The staff was super friendly, the rooms were good sized. Everything was clean and as to be expected at a large chain. The breakfast left a little to be desired though, I expected something more than their little breakfast bar. The servers were friendly and attentive.

Nice hotel for the price. Only issues were a slow draining tub and dirty carpet/floors. I had to keep washing my babies hands, legs and feet because they were turning black from crawling around on the floor. Beds were comfy, my son liked the pool and breakfast was good. My only complaint is that I could tell that the food had been sitting under the warmers for awhile by the time I got to the restaurant at 8am. Service was great. Check in and check out was a breeze.

I was here for a business trip and I expectations of staying in a somewhat classy hotel considering they had booked a Hilton. I was wrong as this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in ages. Other than dirty floors and carpet and outdated furnishings were all the "little things" such as no microwave or fridge, garbage cans shaped long and so skinny you can't put garbage into them, and onlu5 single accessable outlet on the desk not near the bed to charge your phones. Would never recommend... Read more

We've stayed as a family in this Hilton twice. Once in Dec/Jan 2016 and this time in May 2016. Both times we were taken very good care of by the staff in all parts of the hotel: front desk, bell desk, restaurant, bar, etc. All staff members seem to go out of their way to be helpful.

We have always enjoyed our stays at Hilton Tucson East. The hotel is very attractive with lovely mountain views. The staff is A+, always friendly and willing to help. A special thank you to Linda at the Front Desk for her help and to the lovely lady in charge of the Concierge Lounge. The location is also perfect for shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

Kind of a disappointment. Felt that with the Hilton name it was going to be a nicer stay! The executive lounge with evening snacks and continental breakfast was GREAT .. internet access was ok. Room furnishings were lackluster. The Hilton in PHX Garden was much better!!

Parking is plentiful, the elevator is very central and easy to get to. Our room was pretty large with a roomy desk and seating area. The closet was a bit small, but it worked for us. The bathroom was a bit dated, but clean. The shower door (there's no tub) came off it's tracks and I called maintenance. Someone was at our room within 5 minutes and fixed it quickly. The pool area was active, and there was a lot of seating. I liked the seating that wasn't too close to the pool so we didn't get... Read more

Check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean averaged sized for a 2 queen bed room. A restaurant was on site, but our room did not come with free breakfast, and we thought it too pricey for our picky breakfast eaters. The hotel was centrally located to where we needed to be, places to shop and eat were close by. Room did not come with a microwave or a fridge. Tucson Hilton just can't be beat. The meeting rooms were extremely accommodating. Always provided with water, coffee, accessories, pitchers around the tables, glasses at each seat, servers always handy or nearby. The restaurant service was unusually attentive and swift for hotels. There was a lovely menu selection which was enjoyed by everyone at our dinner table. Even breakfast was surprisingly accommodated.

I travel frequently and this hotel is within five miles and nine minutes of where I conduct business.1st of all, the hotel itself, the staff, you cannot find a better location or group. If you exercise, you can workout within or the trails located outside the building. I am a Mom/Pop type of diner and you had every type of restaurant available to you. The free flowing traffic kept movement simple. Again, the front desk was extremely accommodating.

A real homely hotel with such excellent staff. I stayed for a few weeks over the last few months and couldn't have been made more welcome and satisfied. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff became friends as well as hosts. OK - the hotel is a little old-fashioned and would benefit from a make over but everything worked well. I have been a return guest for many years, so I somehow hate to write this. Great location with very friendly staff. But the owners seem to try to get the last Dollar out of this place before investing what would be necessary to keep it a great place:: the hotel needs some urgent renovation. Furthermore, they even try to save in the executive lounge these days, very poor breakfast as compared to earlier days. I recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, and helpful staff. the rooms are comfortable and quite. Lots of room for personal comfort and good working space for work. The pool was clean and nice open layout. deep enough to actually swim, instead of just wading. there were plenty of clean towel available for your use, and lots of choices on which lounge chair you would like. The bar is conveniently located with good value items for dinner, or just snacks.

The hotel was nice and comfortable but it was a bit of a drive to downtown. Close to some restaurants but you need to drive a few miles to the mall or to downtown restaurants which is where everyone hangs out in the evenings. A few miles with traffic can take up to 20 minutes to reach downtown. But if you want to be away from the downtown scene, it is a good location.

This Hilton is near the mountains and offers great views. It is an older hotel and the maid service was poor. The honors lounge was nice with two drinks/day but very limited snacks for dinner (varied each day). The lounge at breakfast never had meat and only once boiled eggs, so again limited.
