luggage or clothes as it was not a planned trip. We got a great rate. We did not have our phone chargers and the Manager loaned us hers plus another one so we could charge our phones. The bed was comfy, room was clean. There was an odd smell in the hotel, but I think it was the cleaner that the staff uses (possibly ammonia based?). Staff was very helpful and... Read more

Needed a place to sleep on our way to the Gulf Coast and this was perfect. Hotel was clean inside and out. Restaurant was a walk across the parking lot so we didn't have to search for a place to have dinner. Complimentary breakfast in the morning at the hotel was enough to get us on the road. Would stay here again.

You can take what u want, I loved that they have scrambled eggs or boiled eggs, sausages, yogurts, delicious bread, and many more things!

Room was clean, and if includes a full breakfast. It is dog friendly and there are plenty of plug ins to charge your gadgets. Loved the shower because you could adjust temperature and flow separately. And the water isn't so soft the soap won't wash off. Would have given it a five, but the bed was softer than I like but that is personal preference.

We stayed here for one night during the week. Arrived late (almost 11pm) and left around 8am so we didn't spend much time in the room. Front desk staff were friendly, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Great location near the mall and restaurants.

I can't make one negative comment. Hotel was clean, had a great location in the middle of everything, great bed, fantastic chocolate chip cookies in the late afternoon, friendly staff and very quiet. With a Whole Foods across the street on hill we had a cool place to sit and have a beer with a view in the evening

Queen room that usually costs $58? a night, over $200 during this rally. Tiny room, housekeeper didn't clean, only restocked coffee, soap, etc. Rarely found anyone at front desk. Bikers will shower a minimum of twice a day if out riding. 2 bath towels aren't enough and maid took the clean towels we had gotten and left 2. Sheets weren't changed during whole stay, after we asked. I personally like coffee at night, carafes in breakfast area had coffee, but wasn't fresh. Definitely not worth $200+ ... Read more

The room was very clean and spacious. The air conditioner was excellent. One feature they had that I've never seen before was a power strip on the night stand. We both have sleep apnea and normally have to find a plug (usually behind the bed), and use an extension cord to plug in our CPAP machines. Kudos for the power strip!! The were also plugs on the lamps so there was not problem charging our electronic devices. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. We will defin... Read more

Sleep Inn is one of my favorite chains because they're almost all the same, so you come to know what to expect when traveling. Same typical setup where it's easy to take the elevator or access a 2nd floor hotel room from the stairs. Rooms were clean, baths efficient, TV and internet worked and I got a good night's rest. Can't speak to breakfast but it was probably the standard fare. Adjacent to a Chili's and in driving distance of many restaurants and shopping centers.

I stayed here one night as I passed through Arkansas. The room was spacious and quiet for the most part. The morning we checked out, my friend and I could hear the TV from the next room playing loudly, but that wasn't the hotel's fault.
