What a great hotel to stay at. Staff was friendly and always willing to help. Location is near the mountains. Everything you would need on a visit to Tucson is right there. Amenities were also top notch.

We started off with one night hotel stay but ended up staying 4 nights. We loved the mountain view, the red sunset against the clouds and mountain, sitting by the fire during happy hour, the friendly staff and close proximity to the mountains. Free happy hour and made to order breakfast only completed the wonderful location and service.

I've stayed here 4-5 times over the past 4-5 years, and I always enjoy my stay. The breakfast is very good, lots of selections. Grazyna has worked in the dining area every time I have visited; she takes great care of the guests, and is a lovely person. The evening reception is a great opportunity to relax, before or after dinner, and Derrick the bartender is happy, helpful and upbeat. My only issue was the loud noise of the air conditioner in the room; I ended up turning the AC off while sleepin... Read more

I was extremely pleased with my recent stay at the Embassy Suites Tucson (in the Catalina Foothills neighborhood). Super friendly customer service. I downloaded the Hilton Honors app as I am a longtime loyal customer. I was able to check in online and select my hotel room in advance of my arrival. Two room suite was extremely nice and exceeded my expectations (room 245). Loved how there was a separate sitting area. Couldn't believe how many doors there were in the unit, including closets, the... Read more

Beautiful hotel with lovely pool and outdoor dining areas located in an upscale part of Tucson. Adjacent to lots of good dining and shopping. Quiet room but a little smaller than most Embassy Suite rooms. Very attentive staff at breakfast.

This is a great Hotel. Located in the north east side of Tucson in an an excellent and safe location. The hotel is very clean, pool is great, and the made to order breakfast is the best. Kelly at the Front desk is awesome! The customer service overall is great. I would highly recommend this hotel. I stayed in a 2 Queen suite and there was plenty of room for our family of four. Excellent Location, about 10 minute drive to the Tucson Mall, and 15-20 Minute drive to the University of Arizona.... Read more

I Highly Recommend this hotel. Great Family Friendly Hotel in a quiet and Safe Upper-scale Part of Tucson. The breakfast is outstanding, the rooms are clean and spacious. Our family of four had plenty of room. About a 10 minute Drive to the Tucson Mall and about 15-20 minutes to the University of Arizona. This truly is a great Hotel that stands out in every way. You will not go wrong staying here. Kelly at the Front Desk is Great, and the Customer Service is outstanding.

The staff was very helpful when I needed to send a fax. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour were great. We drove 10 minutes to hiking trails that were beautiful. The suite was clean and cool which was desirable after retreating from the hot Arizona sun.

A wonderful facility with a great view of the mountains. We live an hour away and needed to be in town for the evening. The place was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed sitting outdoors near the pool for a late night snack before retiring. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back!

The staff at this hotel is amazing. They are very gracious and accommodating. I love the fact that the breakfast is included and that there is an evening reception to help you wind down. The rooms are suites, so they do not feel cramped at all. The bed was very comfortable...the towels are a generous size...the water pressure was great. It is very clean and nicely appointed.

Went to Arizona to visit family and colleges. Staff was polite with exceptional staff at breakfast. Breakfast was great. The hotel is tucked off the main road so it is extremely quiet. There are restaurants within walking distance. Wish I spent the extra for the mountain view. The Tucson view is really nothing but the parking lot and some homes in the distance. The mountains are beautiful. The hotel, pool and rooms are clean. The only negative would be the rooms and lobby are a little dated but ... Read more

I really loved the electric handicap chair for the pool and spa. It helped me enjoy my stay a little more since i was able to enjoy the pool as well with my family during the hot weather. I was able to cool off and even tho i wasnt able to swim at least i was able to be in the pool with my kids and husband. Having a broken leg left me feeling like i wasnt going to be able to enjoy the pool but seeing the chair n being able to use it n get in made the stay even more enjoyable.

This embassy suite location is by far one of the nicer ones. With the backdrop of the Catalina Mountains and the good shops and restaurants around ~ this is a go to location. The pool and spa area truly first class. Breakfast very enjoyable either inside or out. Staff abundant and gracious. We are returning for sure.

We stayed during the 4th July long weekend, if you like to use the pool better find a hotel that looks after the pool properly, the pool at this hotel could be a heath hazard. The pool opens at 6am, the first day I entered the pool it was filthy with the previous nights activities, I informed the reception about this, on the second day it was worst as there was a birthday party the night before, a huge black plastic bag full of trash was lying around, birds had rummaged through it hence there... Dirty linens, rusty bathtub, loud noises in the hallway. Unable to sleep do to something biting me. I also think that this hotel is too expensive for what it offers. It was a rip off for the quality it offers. I don't think the customer service is that great and the hostess at breakfast keep rushing us and taking out plates while we were still eating.

my wife and I with our granddaughter stayed at the Embassy Suite in Tucson this week. I was sold on the Embassy Suites due to our previous encounters with there other locations. This one is totally different. This place needs a face lift really bad. the bedroom fan makes a clicking noise and wobbles' so bad at high and med speed you cant stand it at night. there isn't enough garbage cans around the place to put your small garbage in that people just leave there garbage where ever they feel. Recently has the opportunity to stay at this hotel for one night and it was wonderful. What matters most to me is customer service and these people "get it". Nice job! I was there for 4th of July weekend and on Monday during complimentary drinks from 5:30-7:30 there was a gentleman bartender, I can't recall his name but props to him and his Micheladas. They were awesome! I had been craving one and they take time to make but he was on his toes, quick and extremely delicious. Had a great time, also awesome job to the morning breakfast crew they also were on their toes. Housekeeping was also very helpful. The hotel was over crowded on Sunday but everyone was gone... We stayed here for the last day of our vacation. We stayed at hotels that were twice as much and others that were cheaper in price in other states. My family enjoyed or stay so much that they are trying to get me to book next year's vacation around this hotel.... instead of finding a hotel around a vacation spot.... I agree... enjoyed it immensely. I particularly like the night desk manager. She was delightful and just what we needed after driving 14 hours....squirrel. .... she will know what... Read more

There is free drinks (alcohol and other) each night and free breakfast (omlettes, pancakes, bacon, coffee etc) each morning. Hotel is very clean and well cooled.

Top Embassy Suites. Hotel and Staff is Superb!!! Grazyna at breakfast is a delight. Pool and Jacuzzi is nice. Beautiful View. Great High end Shopping Mall very close to the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby. University of Arizona is about 15 Minutes away. The beauty in the foothill area is definitely worth the short drive. We were attending a dive meet at the University and if I was vacationing would have picked a cooler, less humid time of year, but we can't control the weather!

We attended a U of Arizona event and stayed at this location for 2 nights. Overall, the room was very comfortable. The bathroom and towels were clean and fresh though one of the two doors to the bathroom wouldn't lock. Also, the door to that bathroom and the main bedroom door would both keep open only 45 degrees making it hard to move in and out quickly. My family and I spent this past weekend at the Embassy Suites - Tucson Paloma Village. Having breakfast in their beautiful dining room overlooking the pool and the backdrop of the Catalina Mountains was a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and the location is in a quiet area, no street noise was heard by us : ) We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we highly recommend it. The location is nice too, there is a Fleming's steakhouse next door. Enjoy : )
