Hampton always our first choice. Hampton has all the amenities of a luxury hotel with none of the oversized prices. The cleaning staff does a great job and the rooms are almost sound-proof. With a full service breakfast thrown in as a bonus, it is a bargain.

This hotel is just the perfect place to feel at home away from home. Their rooms are clean, spacious, modern with all amenities that one needs to relax while traveling. Their staff were professional and very friendly. The complementary breakfast was great too. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

Stayed there last night after driving 800 miles. Made the reservation while a few hours out. Pulled up and there was a new Holiday Inn Express that was next door that didn't show up on the list of hotels that's as available in the town. Walked in, front desk was Ok, nothing spectacular. Room was musty. We check beds before bringing in bags and there was what appeared to be a dried up booger on the sheets - disgusting. The room was gross and in serious need of updating. Front Desk could learn some manners. The hotel all in all was very clean, the maids do a fantastic job. For a hotel right off the freeway in Arkansas you can't beat the price. Not much more you can say about this hotel it's in the middle of nowhere!

The only reasons you are staying at this hotel are for business, as a rest from traveling, or to visit local family (or kids at the local colleges). Arkadelphia is not a "destination." Thus what you want is: clean, safe, convenient, comfortable. It delivers on these things. My room was small-ish, but certainly not small. Had a fridge and a microwave. TV worked. Hot water was hot. Elevator worked. Breakfast was free and typical. Coffee was fine. Parking was plentiful, and I don't rec... Read more

We like the familiarity of this property and relying on its cleanliness and the continuity of its helpful staff. The rooms are well maintained and the pool and laundry facilities are a convenient bonus to our stay. Breakfast is mediocre fare, but decent coffee and fruits are available.

We had originally booked to be leaving on the 24th of June but because we were visiting with our son and daughter-in-law who have been living out of the US but came back to the US because of adopting a child who needed heart surgery from China. We decided to stay an extra day because our granddaughter had a doctor's appointment on Friday the 24th. Great hotel right off the freeway. There is a Cracker Barrel right down the street. Also, the manager was super friendly and caring. She was also concerned about us as she knew we were traveling to Dallas to visit the Book Depository. The hotel is always clean and fresh smelling. The air conditioning was WONDERFUL especially since it was over 100F (38C). The beds were comfortable too. The Breakfast lady was sweet. She asked me (and as many Customers as she could) if she could assist. WOW! She was on top of everything and made a difference to me. I've always been one to choose a Hampton Inn over other chains because of their awesome beds. The bed I had in this room was awful. In fact, I was sure this had been another chain and they left the bad bed behind. No, they've been a Hampton Inn for 11 years. The bright star in staying here is the staff and the breakfast was above average. I told the desk clerk I would return when they got real Hampton Inn mattresses on their beds....

We stayed here with our collegiate volleyball team. The preparation prior to our arrival was evident as our check in process was smooth and simple. The service throughout the stay was really above and beyond what we have come to expect. The breakfast had a good variety of hot options each morning and the pool and fitness areas were open until midnight which was great! Beds were clean and comfortable. My wife and I stayed here as a "layover" on our way to Houston. Due to the seemingly remote location, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality and level of service we received at this Hampton location. It was no less exceptional than I've come to expect from the Hilton line. The woman at the front desk (I wish I could remember her name) was very pleasant from the onset, and helped us decide were to eat dinner. The room was spotless, the shower was fantastic, the wifi worked great, etc.
