We hare in Tucson for a week and could not have chosen a better place to stay. Suites are self contained with full size fridge, cook top, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. There is a guest laundry which is a real bonus at 1 dollar a wash and 1dollar for half hor for dryer. Pool is heated and beautifully maintained, as is the fitness room. The Bar-b-q area is sheltered and a good place to relax. Staff are so very helpful. Love the Managers Reception offering refreshments and drinks on s... Read more

This is probably the nicest Towne Place Suites in which I have ever stayed. Service, accommodations and the Monday to Wednesday mingle are all spot on. This hotel is very conveniently location to restaurants and business in Tucson. I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again.

This hotel has got to be one of the very best in Tucson. I stay here 3-5 times a year. The team always takes great care of me. Breakfast and the social hour reception are both awesome. The team is so nice and friendly. The rooms are awesome as well. Lots of space. I feel like I'm at home. I never stay more than 2-3 nights, but if I had to stay in Tucson for a week or longer I would definitely stay here.

We spent 3 nights here - rooms were quite spacious, clean and everything we required for our stay, although we spent little time in the room. There are restaurants and a mall nearby and the hotel's location was central for everything we did. The hotel is located in a quiet area off the main road and although we did not use the pool area/BBQ etc, as we were out exploring, they looked clean and acceptable. There were also several 'social evenings' each week where the hotel lay on food for the g... Read more

I was here for a work trip. Friendly and helpful staff, the amenities and room were always clean and orderly. The morning breakfast was decent but had limited options and variety. Evening happy hour/meals were just alright, though it's always nice to have that option when on the road. A grill was available as well as outdoor pool and fitness room. Overall it's a decent choice if you're in town.

We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. We had a spacious studio suite. Our studio was very quiet and clean. It had a full size refrigerator, microwave and cooktop. The king bed in our suite was comfortable with nice linens. The bathroom was very nice. It is located in east central Tucson in a quiet area back from the main streets. Yet it was easy to find restaurants and other attractions in the area that we wanted to visit. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of hot and cold choic... Read more

We were surprised to find this small, lovely ,more business like hotel in the Williams Centre,in Tucson We were vacationing, and did not wanted to spend lot of money just by staying in a center hotel. But just a few miles away from Tucson center we found this Marriott family hotel, and we could not be happier. Well located with near good restaurants, shopping centers and attractions The hotel was excellent, nice ambiance and lobby, friendly staff, nice happy hour every Thursday and Wednesday,wit... We stopped for a night on our way through to Los Angeles. We had a late check-in and was welcomed by friendly staff. Lobby is VERY clean with free cucumber water at the front :) The gym is great for a quick, simple workout with free weights, elliptical, and 2 treadmills. The room is also VERY CLEAN. No stains or otherworldly findings. All in all, very nice place to stay!

As a lifetime platinum member of Marriott, this property is the best experience in memory from over twenty-two years and 2,000 nights in many countries. Every staff member was welcoming, good-humored, and willing to provide assistance. Even the mention of decaffeinated tea resulted in the manager bringing a new box of Tazo to our door. This required them to make a purchase at a local store. This gesture only typifies the excellent service throughout our stay of more than one week. The property ... Read more

The rooms are lovely and spotless and the common areas are cheerful and well attended. But what really makes someoneā??s stay remarkable is the staff and their willingness to assist. The two desk attendants that welcomed us were very explanatory in pointing out the amenities and answering questions. The attendant the following morning in the breakfast room was also very kind and efficient at keeping everything picture perfect and tidy.

Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are nice with a kitchenette and good amenities such as, free breakfast ever day. Best hotel staff I have ever had to deal with. Front desk was always helpful, housekeeping consistently did a good job and breakfast/coffee and dinner were great.

This hotel seems to be very new and is kind of remote. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The room is very clean, with the weird exception of mold or mildew around the edge of the bath tub (found one other TripAdvisor review that mentioned this too . . . not a deal breaker, but a little odd they can't fix it). Hotel offers a free breakfast, but we didn't get down there by 9 am on a weekday to try it, so can't comment. Lots of free parking and we like the property.

We stayed here for two nights during our fall break. We were very pleased with our choice to stay here! They have Trip Advisor signs up in the lobby for excellence...and well deserved. Great experience when we checked in and with breakfast. Room was clean and had a cooktop, microwave, and full size fridge. Tucked away back from the traffic of Craycroft Rd. Close to Davis Monthan...just a short drive down Craycroft Rd. to the Craycroft Gate. The only issue was housekeeping did not restock ... Read more

From the minute we made the Reservation till even after it was a Perfect Experience. Patrick on the Evening Shift was so Awesome. The girl who worked Night Audit on Nov 1st (I think her name started with an L) thank you...( Left a Pillow and a Cane and you shipped them out to us). The rooms were perfect, everything was great including the breakfast. Nice friendly staff made all the more to want to return.

Stayed on business and had colleagues stay at the Hilton, so I am thankful that I was able to book this hotel via Concur due to their horrible stories. With that said, the walls are thin, heard water pipes and footsteps above me. Was worried about being close to the street but that was not an issue. AC was a window unit controlled by a wall thermostat. The unit was awfully loud when it cranked up. So much that I ended up turning the unit off to be able to sleep through the night without being jo... Read more

I stayed here for five nights. All employees are friendly and competent. My room was very comfortable, especially the bed. It was great having both a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Towels were plentiful and large. My room was always clean and serviced even when I told the suite attendant on Thanksgiving that she could skip my room. I have two critiques. Alternate the eggs at breakfast between fried which weren't very good and scrambled. A little variety goes a long way. And si... Read more

Back in Tucson for work, back at a Marriott. The location of this Marriott is solid for food places, etc. Staff: The staff at Marriotts always seem to be A+, and this one was no exception. Very helpful for finding places to eat, things to do, etc. The streak continues. Room: Little cramped but nice (microwave, mini kitchen, etc). Big comfortable bed (big plus!). Shower: Solid pressure, solid temperature. Great! Breakfast: Included and delicious! Each morning I made myself a waffle and had so... Read more

I stay here in Tucson frequently when I have medical appointments and have never been disappointed with the wonderful service from caring staff. Also I can always count on a very clean environment in a great location. Melissa and Monique provide friendly breakfast service and take the time to interact with the guests to ensure that they have what they need. Susan does the same for the evening Social Hour service. This time my room was cleaned by Erika who was also very attentive and made sur... Read more
