I've traveled to Eureka Springs many, many times and have stayed at a variety of different types of lodging. This trip was spur of the moment, and my husband I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a one night hotel stay. I'd never stayed at the Travelers Inn before, but thought what the heck, let's do it. We were NOT disappointed! Cheryl was very friendly on the phone & in person. Our room was very nice & recently upgraded. The mattresses were very comfortable and I would equate the level of c... We decided on a last minute overnight trip to Eureka Springs. There were several things going on in town (especially lots of bikers) and our preferred hotels were all booked. After looking at what was available, we went ahead and booked at the Travelers Inn. $80.00 for a King non-smoking. The room itself was very average. Dated (like many of the motels in Eureka) but functional. Funky smell in the bathroom that seemed to clear after we got the A/C running. There was a strange dirty looking rec... Read more

Went to Eureka Springs for our Anniversary and the Antique Car show & parade. Excellent location as we just had to go outside to watch the parade (I was told all parades go right by there as well). We actually stayed in the exact same room as the previous review, and the bed was by far one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, and definitely way beyond what I had expected. There were no funny smells in the room, and the recliner was actually pretty comfortable as well. Yes, there ... Read more

I have stayed in hotels all over USA... I am extremely impressed with how clean and well-kept this hotel is... in the late nineties we installed this same tile in some places... if this tile is that old or not, the grout joints are still white... everything is soooo clean... it is quite and peaceful here...

The location to this inn is right on the trolley route. Across the street from a phenomenal Thai restaurant. The price was perfect. The owners are warm, welcoming, and very informative. When we got to the room, the TV didn't work. No problem....the owner was there in 5 minutes and had it fixed. Cable cord had been pulled out... Only complaint, if you like fluffy pillows, bring yours from home. These pillows were on the flat side. All in all, I will be back to Travelers Inn

I'm ok with what I'm getting for my money. I read the reviews and knew what to expect but oh my gosh....arrive for Blues Festival and guess what? No working AC! Their only solution was to switch us to a sister property of lesser quality (whoa)! While waiting for an answer and sweating our butts off, we killed 7 flies! Don't waste your time. We are missing out on a lot of our evening just trying to find another place to stay. "Travelers STAY AWAY" is a better name. Makes me wonder if the peop... Read more

Had some problems with my online booking. When we got to the hotel, they said that our booking, which was confirmed by Hotels.com, was not good and that they would not accommodate us. It took us over 2 hours talking to Hotels.com and to the hotel receptionist staff to find a solution.

The place is scary and questionable. The lobby is locked with a phone outside to contact whoever is on duty (or not). I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable there. There was no security latch on my door; I had to barricade the door for the night. The air conditioner finally cooled off the room to the mid-seventies by the next morning. The room was very outdated with brown paneling and old bed spreads with cigarette burn holes. For higher than average price per night the accommodations were terribl... Read more
