During my most recent stay in Yuma to visit my grandkids. Their Staff were ever so helpful, Michelle remembered me by name and anticipated my needs. Much to do and see. Definitely must be a do again kind of place. Food was great! Two thumbs up ??????

WE are diamond members and stay at Hilton Hotels frequently for both business and pleasure. This property is one of the best. Excellent accommodations, service, food, and location. Amazing employees like Brandon Corona help make you stay exceptional. We stay there several times a month and always look forward to our visit.

Water bottles in room were appreciated and warm cookies at check in were good. Food prices and drink prices were too high. Bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft and had no support. Location of hotel is excellent but there are other hotels in town that give better value.

I was in Yuma on business and a friend suggested I stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. It was a very nice hotel with a beautiful view of the river. I only stayed one night, but it was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet had minimal selections and was really not worth the price, so if you have time to wait for cooked to order, I would suggest that. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

I decided on this hotel because the wedding I was in happened to have the reception taking place at the conference center. Both the conference center and hotel room either meet or exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, a perfect size for me and one of the other bridesmaids to stay in. The staff was accommodating in moving our room by the bride's suite to make the trip more enjoyable. We took advantage of the $5 breakfast menu and buffet. Both were very good and the meals were perfect for ... Read more

Sent half of our meal back. Over cooked chicken in my salad, over seasoned dish, stale tasting over cooked veggies, ribs were rubbery and tasted bad. Chicken tenders breading was burned, french fries over cooked. Waitress was wonderful and friendly to help take care of the matter. She was the only waitress on duty working the dining room AND delivering room service orders. Felt so bad for her. Pool had no towels for quests. Had to track someone down to restock guest towels.

From the first contact with the front desk to the comfort of the bed, this was a top-notch experience. I booked my specific room online before leaving home, giving me peace of mind I wouldn't be stuck on the ground floor with all its foot traffic. The hotel is in a great location downtown with lots to do. Clean and well-equipped gym. A small casino is close enough by to enjoy, but not get into too much trouble. overall friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

My third stay in Yuma, AZ at Hilton Garden Inn, the staff are the most professional in all categories, ensuring every encounter from reception, internet access, general questions or just passing by showing grace and reverence. It felt like home away from home. Look forward to returning later this year. It's location provides easy access to points of interest and the surrounding city area is so neat and clean, Pride! Well maintained.

Cool hotel in a hot town. The Hilton Honors Gold member free breakfast is a good deal. The walking paths at the hotel connect to the riverfront park and the Quartermaster museum next door. Easy to get to location. Short walk to Main street downtown and to the courthouse.

This is a beautiful Hotel on the Colorado River. You are surrounded by historic sites as well as modern Military bases. The staff here were pleasant and most helpful. The test of great service is how you deal with issues. We had a need for service because light was coming through a small window above the door to the outside and they were there immediately and designed a way to block it.

The hotel is very clean and welcoming. The restaurant is good with a chiller space at the bar to keep drinks cold. The staff are very accommodating and will to work with you if you have a special request, such as off-set housekeeping if you work nights. Overall the hotel is excellent with good WiFi, a decent refrigerator and microwave. Coffee pots are Keurig single serve style. The beds are fairly comfortable, although my pillows were a little flat. The Hilton Garden Inn is a great base for exploring what Yuma has to offer. It is conveniently located, a short driving distance to Old Town, to the Yuma Territorial Prison State Historic Park, and to the Quartermaster Depot to mention a few. It is a fairly modern facility with a spacious and welcoming lobby. Much appreciated was the tall jug of iced lemony water and cookies right at the entrance. Every time i walked by she asked if there was anything i needed. Nick, did not get his last name, the bartender acted like i was the only person in the place (which i was not). Stayed in Yuma for an overnight business trip. I haven't ever been to this hotel before, but like the Hilton brand properties so I stayed. Enjoyed the park-like atmosphere outside, view of the town from my 6th floor room, and especially the frozen bar that kept my beers cold!

No issues to report. About what I expected from the hotel. Location was convenient for downtown Yuma and also right off of the highway. Staff was helpful and efficient. Room was clean and as requested. Wifi was free but my phone kept dropping it. I haven't experienced this at other Hilton hotels so it was likely just this hotels wifi.

last minute decision to spend the night. Chose this hotel because my sister and brother-in-law were staying there. Front desk people were great. Room was good. Bartender could have been more attentive. He kept talking about how long the bar was supposed to be open, but that he closes early if things are slow. Which, of course, ignores the needs of those who out to dinner. Only criticism.

I'll never understand a tipping system that guilts you into leaving a tip when you are completely ignored by a waitress. Asked for a Latte Coffee the second morning and told "we only do regular coffee here". (Is this a Hilton?). Noisy stop/start air conditioning system. Had to turn the tv up to hear over the top of it, but then it switches on and off when the thermostat kicks in. Going back to the Raddisson next time.

Hotel adds an .89 historical location charge to your bill for each day. That must be for the old locomotive sitting in the parking lot. It's in a secluded location and breakfast is not included. Rooms were quite but didn't meet expectation of a Hilton brand.

Can't say there are a lot of nice things in Yuma, but this hotel is really nice. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and nice. Had a late dinner at the bar and it was pretty good too. If you want breakfast in the morning, make sure you get a voucher or you'll have to pay for the food. Not that a danish and coffee for $2.50 would break any bank, just be aware.
