This hotel is very near the Phoenix airport. We stayed here due to the free shuttle for an overnight layover. The shuttle is very quick. Go ahead and upgrade to the club level. It will give you a nice evening snack (could actually be dinner) and good hearty, hot breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Everyone was nice. I'd stay here again with no problem.

The room was pretty big, but there was a lot of furniture crammed into it, which made it feel small. The pool was very nice, and the poolside waiter was extremely nice. The front desk seemed undermanned, especially for a Monday afternoon. The front desk clerk seemed very preoccupied, and we were one of several rooms that had to come back for room keys that worked. The cafe is okay, but the menu is limited.

If you want an old crappy Sheraton with a surely staff who have given up on their jobs and the hotel itself, stay here. Crummy wireless with a terrible login process (why wouldn't they simply tell you the damn user name and password when you check in so you don't have to call down and ask? or have a normal system based on room number and last name?) This place is so tired it is exhausted. They don't even iron the sheets anymore. If you want to know why the Sheraton brand sucks, come stay... Read more

Good stuff first. The bar pours a nice drink, and the front desk agents were very nice. The rest: Room is dirty. Carpet is stained. Drapes on the Windows not connected, leaving a see-thru gap to the outside parking lot. Not safe. Went to the bar after dinner(did not eat at the hotel) and asked for a list of wines by the glass. The 2nd bartender ( the 1st look at me as if I was speaking Vulcan) told me that the had the holders for the list, but not the list itself. What? Showed me the... Read more

The room was great, and the Pool. The restaurant makes a great burger! The staff was great, a little confusion with the Airport shuttle staff meant an hour wait after I dropped my car, but they did show up promptly when I called.

As a gold member this hotel is not the usual standard for a Sheraton. The front desk staff and drivers are not friendly. The attitude changes when you make a complaint though. The young men in the restaurant are friendly and I was not impressed with the food. The carpet on the 4th floor looked grubby as you walked to your room. My bed also looked as if the sheets may not have been clean. The pillow was out of the case and it looked yellow. I did not want to lay on them. My noise got stuffy becau... Read more

I have stayed at this Sheraton in the past and been satisfied. This visit was less successful. My biggest complaint is with the bed. It was very soft. So soft that when my husband rolled over toward me, I actually rolled also. Way too soft for comfort. Also, the air conditioning was quite noisy. Because I go to a hotel mainly to sleep, these two factors affected my rating. Also, the Executive Lounge was closed. We were told it was because the air conditioning was broken, but when I went ... Stayed here for two days recently the staff was extremely accommodating. Rooms were nice they were clean. Had breakfast at the local restaurant, the buffet was not so exciting, we ordered from the menu the staff again was very accommodating. I was disappointed there was not an upgrade option from the limited continental breakfast we are entitled to. We had to forgo it and pay for the full breakfast which was not inexpensive. The internet was frustrating but not the worst that I ever experie... Read more

One steps in from the oppressive heat into a tastefully updated lobby, and, according to signs in the elevators, upgrading of rooms is taking place, which will, one hopes, catapult this "grande dame" into the 21st century. Despite the rather dated accommodation, the hotel does have its pluses which include an amiable staff, complimentary airport shuttle, decent location and fairly reasonable rates. In addition, the pool is a good size and the gym has a variety of machines and free weights (alth... Read more

There is a pool inside the atrium of the hotel. The room was roomy and clean. The staff at check-in and check out was very helpful and friendly. I had the breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant. The food was good, but a bit pricey for breakfast.

As you walk down the hallways the music is so relaxing-like that played during a massage. I was upgraded to a Double Suite or Governors suite-not sure which, but it was lovely with a huge den, fireplaces, dining room with bar and two balconies-one with dining furniture. Clean, week decorated. Comfortable bed and pillows. Two vanities, large soaking tub and seperate tiled shower. The only thing I could suggest is more plugs! Bedroom had a plug in the base of the lamp but it wouldnt fit ipad... Read more

I stayed here during some REALLY unbearable hard time, this was evident to the staff as it was to anyone even walking by .... I always felt like they went above and beyond. This is also one of the few Sheraton's I have stayed, there had been TONS, that has a balcony. People like me really appreciate and enjoy that .... I was spoiled to get this so early on in the most difficult time in my life thus far .... Nothing will top it, everyday is still a struggle ... The food AMAZING .... Steak, ... Read more

This hotel was chosen based on rates, reviews, distance from Sky Harbor Airport. The front desk staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone was. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival. The room was pretty spacious, clean and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area was great, beautiful fire place that is lit at night. The food was not very good and overpriced, typical hotel food/menu. If you are able, I would suggest choosing another... Read more

The Hotel room had a fly in the room, now that not really impressive for Sheraton. The hotel is close to the airport but is not impressive compared to other hotels in Phoenix area . If you can stay a bit awY from the airport Phoenix has great options at very good prices and some great resorts in Scottsdale at reasonable prices

The concierge was very professional upon check in, I was actually presently surprised. Parking is free and they offer transportation to and from the airport. They have a café which was nice. Our room was big and had a king sized bed. Bathroom was average. My only issue was the AC was so loud, it sounded like a car engine that was about to breakdown. Needless to say, we didn't get any sleep prior to our needing to leave for the airport at 4am. I am so disappointed in Sheraton since they have suc... Read more

This an old hotel that need help and attention. Rooms are tired, how do you expect the guest to rest here. Hotel still use the window room a c that rumbles when the fan and compressor turns on. Club Floor lounge was closed for breakfast on the day of my visit. But, Staff was friendly and helpful

Although billed as an airport hotel, it is still a bit of a drive, but not a difficult one. Rooms were typical of a Sheraton, clean and reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to recommend for overnight stays when using the airport, but would not recommend for long term stays as it is not a resort property.

Recently stayed at this airport property that isn't really near the airport, or anything for that matter. Arrived late around 11pm to no options for food service, after asking I was offered a pizza takeout menu (that's another story) when we got into our room and settled, we noticed a loud and constant ticking sound from the in room fridge, it was to late to really do anything so we tried turning it off to no avail so we crawled behind the credenza and un-plugged it finally it was quiet, My wife... My Dad parked his car here when visiting me. They have 24 hour security, and surveillance cameras....sounds secure. NOPE! When he returned, his vehicle was gone. First they said that they had to move vehicles, so they checked around the property. No really, that's what they said. My father's car was stolen out of the parking lot. To make it worse, it was visible from the hotel lobby. They told the police there was no video of the incident and said the waver they had my dad sign freed them of any... Read more

I have worked in the hospitality business, I love Marriott and the fact they merged with Sheraton. This hotel was probably busy because it showed. No one at the desk has a warm welcome every time I walked by, when I asked for contact solution I had to get there attention and I still was not given eye contact.

Stayed here overnight and the place is a great place. There is a shuttle, a delicious and warm food to eat and a full service bar. We enjoyed it and were able to Uber everywhere that we wanted to go and didn't have a problem with that. The location is fair and the staff was friendly. A good stop over.

I stayed at the property for 5 nights both for business and school residency. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had my packages for my meetings. Jonathan, at the front desk really went out of his way when I needed color copies that weren't delivered in time for my meetings. The executive lounge staff was also very kind. The hotel restaurant has unique Indian choices on the menu which was a nice surprise. The gym was clean and rooms comfortable. I will stay at this property aga... Read more

I am a SPG member so I've been to my fair share of Sheraton's, this one is mediocre. I don't know why it has Airport in its name since its not close to it....or anything for that matter so don't expect to walk around to find food or shopping options. The room was nice, very similar to any other Sheraton, they have a shuttle service which is complimentary. They also have a decent sized pool and jacuzzi which is open pretty early. This Sheraton doesn't have that warm inviting feeling that other pr... Read more
