Went down for a soccer tournament this weekend, and although our rate was discounted because of our group rate, I expected the room to be clean. I pulled out the sofa bed for my daughter and was very upset to find dirty sheets and blanket crumpled together along with a dirty hand towel in the bed. I called the front desk and the lady was apologetic and said she would call housekeeping(HK) to change the bed. After waiting about fifteen minutes, a gentlemen came and to my disbelief made the bed... Read more

This resort is overall a very nice complex settled on beautiful grounds and very close to the mountains. There are a few pools as well as a hot tub which is open 24/7. The only thing was that the property seemed a little outdated, not bad, just a little. The bed was nice and comfy and the room was spacious and accommodating. There were termites in our bathroom (as well as one day a cockroach in the shower) and each day room service just scraped off what they had built since the previous day. It d... Read more

Booked my reservation on Hotwire last minute and received a great rate and not disappointed. Love the openness and views. Received a huge room and for the price was very satisfied. Only minor issue was one piece of furniture was definitely past the point of use and should just be removed from room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely return for a THIRD time.

I was disappointed in the wear in the quest room-The seating areas are not comfortable in any way-I booked the reservation under a block set aside for the wedding--I find out later that the price for the room would have been considerably lower if I had just gone on line and booked--not real happy about that--thought that booking a large block would or should get an apprecible discount--only to find out it is much more expensive

Pretty resort, good location, beautiful grounds, 2 pools, gym, restaurant and awesome views of the city. The room was big and the bed comfy but few furnitures need to be replaced (see picture). Also, make sure to ask for a room on the top floor as you can hear everything. Not good for a light sleeper like me. A bit expensive.

This resort was an absolute surprise! We are Wyndham members, and made the reservations enroute to Tucson, having no idea what to expect. When we arrived, we drove up a long driveway, which was very inviting. The grounds were beautiful! We immediately grabbed our cameras and started walking on the path that meanders throughout the property. There is a charming Chef's Garden, with terraced beds brimming over with growing vegetables, with a sitting area overlooking Tucson. We felt like we we... Read more

This place has a western charm the moment you walk in. It is decorated in the old west style with lots of details and spark. The floors are very interesting with Spanish tile. The ambiance is open and carefree yet elegant. There is plenty of parking and inside there's a small curio area showing images and items of the old west including kachina dolls.

It was a very relaxing and refreshing stay at the Westward Look Resort in Tucson. The location and facility were perfectly tucked away along side the mountains with nice views either of them or the city lights. We played golf in the area and found the location to be convenient as well. Hotel Staff were helpful, friendly and pleasant. We would stay there again anytime. The landscaping had many varieties of cactus and a nice area to just walk around in. Highly recommend this property.
