As SPG Platinum members we were expecting an upgrade when we checked in early before noon and came back later in the day. The room we were given was average and faced the road which is a bit noisy. On the positive side the room was well maintained and very clean. We did not get a chance to have breakfast since our flight was boarding at 6:30am.

The R+R Bar and Grill is an amazing place to relax, enjoy a good drink, and eat excellent food. I'd like to shout out to the bartender Rob, for his amazing service and drink quality. Further shout outs include: Crystal and John at the front desk for their friendly demeanor at the front desk, the restaurant staff - Chris, Mandy, David, and CJ for their friendly and helpful service! And to the chef, Matt, for EXCELLENT food! The property overall is clean and elegant, and special attention ... Read more

I was told not to expect much from hotels near airports, so I may have arrived with low expectations. Upon arrival, we received the most friendly welcome ever. John Bush at the front desk was very welcoming, friendly and professional. He acknowledged us as SPG members (anyone can sign up) and acknowledged our special requests. We did not spend much time at the hotel, we just checked in, went to the movies, came back to sleep and left early in the morning. We did not have breakfast at the hotel b... Read more

This hotel was a one-night stopover for us on December 30th as we drove West for our "Winter Break". It was not far off I-10 and would be a great location for travelers flying in/out of the nearby Tucson airport as well. Though we had a bit of a wait at check in we could see that the excellent service being provided to guests checking in was worth a short wait. The front desk rep even walked outside with us to clarify the where and how to find our first floor patio room in the next door build... Read more

Stayed 2 nights, the room was in good shape except for the slow drain in the sink. I got to the breakfast buffet area toward the end of the breakfast time, and the area was very messy and many items were picked over and not replenished. It was extremely unappealing, especially the waffle station where cups were strewn around and batter was spilled all over the counter.

My sister and I were on a roadtrip from Los Angeles to Dallas and this was our first overnight stop on the journey. We just needed a clean place to sleep and that is exactly what this was. The room was clean. No frills, nothing fancy. The bed was pretty comfortable as well and there were 4 pillows on each bed! I love pillows. I do have to say that I was in the "north building" that was separate from the hotel lobby. In order to enter, you had to use a key, but I felt kind of leary about it so I ... Read more

We stayed here in our arrival and departure from Tucson, great if you don't want travel downtown. Great beds, AC worked great, the grounds were groomed beautifully. The only reason I gave this hotel a 4 rating instead of a 5 was for the bathrooms. I can't understand why they built them so small, you can't do anything unless you shut the door first. But other than that a great place to stay.

We arrived at the hotel after a long and trying day in airports and flight. It was after dark. The hotel property was well lit. The reception area was open and welcoming. The people at the desk were cheerful and helpful. We were offered assistance with our luggage, which we were glad to accept. We were also given an upgraded room. Oh my! So very nice. The bed was wonderful, just right firmness, linens were high quality and with the choice of pillows all made for a sound and deep nights sleep. Th... Read more

This Sheraton is a good hotel choice when arriving late or leaving early from the Tucson airport. It is pleasant, clean, efficient and with sufficient amenities (pool, gym, restaurant, free shuttle) to ensure a comfortable stay. I stayed in the main building with the elevator, but parts of the hotel or like a motel. The hotel has a bit of 80s - 90s feel in design and decor. I booked at the last minute due to an early flight, deciding to return my rental car the night before and not have to dr... Read more

The man at the front desk was rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. I called down for a question, but because another guest walked up he had to call me back. He got an attitude when he couldn't read my card number.i really did not appriciate him clapping his hands as he was talking to me, on top of the way he spoke to us. I left a note with the manager with a phone number, never got a call back. i called her and she did not seem too concerned. Needless to say i wont be staying there again.
