We started off with one night hotel stay but ended up staying 4 nights. We loved the mountain view, the red sunset against the clouds and mountain, sitting by the fire during happy hour, the friendly staff and close proximity to the mountains. Free happy hour and made to order breakfast only completed the wonderful location and service.

I've stayed here 4-5 times over the past 4-5 years, and I always enjoy my stay. The breakfast is very good, lots of selections. Grazyna has worked in the dining area every time I have visited; she takes great care of the guests, and is a lovely person. The evening reception is a great opportunity to relax, before or after dinner, and Derrick the bartender is happy, helpful and upbeat. My only issue was the loud noise of the air conditioner in the room; I ended up turning the AC off while sleepin... Read more

I was extremely pleased with my recent stay at the Embassy Suites Tucson (in the Catalina Foothills neighborhood). Super friendly customer service. I downloaded the Hilton Honors app as I am a longtime loyal customer. I was able to check in online and select my hotel room in advance of my arrival. Two room suite was extremely nice and exceeded my expectations (room 245). Loved how there was a separate sitting area. Our family of four had plenty of room. About a 10 minute Drive to the Tucson Mall and about 15-20 minutes to the University of Arizona. This truly is a great Hotel that stands out in every way. Went to Arizona to visit family and colleges. Staff was polite with exceptional staff at breakfast. Breakfast was great. The hotel is tucked off the main road so it is extremely quiet. There are restaurants within walking distance. Wish I spent the extra for the mountain view. The Tucson view is really nothing but the parking lot and some homes in the distance. I really loved the electric handicap chair for the pool and spa. It helped me enjoy my stay a little more since i was able to enjoy the pool as well with my family during the hot weather. I was able to cool off and even tho i wasnt able to swim at least i was able to be in the pool with my kids and husband. Having a broken leg left me feeling like i wasnt going to be able to enjoy the pool but seeing the chair n being able to use it n get in made the stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed during the 4th July long weekend, if you like to use the pool better find a hotel that looks after the pool properly, the pool at this hotel could be a heath hazard. The pool opens at 6am, the first day I entered the pool it was filthy with the previous nights activities, I informed the reception about this, on the second day it was worst as there was a birthday party the night before, a huge black plastic bag full of trash was lying around, birds had rummaged through it hence there... I booked a room for a 2 night stay online in a hotel which I thought would be a peaceful and quiet vacation-style location. However when we arrived it turned out they were renovating the hotel. They did not mention this when I made the reservation. They also didn't mention this upon check-in. We got a room in part of the building where they were replacing carpet in the hallways, and were still adding wallpaper to the walls. Our room didn't even have a sign with our room number on it, it was just... Read more

WOW! What a great place to stay in Tuscon. A bit off the beaten path but well worth it. Beautiful property nestled at the base of the mountains. Gorgeous views. Staff extremely helpful and genuine. Will choose this place again.

I was in Tucson for a wedding, and this was one of the options for the wedding party discount . . . I am very glad I chose Embassy Suites! Super friendly staff who displayed authentic guest service at every opportunity, with clean and well-maintained suites at a very affordable price. It's only a short ride away from downtown, and it's very close to great hiking and outdoor activities (we got to visit the beautiful Sabio Canyon, which was less than a 15 minute Uber/cab away). Overall an outst... Read more

Just visited 2 days ago and found the property to be excellent. Nice location, helpful front desk and staff. There complimentary snacks in evenings is one of the best things and has lots of varieties. The rooms are 2 room suites, spacious and very clean. Beds are really comfortable to provide sound sleep. You can also order breakfast of your choice t your room or have it in the lobby in morning as complimentary. They also provide a shuttle service within 5 mile radius. Overall a very good stay a... From this location it's an easy drive down to the UofA campus and up to Mt. Lemmon. Beautiful spot with great rooms and a wonderful breakfast and happy hour included. The front desk service was friendly and helpful. So was the restaurant and bar staff. We stayed here when it first opened 10 years ago and it's still a real gem of a hotel.

My son, who is a freshman at U of A, spent the weekend with us at The Embassy Suites. The room was very comfortable for all of us. The beds and the sleeper sofa were extra comfortable. My son LOVED the free breakfast. He ate two omelettes, pancakes, bacon, hash browns, yogurt, fruit, and coffee every morning. He was one happy boy. He slept well and ate well. It was a really nice family weekend.

The rooms here seemed to be a little bit smaller than some other Embassy Suite Hotels I have stayed at but it was not a problem. This hotel is ideally situated on the north end of Tucson, about 30-40 minutes from the airport. It is close to Sabino Canyon, Ventana Canyon and Tohono Chul and numerous other attractions. It has at least 12 good restaurants right there. What I found amazing is something I have never seen at any hotel, they have electric car charging stations (2 parking spots for ... Read more

We stayed at the Embassy Suites the first two nights of our vacation. Even though they were doing renovation we found this property to be our favorite place we stayed on our trip. Very attentive and also a wonderful breakfast to go along with the managers reception impressed us. The grounds were beautiful. We highly would endorse this hotel. Next time we are in Tucson this is where we will stay.

While driving home from a business trip I began feeling very sick. I was 5 hrs away from home but just couldn't make it. Called several hotels in Phx/Tucson area and had the missus looking online and reading reviews. The one with the best reviews was Embassy Suites by Hilton on Skyline Dr in Tucson. I gave them a call and expected a high rate cause of the short notice and the events going on in the areas. Much to my surprise it was very well priced and upon arrival was treated better than expect... Read more

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the separate living areas helped. The balcony was a plus with a nice view. It was very clean with all amenities (fridge, microwave, separate sink). The work space was nice, the desk area was spacious. THE ONLY BAD THING was the restaurant ("Schlomos" I think..?). It acts as the hotel "dine-in" or room service eatery. It took over an hour to get my food and it was cold and soggy. I had a sandwich and small salad. The dressing w... Read more

Our room had several problems including a broken lamp and a club chair that was very worn. We complained and had the lamp replaced. We were told that the hotel plans to update their furniture. On a positive note, the bed was fine and the bathroom in good order. In addition, the breakfast was perfect - the omelets are very good. Hallways need some updating as several places have wallpaper torn.

While Embassy Suites is a common location, this one on Skyline in Tucson is above average. The room, linens, location, on site amenities like the pool and evening cocktails were all quite enjoyable. In addition to that they also do onsite made-to-order breakfast in the morning. Very nice and a good value.

When you factor in the complimentary Happy Hour/Manager's Reception and full breakfast (including made-to-order omelets) this hotel is an exceptional value. We were in Tucson visiting family the week of Thanksgiving, but wanted to get away for a couple nights to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. Beautiful property, newly renovated within past year. Loved location at the foothills of Catalina mountains on north side of Tucson. We loved this hotel last year so decided to stay again as we visit family every year. We reserved two rooms which were more expensive than last year but to be expected. However our room was not vacuumed when we checked in and our toiletries were not supplied every day. We always had to ask for an additional wash cloth since we got one and there were two people in our room. Breakfast was great as always. Only used the evening reception two nights and we stayed four.
