Guess I just expected something a little nicer being in the Hilton family of hotels. Although I didn't use the pool, it looked nice. The breakfast choices were lacking, needed more healthy choices, too many carbs and the plastic eggs were not edible, potatoes were border line. After one bite of the eggs I went with the yogurt and Coffee.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. I used to stay at the Best Western across the street but like this place better for just a few dollars more. It is newer, cleaner, quieter than BW. Also the free breakfast is better. The only thing that disappoints me is that the rooms I have stayed in do not have a mini refrigerator. Also I do not like such a big pillow.

We were there for a family member graduation. Had several rooms. All were very comfortable, clean, and nice amenities. A/C (needed) was frosty and beds really good. Even a ceiling fan in the room, and you don't see that too often in hotels. Front desk staff very helpful and free breakfast much better than average. Only con is that the in-room coffee needs to be changed. Not acceptable. Would recommend.

Usually with Hilton Honors I use the pre checkin and just stop at the desk and get the key, but not at this location. Hotel needs updating. Air conditioner very noisy. Breakfast average, coffee pot in the bathroom, not thanks. Won't stay at this one again.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting the Tucson area. Very comfortable room and as ever we found the room to be spotlessly clean The highlight of our stay here was the extremely helpful staff how they helped us with a problem when trying to locate a pair of my shoes which I had left behind in another hotel. I must mention the help given to us by Gascon and Jeffrey who both could not do enough to help us locate these shoes, well done guys. Enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend to v... I am a very picky traveler and very critical of hotels. I use the Hampton whenever possible because they usually are clean and efficient. The Hampton in Tucson Mall was beyond any I have stayed at. It was spotless, the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful!

What struck me about the hotel was the very friendly reception accorded by Gaston, who checked me in. He seemed to go above and beyond his duty and is a great asset at the Front Desk. Our suite was nice and was equipped with a fridge and a microwave oven. The air-conditioning could be better however - it was either too cold or too stuffy - I just did not manage to set it right,

I was with my teenage granddaughter on this trip. when we entered the room her comment was WOW - it's not often you get to impress a teenager. The front desk agent (Gaston?) was very good and knowledgeable of area. Recommended restaurants which turned out to be Very good. Thanks Hampton - Tucson Mall

We reserved 3 rooms at the Hampton Inn in Tucson AZ for 2 nights while visiting my parents for their 60th wedding anniversary. "Gaston" at the front desk was exceptional! When we mentioned that our son, who was reserving one of the rooms, was going to be deploying with the US Navy in August and had been active duty for 9 years, he upgraded his room to a suite at no extra charge. Hampton Inns are known for their comfortable beds. This one doesn't disappoint. The room was very clean and neat, the bed comfy and clean. The A/C worked very well! Which we were thankful for since it was 106 degrees outside. The pool and hot tub were very nice and well kept. The breakfast that came with the room was very good! The only complaint I had was that there was not a fridge or microwave in the room. It did have a coffee maker though.

This room has two main areas... large kitchen/dining/living area, large bathroom with separate sink area and a bedroom that was a little crowded. Common areas of the hotel were modern and clean. The pool, spa and patio was very nice. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and dining area was clean. Hotel employees were all pleasant and courteous.
