When we got to the room we found it very dirty, cigarette burned furnitute. Solied bed linens, very dated furniture. Upon our arrival we saw a lot of college students openly drinking and smoking pot. Having loud parties and no security what so ever. We were worried about our safety and checked out three hours after we arrived. The Hotel would not give us a refund. We had prepaid for a week. We lost our entire Hotel Bill of $483.00. I wouldn't wish this place to my worst enemy!!!!!!

Hotel has a great inner courtyard for dogs. Staff friendly but rooms need updating. Towels were sparse and very thin. Bedding was old and scratchy. Pool area very nice as well as the lobby. They do offer a cooked breakfast for an additional fee.

This is an old motel that hasn't been updated. Everything is old and worn out, from the mattresses to the heating/air conditioning units. My specific room had one a/c unit not functional and the other turned on but could not be regulated. The mini-frig had an inch of ice on the cooling coils. The bath tub's non-stick bottom had worn smooth and was slippery. Renovation would be too expensive---demolish it. The staff tries but can't overcome the poor condition of the buildings.

Just stayed here for a week during spring training. Some reviews said dont stay there. Heres what I say. Its an ok hotel, 3 stories, no elevator only stairs. The rooms have been remodeled. Yes my bedspread had cig burn on it, they do need new bed spreads, but it wasnt the deal breaker. The maid service was a hit or miss. A couplle days was complete, then 1 day only towels, 2 days no service, 1 day didnt do room till 5pm. I complained at check out, only to get sorry. Manager you see the reviews, ... Read more

We stay at this motel ever time we visit this area. The location is central to the family we visit in Scottsdale and Mesa. This motel works great for us. It offers a nice pool, hot tub and exercise room. The tall palm trees along the front allow visitors to easily spot your destination. The location is great and offers ample parking.

I stayed ONE night and was charged for THREE nights and also did not get my $100 security deposit back even though there was absolutely nothing wrong with the room and was in there for only a little over 12 hours. They're probably using my card to charge other rooms, it's completely ridiculous and disgusting. It's not even that good of a hotel & definitely not worth going through all this. DO NOT BOOK ANY ROOM HERE. When I called in to get my refund, the front desk was so incredibly rude and whe... Read more

They charged my credit card twice. Didn't give me a reciept, and the bubbler for the Jacuzzi was broken the water was cold and the buffet breakfast costs more than the continental breakfast did and the shower had no pressure and the water never got hot just warm. That's why I said the only thing that has changed is the name. The service is still the same and accommodations are even worse

The place looks like it used to be an apartment complex. Our room had a living room and a bedroom with a television in each. The living room had a hide-a-bed couch and coffee table along with a desk. The TV was a little small for the size of the room, but they worked. Couldn't figure out how to get the input to change to HDMI-2 to plug in my computer, so I just plugged it in to HDMI-1 and that worked. There's a fitness center off the office with some older equipment - didn't try them out. The po... Read more

We stayed here often over the summer and the hotel is nice. The rooms are recently upgraded with nice furnishings and brand new flooring. We had a king room and essentially it is a one bedroom apartment, spacious. Courtyard setting with a really nice pool. Landscaping is nice. Its quiet here. We stayed at a few other properties while in Phoenix and now we just book here since nothing ever compared. The staff is helpful, polite and friendly. I'm glad we found this place.

My biggest concern is that if I give you a great review then you will raise your prices. You have a lot of of amenities that others do not offer in the Valley of the Sun. The rooms are very clean and nicely appointed. Getting groceries for an extended stay is a short walk away. Parking leaves little to be desired since this is located in the Sonoran Desert. Should be covered with solar panels on top of the covered parking. If you need to use a desktop computer that is a amenity available for g... Read more

We were having a house finished being built and we booked every day from hotel.com so we didn't waste money. Our first day didn't have our type room so gave us a double. for the next 4 days our reservation came through as a king and nothing was ever done to move us then out of no where we were told we were in the w... You get what you pay for. 50$, shady surrounding parking lot where I didn't feel very safe. First room I was assigned spelled like smoke, had stains on the sheets and had crumbs and food behind my bed. Asked to move rooms and at first they said it wasn't allowed but eventually complied. Just sketched out from the moment I was there...pay the extra 20$ and stay down the street.

The Ramada is an affordable hotel that's really like a one bed apartment. It's also got a big pool and free Wi-Fi. The staff is great. They always there to help out anyway possible and always friendly. The location is great as well because there is stores and good places to eat and all in walking distance.
