This very roomy suite was well maintained and nicely decorated. The made to order omelets were excellent, as were the make your own breakfast buritos and the fresh fruit. . I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was larger than expected it would be perfect for families on a budget while traveling. The room had 2 tvs, 2 queen beds and a nice use able bathroom. It's just out dated but over all it was clean. The free breakfast buffet was massive, eggs beans ham bacon corn beef hash and more. They even had an omelet bar. We felt very safe since the tucson police department were having a couple of meetings on property.

I believe every room was booked the weekend of MLK. A soccer tournament was happening at the Kino Complex. I was able to get one of the last two suites with a king size bed, room 202. I was impressed with the depth of the room, roughly 51 feet. The room is divided into three rooms; the living room, the bathroom and the bedroom. The TV's were vintage, not LED and there was no dead bolt knob on the door. The sink faucet plates were very rusted and the AC/Heat unit for the room above made a t... Read more

If you like outdated, rude front desk, not so good food, and doors that lock you in your room and have to call to get out then this is a great hotel for you to stay at. If you want a updated, friendly front desk, fast service, great food then I would go to another hotel.

This is the third visit to the Viscount and by now we realize that it is very unique, in an nostalgic way. Service is great and friendly. They really go all out when they decorate for Christmas and Valentines Day, etc. They have a nice lounge and locals congregate there on certain nights to hear Jazz and other forms of music, and play cards. Very nice. Cold beer on tap too. The only minor issue was the happy hour prices only apply to Miller and Bud light beer. Come on guys, will it kill you to d... Read more

There are very little things that are inconvenient about this Hotel. Room includes a very nice breakfast bar and omelets made to order. Rooms are suites and provide very nice accommodations. the hotel is a little dated but the staff and the decorations for Christmas were excellent. We look forward to stay here again. Priceline did us well.

My wife and I spent two weeks at the Viscount. December 12th thought the 27th. The rooms were clean. Older yes. If people stay there and do not get to know the people who work there they are missing everything. Raul for instance who works in the breakfast area is one of the most wonderful people you could meet. He will go out of his way to make you feel at home. The staff at Wilber's are very good and the food is great. When we first arrived we had a small problem with the room. Within ten minut... Read more

I booked this hotel mostly for the convenience of its location. Had read reviews about only certain rooms being updated but thought it would be OK whatever room I got. Not So. I arrived late in the evening, went to the room and it was dingy, dark, with a terrible musty smell... just old and not worth the price I had paid. I couldn't even sit in the room because I felt so uncomfortable. I called the front desk who explained the manager was not available until morning. Since I didn't feel I could ... Read more

First...immediately upon entering the room, a hugely musty smell. After sitting in the room for a couple hours I hoped I wouldn't notice the smell any longer. Unfortunately it seemed to smell worse the longer I was here. Everything is outdated. The TV's are dinosaurs... Just not happy at all!! The closed captioning won't turn off by using the CC button on the TV. Lamp broken ...
