Me and my mom chose this place because it was pet friendly and because it was right in Tombstone! The location was great! The rooms were a bit dated, but what won us over is the amazing breakfast that was complimentary! The staff is friendly and amazing!

We were travelling in the Scottsdale area and decided to go to Tombstone and Bisbee prior to heading home. We didn't expect luxurious accommodations in Tombstone and this retro lodge with the old West theme was close to town. We appreciated the breakfast that was included in the nightly rate. The desk clerk was friendly and she kindly offered assistance and recommendations with the area's things to do and see.

The Landmark Lookout Lodge is located just a few minutes from Tombstone's attractions. The room in the Lodge was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly. Their complimentary made to order from a menu breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

This was a great place to stay. The room was clean, nice and the view right outside the rooms was breathtaking. Breakfast there was tasty, and a great way to start the day. I wish I can remember our waitress's name. She was so friendly and attentive. Everyone that we talked to that worked there was so friendly and nice. I've stayed at the other big hotel there, and I am way more impressed with the Lookout. We rode our Harley's there. We were able to park close to our bikes, which is always nice.

Room was nothing special. Especially not for the price, seemed overpriced. The room AC was unpleasant and seemed to never make the room comfortable. Tube TVs are dated. We had to spend several hours in room because the Tombstone town shuts down at 5:00. If I knew in advance I would have driven a few hours and stayed elsewhere but we had a reservation that could not be cancelled. Breakfast was good but we had to contend with a busload of students which slowed it down considerably.

Overnight stay while I was traveling thru southern AZ and this motel came highly recommended. It did not disappoint! Clean, comfortable room. A little dated but thats what I loved about it! Beautiful appointments, amazing tile work in the bathroom/sink area, heat lamp in the shower area for cold night, an actual real shower with a massage head that was over my head not eye level (as seems to be the standard fare in newer hotels), great bed, way more pillows than I needed, great Wifi for when Tom... I decided to stay here based on other reviews and I'm happy I did. Yes, from first glanced you are wondering if you made the right choice. I think I did. Staff was friendly, check- in was fast, breakfast was quick and easy. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Great job to all of them and kitchen staff for a great breakfast. (Freshly made and not buffet style) Parking is a little tight, so if you have a big truck I would park in the dirt area. We rented a king size room, I thought was ... Read more

This hotel had everything we needed for an enjoyable visit to Tombstone. The staff was super friendly, the room was good and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the A/C worked great. It is an older facility but everything in our room worked great, including the wifi. The breakfast was not 5 star but it was not bad and the ladies working in the breakfast area were great. I would have no problem staying here again.

We stayed on the second floor, the higher level and the view was fantastic. There are lovely birds that come for the bird feeder and although they had several hummingbird feeders, we were not lucky enough to see any. The room was clean as was the entire property. I did notice a smell from the shower curtain so probably time to wash that. The sink in the roomy bathroom area was very low even though I am only 5' 2" so if you are tall, you will need to bend way down. The free breakfast was very ge... Read more

This was our 3rd visit after a break of some 10 years and the hotel still provides the best view in town, the friendliest staff and a welcoming environment in which to spend a couple of days. OK, there are a few things that need attention but it is what it is. The room was clean, the wifi worked and the breakfast started the day off well. Chose this hotel because they accept pets, otherwise would have stayed at the Grand. Landmark needs some TLC. Old and tired looking. This hotel should charge $65 per night, not $90. Toilet plugged up and the television was old. Pool was average. Breakfast was decent. Won't stay here again.

My husband and I visited the Landmark Lookout Lodge for our anniversary get away, Our stay was wonderful. The lodge is an older hotel, but exceptionally clean and the staff was great. The manager was full of great advice on what to do and where to eat. We enjoyed coffee and marshmallows at the fire pit each evening, swam each afternoon, and the breakfast available is unbeatable! We would recommend the Lookout Lodge to anyone visiting Tombstone AZ.

Our flight to Phoenix had been 14 hours instead of almost 10 owing to ' technical difficulties ' prior to take-off, plus the long drive to Tombstone, so with little sleep we appreciated the speedy check-in. After a restful ( albeit brief ) slumber we headed off for breakfast. The warm welcome by Mercedes would brighten any day. She was a treasure and service was excellent. Stayed one night to be able to attend night time activities in Tombstone. Town looks really nice at night, as one might expect. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff was professional and accomodating. Easy drive into town after enjoying a spectacular scene of the valley and distant mountains as the sun set. Sitting around the campfire later in the day made the evening memorable!

We actually stayed here in May 2015, but I can't imagine anything has changed. The place is great - rooms with character (think saloon-style doors to the bathroom area). Very conveniently located for the town. The views were pretty stunning, especially at sunset. The best part about this hotel was the breakfast - you're in a nice restaurant setting and they hand you an extensive menu, from which you choose more items than we could have possibly eaten! This hotel has wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. That was the BEST part of our stay. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel turned out to be a motel style hotel with outside walkways outside your room. However, the room was clean and spacious and the bathroom a bit ancient but clean and everything worked. Breakfast was served by a real character of a lady who was very chatty and also efficient. Food at breakfast was fine. We were on the second floor and the views were great - see the photos attached.
