My stay in the presidential suite was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable and affordable alternative to the franchised hotels nearby. Though it may not be a luxury property, it serves its purpose well. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The light rail has a station right outside the hotel, which conveniently takes you to downtown. There's an ice cream place there that is excellent!

The outside of this hotel was pretty dingy and the prices are way overpriced. I booked a King Patio View, and beware...this means "a view of the patio," not a room with a patio. The "patio" is some rocks that look like the ones on the sides of freeways. The breakfast too was just average. The room was clean but pretty old and the internet was very, very slow. The only plus I can see is that it is right next to the light rail. I will not be staying at this hotel--practically a motel--again.

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks during the Tucson Gem and Mineral show. The rooms are very clean and taken care of. The beds were pillow top and comfortable. During the show they close the pool and hot tb but they looked well taken care of. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

If folks will rate this place unfavorably, I 'd say it seems like you may not be happy with any place. This is right on a trolley line. How much time does one spend in a room? It was fine. No bugs, which can be found in the best of places. We were very close to the center of town and serendipitously attended a Folk Festival.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel which I chose because of its location. I had requested a quiet room and was therefore quite concerned that it was really noisy on Saturday night with a wedding party going on and guests making quite a lot of noise until after midnight. However the Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights were very peaceful indeed with no noise at all from the I10 (we had room 158). The hotel has great access straight on to the I10 and I19 south which makes it an excellent base for expl... Read more

Riverpark Inn is a hidden gem in downtown Tucson. Great full breakfast, with tradition favourites like cereal and waffles, but also eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes and tortillas. It boasts big rooms abs a wonderful staff, too. Would absolutely stay again.

Well the price was average for cheap. The access to the highway was good & not much more going South on I19. The pictures look so good... When were those taken? Because it is NOTHING like that now. The failure of the hospitality industry to police themselves is amazing. It feels like fraud. We had no choice. Of course, the room stunk. The bathroom still makes my skin crawl from a mold covered shower head. Arg. Please, pay more, stay at better places.

My mother and I were in town for my cousin's graduation from U of A. We booked this hotel only because my uncle chose it for its proximity to the university. My mother and I arrived at 1pm and a very nice young man checked is in and welcomed us. He was nice and made sure we knew all about the bar and restaurant, hours, pool, etc. we were given our keys and drove around to the right of the building to find our room. The locked gate to the property was behind the overflowing garbage bin. The gate ... Read more

I literally just wrote this novel on the 4th of July my family and I had on Yelp, so I'm keeping it simple and sweet. Just keep in mind that we've been going here for 3 years now every 4th,since I married my wife there July 5th,2014 this was going to be our families holiday+ great start to our anniversary every year till we stumbled on something or somewhere else... now next year we'll definitely be somewhere else... I will number the key facts that made me disgusted with the "Manager" Jan start... Read more

The staff was polite and professional. Court yard was pretty and well maintained. Lobby was beautiful. Room had dirty carpet and only one garbage can which was in the restroom (no garbage container in the room itself). The beds and bedspreads were clean and the room smelled clean. The floor in bathroom had a wad of someone's hair and a dead bug, but other than that looked clean enough. Breakfast had a nice assortment and was good.

Arrived at the hotel on May 31st planning on only staying a couple of days while my husband was being treated at Banner UMC. Due to unforeseen medical circumstances I ended up staying 3 weeks. I have never stayed in a hotel for that length of time before. They were absolutely wonderful. The entire staff went out of their way to help me whenever it was required. Having the free breakfast was icing on the cake. Special kudos to CJ and Joe. If I am ever in Tucson again, even for an overnight... Read more

It was ok, the only thing I didn't like was they put me upstairs in a corner room, the rooms were clean and so the bathroom, they had a buffet breakfast with coffee and juice, plenty of parking, the view I had was not very good consider where I was,

This hotel looks and feels straight out of the 1970's. It comes complete with a Mr. Coffee pot in the room along with an enormous telephone, smallish bathrooms with real tiles in the shower, rooms that overlook an outdoor pool, a series of hotel buildings that are two-story (and, I think, no elevator to take you to the second floor), etc. That all said, the hotel appears to be well-maintained and the service was exemplary. I stayed there for a birding festival which was headquartered at the h... Read more

The room was great, bed very comfortable. Had a microwave and a small refrigerator. Wonderful shower, enormous towels. Had a little trouble with my room keys, turned out it was the battery. All the staff were very helpful. However, the breakfast room was downright cold. Eggs I had were delicious, but I had to eat them quickly, before they got cold. Would have been better off taking my breakfast to my room.

We stayed here for almost five days. They were sold out but the only time we ever saw anyone was at breakfast. Nice pool area with separate hot tub area. Very convenient location as it's right off the highway and right next to the train.Breakfast is included. Basic with eggs, potatoes, sausage or ham, rolls, and lukewarm coffee. Cereal also is an option. Very affordable.

This inn is just off I-10, near downtown Tucson. Our room was large with two queen beds, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a hairdryer. The wifi worked well--the clerk at the desk said it had just been upgraded. The whole building is gated--one uses one's key to get in. It is built in an open square with the pool, etc. in the middle. At the time, they were putting up temporary buildings for the Tucson Rock Show in Jan.-Feb. It seemed a bit early. The clerk said they had a lot of exhibit... Read more
