Check in was very easy and very nice workers, our room was spotless! Jacuzzi tub was amazing, bed was comfortable, super quiet, they even have a fire pit you can sit out by that was my favorite!! Staff was great and very helpful! Only bad thing I can say is our toilet paper holder kept breaking and the towel rack fell on my foot but that is a small fix. Enjoyed this place so much. Will be back again soon!! Can't wait to go back!

I went here in March 2016 for 3 days/nights of complete rest after working right at 3 months without a day off. The first night someone (come to find out teenagers) were above me. It literally sounded like a herd of elephants was going to come through the ceiling. I called and complained about 8pm after hours of it. The mgr did ask them to be quiet and not so rowdy but they didn't stop until midnight and it started again immediately at 8am the next day. I asked if they was leaving and he said th... Read more

Nice hotel. Great people. Bad location. The location was listed as "historic district" but I think that is a VERY liberal definition of historic. For the money I would have thought it was at least closer to what most people consider the historic district. This hotel is up on the strip. It is actually off of Van Buren and I-23 South. The owners are awesome and very accommodating. The room was clean! Beds were fairly comfy. Hot water with good water pressure. Just don't be fooled by t... Read more

Located right off the main strip area of 2 intersecting Highways, less than a few minutes from downtown historic Eureka Springs, this was a great location. The hotel is small, and older, so the rooms are BIGGER - and we had a jacuzzi room which was great. There is a small firepit area and we had a wonderful stay. Checked in around 6pm went down town for a nice dinner and went back to our nice room and enjoyed the jacuzzi. Slept like a rock - and would definately go back again. Everything was... Read more

Excellent location, now for the hotel, the office was not staffed after 8:00 pm, so no ice after 8:00 pm, management not even on-site, after that time. No phones in the rooms, and not very good cell service, no vending machines! just a room, that needed repair, baseboards loose, and the door on the nightstand was broken!

We stayed here with a few other couples on a weekend trip. They have a nice gas grill outside that you can use, tables, seating, and a hammock. Those items make for good socializing in the evening and a good way to eat and drink cheaper than going into town. The motel is probably pretty comparable to many others in the area, but is in need of some TLC. Just a little bit of cosmetic updates would improve this motel, like painting the bathroom door that had drips of stuff and scrapes all over ... Read more

I felt like for the cost - it should have been a littler better. The room itself was fairly decent. Nice decorations. Jacuzzi tub was nice. Shower was fine. Mattress was super soft and only 1 set of pillows. Unfortunately the neighbors were insanely loud, but that isn't the hotels fault. Office manager was very nice. The rooms in the back had a really nice view.

Our family of three has stayed at Brydan the past two visits to Eureka Springs. We stayed in 2014 for four nights and in 2015 for three nights. We got the same room both trips. The room was extremely basic but clean I suppose. My only few complaints are that each time the coffee pot was dirty, there is no privacy to get dressed and the front desk could smile a little more. If you want a quiet clean place to stay for super cheap then this is your place. Personally we prefer a cabin or cotta... Read more

We stayed for 2 nights on 7-1-16 and 7-2-16, room was $115 night. Definately not worth that for what shape the room was in. Could be that the price was raised due to it being July 4th weekend. The front desk staff very nice, no complaints there but the rooms weren't very nice. We stayed in the front rooms. First, rug had many dark stains on it, I wouldn't walk on the carpet in my bare feet. Comforters way outdated and the blanket underneath had 3 holes in it. I brought my own comforter wh... Read more

The young lady at the front desk was very nice and tried to be helpful. When we entered the the room that was given to us the smell was awful it smelt like it had been closed for 25 years, the carpet was disgusting the TV was from the 60s I complained to the young lady and she switched us to a suite which was better a large dead spider was hanging from a picture. we could only stay 2 nights but we were book for three nights. I asked for our money back for the 3rd night and was told we could not... Read more

Hotel staff is very friendly and informative about local life and making sure we were comfortable. The room was clean and provided everything that we would need. The jacuzzi was amazing!! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because some areas needed a little more TLC with just basic repairs or updating furniture. We will definitely consider staying here again because of the amenities and price for everything you get.

Very nice place to stay other than updating the rooms this was a great place to stay. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. I would stay here again the king jacuzzi is very very nice. You can tell this is a small company ran hotel that is doing what it can to fight with the big hotels.

This little place is a renovated roadside travel motel. From the outside, it doesn't look like much, but once you are in, it's a different story. The rooms are clean, spacious and a great value for the area. I recommend a rear-facing room as the view is excellent. Guests can enjoy a fire pit, heated patio, jacuzzi, hammock and a patio with a great view at this property -- great little amenities for the price point. Now, to the "bad" things, and I use 'bad' because they really were not bad, ... Read more

The office staff are friendly and professional, Trish was very helpful with a situation we thought might affect our reservations. So very pleased we could bring our ChiChi with us, and he already seems to be loving it here too. The rooms are perfect, king jacuzzi suite is spacious and very inviting. Looking forward to our stay here and have already decided this will be our new place to stay. Being able to have our dog with us is already making this trip that much more relaxing. Highly recommende... Read more

We were there for five nights. And didn't have a problem one. It is not a fancy place by no means, but homey. Needs a little TLC here and there, but spotlessly clean. No noises to disturb us. Beds were very comfortable. Dustin and Trish were more than accomadating if we needed something. Acted like they were truly glad we stayed at the motel. Would not hesitate to stay there again

The Hosts and Hostess were amazing Great People. Our room was filthy, when asked them to clean. They put clean towels and that was it....... We did not know there was a special card to put on the bed to have it changed, Which was full of cat hair. The Carpets were stained. The shower curtain Sat on top of the shower, fell off regularly, our coffee pot was never cleaned untill we cleaned it. If we would have not pre paid we would have left immediately. No way to spend your honeymoon. Would not r... Read more

My husband and I rarely get to get away.we are from Neosho, and we came down about 11:30 Saturday morning , trish and Daniel weren't here but i called them and within 10 min or less he was here.. I highly recommend calling here and reserving your room instead of TRISH gave me a better rate on a jacuzzi room than what their site said. We have stayed here 3x's now. Always on bottom floor looking out. At the woods..they are so accommodating , I needed extra towels and pillows and he br... Read more

I decided last minute to stay in town; the owners were super nice and helpful. The room was very basic but attractive and clean. While chatting with an owner I got the impression they hadn't had the place long and were working on getting things updated. Since all I needed was a shower & a bed, I was looking for affordable & clean: that's what I got. I'll definitely stay again if I get the chance!

This motel room was clean with a nice TV and lovely location, but on the negative it was very disappointing. We had to let the hot run for 15 minutes to get hot. The unit for cooling and heating I could only get work for using the handle of my hair brush to push buttons. Everything was very outdated. Beds were old and no support, pillows flat as pancakes. No tissues provided, no extra blankets , no smoke alarm. Room service was a joke. Emptied the trash and left clean towels, that was it. Did n... Read more
