If your travels take you to Tucson, this hotel is close to the airport with quick and friendly shuttle service. The staff is pleasant, the facilities are clean and accommodating. The fitness center has free weights and treadmills. Fresh water from a RO filled bottle. Way nice. The breakfast hours are great if you are one who likes to get up early, or maybe work from hotel. The manager Brenda and the front end staff are of the best I have experienced. The driver is a busy man, but takes ... Read more

We stopped over at Tucson on our way to the west coast. The desk manager at the Millionair FBO on the field recommended this hotel. Great rates, super friendly staff and kind of a spartan restaurant; but which had amazingly well prepared food. Chris was our server at dinner and he couldn't have been more personable and attentive. We will definitely stay here on our next long, cross country flying adventure.

I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting nearby Pima Air Museum and AMARG. The check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. It took a while to find the room as there are about 3 different blocks and the upper floors do not have elevators, but once I found the right block and got my suitcases upstairs the room was large, clean and had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The restaurant and bar were pleasant, albeit a bit pricey for dinner. Breakfast was either a cooked hot breakfast or a b... Read more

Conveniently locatedly across the street from the airport with free hotel shuttle to the airport. Lobby was renovated, but not the bedrooms. Long walk and/or stairs to elevator to some second floor guest rooms. Nice grounds with pool.

The front desk lady was super polite we chatted for a little and she actually gave me a few extra drink tickets. They are very customer service oriented. The rooms are pretty big and nice. I would definitely stay there again, its also very close to the airport.

My group of 20 had 2 dinners there. Our server was Chris and he was terrific. Orders were taken quickly, served in a reasonable time and were delicious. The separate checks were are done correctly. I had the wedge salad one night and a steak dinner the other. Presentation was lovely and the steak was cooked perfectly

We slept here one night, and I don't think we slept more than 20 minutes. The structure of the building is so poor that we heard everyone on the floor above us stomping around all night. The door to our room did not reach the floor so light flowed in from the hallway all night, and every time someone opened the door to the hallway it slammed shut and shook the building. Every time we moved the bed creaked loudly. I can't believe Sheraton feels comfortable putting their brand on this "hotel", whi... Read more

This is a fairly typical 4-Points which is well situated if you're flying out of TUS. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and the room spacious ( a compact balcony overlooking the pool and the mountains is an added bonus). Be warned that fighter jets use the airport for training which is very loud. I don't know if this is a daily practice, but thankfully it ended around 7pm the night I was there.

Used points for this Category 1 stay, parking is ample (although uncovered) Complimentary continental breakfast 6-10am, with the opportunity to upgrade to hot breakfast for $5 per person. Rooms were clean, and airplane noise was barely noticeable, especially since flights end at 10pm at the airport

I've been a frequent traveler for 20+ years and never have I been treated so poorly than at check-in here at the Four Points in Tucson. I was given the hardest time by Jolleane at the front desk for booking multiple rooms under my name. She was super rude and disrespectful. Whether she was having a bad day, or was never trained properly, there's no excuse for someone to give customer service that poor. It was embarrassing, awkward and uncomfortable. This hotel is steps from the airport. They offer free breakfast, from 6, and 24/h shuttle. I stayed due to an early flight and thus the shuttle. The room was present and clean. The grounds were well kept up and looked nice. There were even people in the pool! Overall the hotel I found the hotel perfect for my needs.

You would think that booking a hotel next to, or near an airport would be a mistake. However, in the case of this Four Points by Sheraton property, it is not. The lobby and bar areas are beautiful, as is the property overall. It is well landscaped and very well kept. Our room was spacious, clean, well appointed, and most of all, quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was small, but manageable. We booked this hotel even though we would were not going to or from the airport.... Read more

There are many hotels all close to each other and within a very short drive to the airport therefor careful consideration is needed since they are all in a good location if the airport is your destination. I'm not the biggest fan of Four Points, I have stayed at quite a few and feel that they are all a bit dreary. I found the layout of this hotel a bit tedious, especially since I was placed at the furthest room from reception, which ended up being a pain since my key card stopped working a doze... Read more

We were very pleased with our room, two queen beds for as three. Room was very clean and smell fantastic. I can honestly say this hotel is worth staying, beds are so comfy and very decent continental breakfast. They also offer a warm breakfast for only $5.00 more, it is worth it! Very nice personal, make you feel welcome ???

There are always many hotels near airports and it is hard to tell if one is better than the other. Luckily, the Four Points is one of the better ones. I stayed there during a quick stop over in Tucson. The hotel room was a balcony king room. The room was nicely appointed with a large flat screen TV with showtime. The A/C kept the room cool and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shuttle was prompt in both picking me up at the airport as well as returning me to the airport. I couldn't a... Read more

This hotel is just about a block away from the main Tuscon airport yet there is no noise from the airplanes! Everything about this hotel is exceptional from the staff at the front desk to the cleaning personnel to the very clean, modern rooms to the large, comfortable bar which leads to the restaurant. Great breakfast buffet with several choices including eggs, sausage, bacon, salsa, waffles, etc. I will definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel walking distance from airport terminal. Very clean and quiet, no airport noise to disturb our stay. My room was upgraded, but the bathroom was quite small, but functional for two persons. There are not enough electrical outlets in the room for charging electronic gadgets, so be creative. This is just due to the age of the property, but all other amenities are updated. It is a nice property. I stayed over on a Saturday evening and paid less than $60.

My husband and I were very impressed by your frontend clerk - Mr. John B. Last night we were at the hotel waiting for our son to come into town. He was flying in through Southwest Airlines. When we came into the hotel we asked Mr. Bush if we could use the computer in the entryway (check-in area). He said, "yes, no problem". While we were at the computer I happen to sneeze. He asked me if I would be in need of a tissue. I thanked him and said "no - but I appreciate it"! He asked which air... Read more

Needed a hotel in Tucson area that was convenient for the airport. Nice hotel with a small but adequate swimming pool for the number of guests that use it. Good rooms with free wifi and which operate a $5 per night reward scheme for not taking housekeeping. We were only using the hotel as a base so we got $20 back at the end to spend in the bar. Rooms are little run down and dirty, and the one I stayed in smelled super musty. That said, staff was great and for one night, not a bad place to stay. Also, I booked this place via Hotwire's secret hotel. Got a super great rate, so really no room to complain. But don't pay full price; you'll just be angry that you did.

I was rerouted from my flight plans to Tucson because of weather on Wednesday Aug 25th. I was extremely distraught and tired! I arrived at Four Points in Tucson and immediately was greeted and taken excellent care of by a young woman named Cristal. We came down for a funeral, and chose this hotel based on the other reviews. First off, John checked us in, and he was wonderful. He asked us if we were Starwood members, and I knew we had been at one time. He looked it up, and then was able to upgrade us to a preferred room. Then, we were asking about Italian restaurants, he not only recommended one on 4th Ave, he gave us an Uber card to sign up with, which got us $20 off our ride. My wife & I stayed at this property from Monday 29th August and checked out on Friday 2nd September 2016 On checking in, we were looked after by "John Bush" at the front desk. To say that this gentleman is a credit to the hotel and by definition the Sheraton group, is saying less than I want to say. If you are looking for a convenient hotel at a nice price, this is it. Close to the airport (could walk to it in a pinch) with a good restaurant. Service was uneven. Depended on the individual you dealt with. Ok for business. The bathroom seemed clean except accumulated hair in corners. Gym was good. Overall a good stat.

This is a relatively inexpensive hotel and it is good for a night or two as a base. Our first room smelled like wet dog and we had to be asked to be moved, the second room smelled strange too but we just gave up at that point since we were literally only spending one night there.
