Hotel was beautiful and the view was spectacular. The casino was good. Good food also. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the room was spotless. We were upgraded to a suite which made it even better. I would stay there again.

Everything during this visit was wonderful. From the Valets and Bell personnel, the front desk, to the housekeeping staff, were all helpful, friendly, and pleasant. The room was beautiful, clean, and organized. The food great and the meeting facilities well organized and equipped. Everything for us was great. We had a good time and expect to return in the future.

Immediately upon driving up to the resort/casino/hotel, the grounds look beautiful. They offer valet parking at the hotel or self-parking. Plenty of room in the Parking Garage and easy access to hotel. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Love the Egyptian cotton sheets and very comfortable bed. Lots of pillows too! Maid service was excellent. Toiletries provided were very good - body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. Bathroom was well-equipped. The best part ? --- the Pool.... Read more

Very nice resort, clean, spacious rooms, very friendly staff. The only down fall to the stay was having no T.V. . The front desk was very apologetic and discounted our room.I will definitely stay here again.

Most recent of several visits - always impressed by the quality of this resort. Many thoughtful touches make a very comfortable stay. It's almost surprising, even though we've been here a number of times.

The room is elegant and confortable, the service always willing to help. The PY Steakhouse is delicious and the ambiance is great. The decoration of all the Casino is something that you must watch when you are in Tucson. The concerts on the AVA Anfitheather are always good since the place is amazing, with high quality standards. its always a good decision to stay here and of course to entertain.

This is a nice hotel attached to a casino and an entertainment venue. We did not take advantage of either but just stayed at the hotel and ate in one of the casino restaurants. The hotel has a beautiful pool area and a top rated golf course. The room was very high end, comfortable, and quiet except for the inconsiderate people you get anywhere who think it's OK to yell down the hallway at 2 a.m. We had one of the best ever breakfast buffets at Festa which may not be every day.

The room I stayed in was nice with a view of the pool. The staff was nice. However, on more than one occasion, the front desk was left unattended. As the name implies this is a casino hotel. That being said there is no divider between the casino and the hotel lobby, as such the first floor of this hotel reeks of smoke. This is not good for an asthmatic. I have stayed in other casino hotels and didn't smell smoke. I will say I was not able to smell smoke in my 2nd floor room, nor did my bags smel... Read more

We visited here several years ago and the hotel and casino continue to be first-rate. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Smoking in the casino is a turn-off, but it's pretty much a universal thing in tribe-owned venues.

This hotel is a perfection! From the amenities, rooms and staffs, everything is just so well organized. The weather suites perfectly to their outdoor pool. Its very elegant with a touch of historic. We would love to come back here again soon

I did like the casino and the slot machines especially and ofcourse i feel they should have more waitresses around when playing and the security for the concert should be more courteous as they were very rude when speaking to us.

If it wasn't for a man named Arthur I would have had to switch hotels! This place does not know how to accomodate guests other than those who are there primarily for the casino. I was dissatisfied with the "cooler" (not a refridgerator) in the room, the fitness center was always dirty, hot and out of water, and the customer service was quite poor. Consistent phone calls and visits to the front desk went unattended.

On your next trip to Tucson, looking for luxury but not JUST a resort? Stay here. The Casino del Sol offers first class resort with all the amenities, plus 24 hour gaming and restaurants. The pool is lovely. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The casino was very busy but we didn't notice a smoke smell you get in so many other casinos. This is on the South side of Tucson, but very close the freeway and lots of things to do in & around the area.

Just south of Tucson, you'll find this smaller sized property (maybe 250 rooms), but one with facilities and service to rival the better known hotel/casinos of Las Vegas. The rooms are modern in all respects, tastefully decorated, and feature comfortable bedding. The casino features the latest slots, an okay poker room, and all the banked card games, including 3-deck blackjack, which I had never seen. There is a separate bingo area, although if live craps and roulette are your idea of fun in ... Read more

When we came in I knew we had made a mistake. The resort was tired looking and not really clean. The staff however were very friendly and helpful and that made our 2 night stay bearable. Also my husband golfed with 3 friens that came with us and they LOVED the course.

Good place to go for couples to go for quick semi-staycation. Rooms are always clean. The pool is refreshing. Restaurants/ bars offer a variety of fares at all price levels. Some even have music and entertainment at night. There is no free breakfast, but, again, the restaurants are able to fit in everyones price range. The AVA is adjacent to the parking lot. Of course there's also a gym, and the golf course. Lastly, you have the casino..( locals should definitely get signed up for their card to b... Read more

I have had so many experiences with casino Del Sol. The spa is amazing. Pool is awesome. UME is fantastic. PY steakhouse is unbelievable. Rooms are top notch. Everything they do is pure class. I have been dealing with them both on a business and personal level for 5 years now and I just can't say enough about how great they are. Truly a 5 star resort. One stop and it's all you'll need.

The resort has it all. Great service, nice amenities. Pool, Golf, adequate health club facilities. We really enjoyed our two night stay. But the casino host offered me a great deal then would not honor it. Very upsetting. Rather than the comp room they offered me by mail, they were willing to give me a $348 room. That's too big a price difference.

My time in Arizona has been very limited but when my Grandson enrolled at Arizona State University I felt it was time to learn more. My Wife and I decided to drive from Texas to Phoenix/Tempe to see what's in Arizona. Our first two nights were in Tucson and we had the good fortune to book reservations at the Casino Del Sol Casino/Hotel Resort. We love to visit casinos especially in places where we have never been. The hotel is very nice and lots of amenities in the rooms. The casino is spac... Read more

We checked into the hotel and it was very professional. The staff, I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this hotel. You would have thought you were staying at a 5 Star Resort. The room service was exceptional, the staff bringing the food was outstanding. I would definitely stay again. The food is very good and the pricing very reasonable. Where can you get an omelet, hash browns, bread, and a beverage, delivered for $13? Not anywhere I have stayed before.
