Do not expect a 5 star property here. The studios are pretty clean and have a full kitchen and dishes, which is very convenient. The cleanliness leaves a little bit to the imagination. I walked around in white socks and they weren't white on the bottom anymore afterwards. The bedsheets were clean(that's always nice). The bed was very hard and the pillows were worthless. I got lucky with the noise level the first few nights, but then the neighbors from hell moved in next door. The door slamming d... Read more

Got more than expected for price. We liked that the room was a decent size. Has a kitchenette, which if traveling with kids would be great. Excersise room, pool good location. Near many things to stay busy. Clean laundry room, have a good set up going on if you need a place to stay for an extended amount of time, which we were informed that the price drops some. Will definately use again!

Dump. Dirty Worn out furniture. Should be a rent by the hour. Sort of a roadside inn for $29.00 night somewhere in 1955. Intercontinental Hotels should be embarrassed. Far below expectations. Present staff.

The suites are very nice and spacious. Bery good for family since you got almost a full kitchen and a living room(all suite style). Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious as well. Their major problem is breakfast...there isn't any! They have some snacks for purchase and complimentary coffee. Major problem for a suite style hotel. Price is decent compared to the service.

Traveled to Arizona with my boyfriend who is a wheelchair user, quadriplegic (C6-C7) end of Sept 2015. Our room was a suite with living room and kitchenette. Pros: Very clean suite and hotel grounds, nice and amazingly helpful staff members, swimming pool with lift ( we didn??t get to use it), snack shop with laundry machines you can access any time with room key. Cons: not a big one, but since our room was on the first floor, we didn??t get much privacy if we wanted to leave the curtains... Read more

I travel for business alot and my stays can be 4 or 5 days. Well eating out all the time stinks and is expensive. I get a 1 bedroom very clean hotel with a pool a gym laundry and a full kitchen to prepare meals and stay in for half what I would pay at a regular hotel. This can't be beat

We stayed at this hotel for business for 9 months for our company to open a another branch. It was not a place that I would stay normally. I was gonna stay again, but when I called for a reseveration They want $300.00 for a deposit that you dont get back until you check out. The manager Ester would not wave the fee for us AFTER WE JUST GAVE THEM 9 months of perfect LOYALTY. DONT GO THERE!! THEY will Rip You Off.

I only stayed one night but I wish I could have stayed longer. My room was excellent and very modernly styled...came with a full refrigerator, stove top and kitchen sink. My bed was very comfortable and the price was more than affordable. I would definitely stay there again!

The place was clean, quiet, and the staff pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed my stay! Disappointed that I could not get housecleaning cause my stay (5 nights) was not long enough but overall I had a very pleasant experience.

This hotel is in Tempe and within walking distance (a couple of blocks, so walking distance for Scots people anyway) of a CVS, a Denny's and the Arizona Mills Shopping Mall. The hotel consists of rooms with cooking facilities, allowing users to avoid reliance on restaurants. There is also a small shop with some basics and essentials - reasonably priced and operating on an honour system. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and the hob and microwave oven adequate for holiday cooking. T... Read more

The first thing I noticed walking into the lobby was that it smelled clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and pleasant. The hotel is well maintained. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable (the new beds may have something to do with that). As expected, everything you need is in the room in terms of kitchen utensils and accessories. The fitness center is very good - 2 treadmills, a bike, an elliptical, a bench and dumbbells, and a Smith-type machine for arms, legs, etc... Read more

I was glad I choose to stay at Candlewood Suites Tempe last weekend. The reception was extremely welcoming. The room is fantastic, well equipped, comfy bed and nicely kept. The service level is way above my expectation. This is my second stay at the same location and I am glad the hotel still maintain its superior quality. Well done!

I stayed here Halloween weekend for a couple of nights and they hotel held $50 for incidentals. I stayed here again for 3 night this past weekend (two weeks later). I was told that if you are a "Tempe or greater Phoenix" resident, they hold $300 for incidentals. I challenged that since I had only paid $50 just two weeks before. I asked the desk clerk when that rule was implemented and he said "just recently." I asked for GM who told me that the rule has been in place for "4 months" and is n... Read more

My stay at any IHG property has always been excellent. This was one exception, and I will always research the areas I stay from now on. The picture of the hotel on its website makes the property look fresh, clean and safe. When I arrived at midnight I actually drove the area twice as I was sure I was at the wrong hotel. The parking lot had 2 old trucks appeared to be broke down, they hadn't moved in a long while, and the parking lot was, well it was just dirty and unkept. There were 2 men near t... Read more

Stayed here for three nights on a work trip. The small kitchenette is perfect for a single person on a work trip. The staff was very polite. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything thing worked well. Thanks for a great stay.

We only stayed a night, but this would definitely be a good long-term motel. Large kitchen area, large room and bathroom felt very spacious. The motel is on a major street, but we kept the fan on all night and weren't bothered by road noise. Enrique at the front desk was a pleasure, very welcoming and friendly. And very patient, as he gave us directions 3 times to a local restaurant. This is a comfortable, clean place to stay.
