An odd location for a hotel, but it is quite beautiful. The courtyards and fountains make for some pretty photos. The complimentary breakfast is nice: DIY waffles, eggs, bacon, yogurt, toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, and an awesome coffee machine that I frequented throughout the day. There's a "happy hour" from 6-8 every night by the pool with free snacks and cheap drinks. The pool and hot tubs themselves are quite nice. There's also a little work out room with weights and a bench, a treadmill, re... Read more

Property is nice, courtyards surrounded by rooms are an unusual idea that works well. Tucson is rather spread out and driving distances need to be considered. This property is some distance from downtown, but located on a major street. I have a few concerns, none of which should dissuade you from staying here.. Complimentary breakfast is in the lobby, but there is not someone there full time to observe, clean up, and restock. Why is this a concern? The one day we ate there, another guest droppe... Read more

This hotel is clean, the bed was crazy comfy and the breakfast had a lot of options. Tim , Will and April at the front desk are as good as it gets. The pool area and courtyards are clean and beautiful. Stay here and leave very happy.

I found this hotel to be quite average, and showing some wear and deferred maintenance, particularly with respect to the carpeting, and my bathroom. The location was entirely blah, unless you are shopping for a new car. One bright spot, though, was the welcoming, clean, and crisply made up beds. Overall, it was serviceable, OK, but rather expensive for what they delivered.

I usually stay at the Lowes but this was a family reunion so we stayed here. The lady that checked us in had a very bad attitude and was rude . Other than that I liked this hotel .The room was clean as was the whole property. The breakfast was very good with eggs and sausage as well as,plenty of other choices. . I would, stay here again

Lovely older motel. But the $25 a night dog fee was a bit much, fortunately I was able to negotiate a better deal as I was booked for 8 nights. Friendly and helpful staff, and a nice touch with the interior courtyards. Lots of bicyclists staying here last spring. Nice touch was the hot breakfast items.

very comfortable place. Clean and well organized. Excellent, friendly staff. Good location for the business I had to conduct and well situated for accessing all of Tucson. Fantastic rates for what I received.

We've stayed at many Choice Hotels over the years, this one rates as the most impressive of them all. When we entered our room, we both smiled and were pleasantly surprised by; the size of the suite, quality of appointments, the modern upgraded light switches, the up-to-date lamps, personal reading lamps for each bed, and clean working appliances. The service provided by front desk is both professional and sincere, Will, the desk clerk, was most accommodating, professional, and helpful.. Thank... Read more

We were in Tucson for a family reunion and very much enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and we enjoyed the snacks at happy hour. Without exception every hotel employee was friendly and accommodating. Each person we met smiled and greeted us and asked if there was anything we needed. We will definitely return next time we are in Tucson.

We stayed here because we were visiting the Air and Space Museum, and this hotel was close by, inexpensive and good location. Check in was quick and easy, the room was a bit of a hike but as we were only staying one night not too much of an imposition. Car parking is out the back in the shopping centre car park but close to the hotel, maybe 50 metres from reception. Room small but comfortable, but, the air conditioning was so noisy we ended up turning it off, so noisy you couldn't sleep. Perhap... Read more

My husband and I recently spent three nights at the Sabino Canyon Comfort Suites in Tucson.. This quaint hotel was very clean, quiet and had a great continental breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was in a great location for where we wanted to go.

Great location close to the canyon and a great Mexican restaurant across the street. Will definitely stay there again. Air conditioner worked great in summer Tucson heat. Also plenty of parking for a larger vehicle.

The location of the hotel in the parking lot of a shopping strip mall was very un-appealing and NOT what we expected from the pictures of your location that are on line. The overall area of Tucson was depressed and dirty. We saw prostitutes and a drug deal on the corner of the shopping plaza. Perhaps it's because I was a police officer for 25 years that I tend to be astute to conditions that the average person is unaware of, but ambivalence doesn't change facts. The staff was excellent and did t... Read more

I love the location of Comfort Suites at Sabino Canyon, and I have always appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. This trip, I took full advantage of the small business desk they offer to guests. I had to print out several downloads and I was amazed at how easily it all went. They offered paperclips and a stapler, and I was able to organize all of my papers right there.

The hotel is located in a strip mall parking lot - which gave me a pause at first - but just wait til you see the courtyards. This hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff was friendly and helpful and the kids LOVED the pool. They even have happy hour on the patio. The room was clean and spacious - just perfect for a night of relaxation after a day on the road. I will gladly stay here again the next time I come through Tucson. On a side note - they have two washers and two dryers - which w... Read more

My daughter-in-law found the hotel and blocked rooms for those of us traveling to Tucson for the wedding. The staff was very accommodating. The courtyard was beautiful and cool even in the summer heat. A very enjoyable experience and one I would readily recommend to others.

Check in was at 3:00 and we never got into our room until 4:00. Girl at front desk, told us three times room was not ready yet. She never offered another room. We had dinner reservations at 5:30 and after a 7 hour drive from Las Vegas, we should have been able to get a room that was ready. Other than that issue, we liked the location, the room, and the breakfast that was included.

We have stayed here before and continue to really like this hotel. It offers a clean, comfortable room with a pillow soft bed and 6 wonderful pillows at a very affordable price. It is conveniently located near shopping and hospitals. They do offer breakfast-eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, waffles, fruit and much more. The only criticism is that they do not appear to be prepared for the number of hotel guests who want to have breakfast and it takes quite some time before they refill the items.... Read more

I was hesitant at first to book at this location because the pictures of the rooms look outdated but all the reviews said the hotel was awesome. I don't regret staying here at all and i actually didnt want to leave! The rooms were very comfortable and are newly remodeled althought I did find a few spots the painters miss that showed the previous green color. I loved the setup and decor of the hotel as well, like a hacienda so it almost felt like I was in a B&B. The breakfast was excellent as wel... Read more

This charming hotel had rooms built around a courtyard. Delicious breakfast also drinks and snacks in the evening. The staff was great and the rooms were large with sitting area and kitchenette. (Laundry facilities, too). If you stay for a month an extra bonus. . .no tax. Close to everything.

Room was spacious and clean, but hotel is older. However, that's part of the charm. It's very rustic, beautiful courtyards and nice happy hour. Breakfast is nothing to rave about, but it's included. Staff was the reason for a 4 star, because they were SUPER GREAT! Air conditioner worked really well in Tucson heat!!!!

For the price you cannot beat this motel. The rooms are large and clean, but dated. The beds are okay, but not the most comfortable. Free breakfast is worth the price, the happy hour drinks are good and priced right, but the snacks are few. Overall a good choice.

We recently stayed at this property mainly due to its location. Even though the place is not new, it is well maintained. The room was nice and well equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good with a good variety of choices. There are good restaurants within walking distance. It is very convenient to Sabino Canyon and fairly close to Saquaro National Park East.

We have been traveling for several weeks and staying at a variety of hotels. When we arrived here I loved how it is set-up around multiple courtyards. Ours has an outdoor fountain and sitting area. There is also a nice sitting area by the pool. On Sunday when we arrived they had a happy hour which was nice. There is plenty of room for seating for breakfast. They have a nice variety to eat for their breakfast. This hotel is is located in an area that is close to several attractions. The rooms a... Read more
