This hotel is a little hard to see from the road. There was a new building going up next to it and blocking the sign. We really liked this hotel - The King room was huge and everything looked new. Did have trouble with the TV so we called front desk. They were up in a matter of a few minutes and fixed it for us. Bathroom had a large shower stall but not tub, which is fine for us. Bed was so comfortable - wish we had one like it. A/c worked great and was nice having bed far enough away fr... Read more

Nice New HE (opened sep-15). Very friendly staff.. 1st on this trip to acknowledge our Spire Elite status (Thanks Christopher). Rooms spotless & smartly appointed. Wi-Fi worked perfectly (even with 3-devices at once). Is a bit off the main drag but still only a mile or so from the exit on the 40. Breakfast was great.. Coffee, fruit, bacon, biscuts & gravy, fresh cooked eggs, toast, cereal, milk, yogurt & juice. This location has a nice little pancake maker & staff to handle any special need... Read more

This place maybe hard to find but it is brand new. Staff was very helpful. Family friendly, price was right. This would be a great place if you were doing the Grand Canyon tour. We just stopped in on our way to San Diego.

Yes. Over all it is great but there are a few things. The people are very friendly. The breakfast was very good for the usual stuff. The room was very clean. The sofa however, was like sitting on soft plywood. OK ya the furniture is brand new and not broken in yet but wow, the sofa was very hard. Still a great place.

I stayed here for one night. I had booked room with 2 beds and sofa bed. When we checked in late at night, we were given room with 2 rooms and sofa bed. However, the sofa bed wouldn't open because the ac was blocking it. AFter talking to the the front dest they were able to find another one and we had to move the luggage and all after setting in. Easily avoidable issue by no pre planning by management to designate rooms accordingly. Other than that stay was fine. Good breakfast.

This was a great place for our second nights stop on our way from Dallas, TX to So Cal. We arrived to this beautiful, brand new property located right next to the Train Depot - a popular attraction that takes visitors into the Grand Canyon. All of the amenities of downtown Williams were within walking distance, including the grocery store. The Front Desk was very friendly and she greeted us warmly and provided some coupons if we were going to be driving into the Grand Canyon. The weather did not... Read more

Customer service was horrible. Walls are paper thin which surprised me for a new hotel. Right next to train tracks. Charged $35/ night for a rollaway bed at check in that was not mentioned while booking. Instead of offering to have someone bring up the bed, the guy behind the desk told us where we might find the rollaway bed on another floor. If it wasn't there let him know and he could tell us another location on another floor where it might be. When I made a comment about making guest search ... Read more

But we eventually did and were extremely glad we did not stay at any of the other accommodations Williams has to offer. We will be back in the future!! Thanks again Holiday Inn Williams

Very nicely kept Holiday Inn Express. My family and I just got back home from visiting the Grand Canyon. And while we were up in north Arizona we stayed at this hotel as the hub for Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and Page AZ. We were extremely pleased with our stay. Deven the GM checked us in and was very accommodating. Upgrading us to a suite so we can spread out as we were there for five days. Bathrooms were nice and spacious. This place is reasonably new and its best feature is that you can walk to the GCRR train depot. Rooms were clean and the pool area was nice. They seem to be a little understaffed, but we were checked in quick enough. Lots of hotels in Williams, as it is a little tourist town, and probably could have found a cheaper hotel. This HIE was pretty pricey, but you know you what you are going to get when you stay at an HIE and this one did not disappoint. Outside of the price it gets high marks.

This is a great modern new hotel. We got a huge corner room and liked the amenities. the breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. There are lot of things that can improved food wise. For the price you pay, the amenities are quite basic. The great advantage is that the location is excellent. It's quiet and only 1.5 hrs away from the Grand Canyon South Rim, which is where we were heading.

Great customer service! Nice and new! We had a terrible experience with a competing hotel the night before, but I have on great things to say about Holiday Inn and this hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and very helpful. Choose this hotel in Williams, even if there is another room at a lower cost. My family will choose Holiday Inn from now on when staying out of town.

My 91-year-old mom and I stayed here one night this past week, and it's one of the best rooms we've ever had. It was nice that both my mom and I could put up our luggage near the bathroom. My mom was able to get around easily with her walker. They had a good information binder with items that were helpful. The shower head was excellent. This hotel was opened in Sept. 2015 so it is basically still new. The location is less then a mile from downtown and is only a 10 to 12 minute walk if you don't feel like driving into town for dinner. As nice as this modern hotel is for some reason they jammed all the breakfast seating into a small area. It is not that they do not have the space, they do, yet they feel it is necessary to place the tables closer together then most restaurants. Why???

This hotel is new but I expected more. The pool closes at 9pm which seems early for summer travelers. As well the internet didn't work. The front desk said that there were too many people on the internet. However we couldn't get it to work at all. Also the business computers in the lobby didn't work either. I would suggest they pay for upgraded internet. In the morning I went to the front desk to ask about the internet and the clerk literally was asleep in the chair. No kidding.

Yes, the bed was miserable, like sleeping on the hard ground while camping. Every other Express has had great beds, so this fairly new hotel clearly got the shaft. Even worse than the bed was the couch - let's just say it isn't for sitting. It was the most uncomfortable couch in history. I also found a half nail and some toothpicks on the floor near the bed from the last guests. Finally, the toilet seat was off center and the towels were grainy as all hell. I would say that the walls are rather thin though as the rogue child on the floor above us made his best attempts to recreate London's West End's rendition of Stomp for most of the evening.
