It's perfect and the women at the front desk was wonderful. She couldn't have been more helpful. I don't use the pool or breakfast so I cannot comment; but, the room was clean and comfortable. The accommodations are great too. I wouldn't stay at any other hotel in Sierra Vista!

While the hotel itself was very nice for the price and the staff was friendly and helpful, trying to drive to and from the property is difficult. The highway has heavy traffic and there is no traffic light. If you want to reach the mall or the majority of desirable restaurants then you must turn right when traffic allows and make a U turning a mile or so.

We stayed here for three nights while visiting my son at Ft. Huachuca. The room was very comfortable and the housekeeping service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel, well managed. We had some minor problems with the TV that was unavoidable, but management went the "extra mile" to insure our comfort. Excellent breakfast with many choices including pre cooked oatmeal. Accommodations are clean.

Always love the Hampton and this one is no exception. Great beds! The breakfast is always so appealing! And on time. . . Usually a bit early even. Staff is great. Quiet location. . Not much traffic noise. You do need to watch for the sign. It is covered by vegetation.

Unloading area small just for one car. Front entrance narrow, entire hotel seemed to be a miniature Hampton Inn. Hard to find entrance. They remove the decaf coffee for the evening hours when it is needed. Asked if we could give up first floor room and we did, but then they put us at the end of the hall on third floor. Couldn't be farther from the lobby. Not usual Hilton Honors check in. Coffee pot in bathroom, yuck.

I have two recommendations: 1. Change up the breakfast menu a little. I stayed here for two weeks and I think they served eggs and sausage everyday except for the weekend. 2. The managers reception hours are 4:30 to 6. Most business travelers don't get back to the hotel this soon. Also if you are going to provide a managers reception you should have enough food to last until 6. There were a few days that I showed up at 5:30 and there was no food left.

We stayed at this facility during a trip to Tombstone. The staff was very friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. This facility lived up to what we expect from a Hampton property. The breakfast area was comfortable and choices of food more than satisfactory. We would gladly stay at this facility again.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and efficient front desk staff. The free breakfast may be the worst we have ever seen, so don't count on that. The room itself was very clean and in good condition. The shower was too low flow. Overall good place but a bit over- priced.

We usually stay at this hotel when in Sierra Vista. It is centrally located and has good access to the main roads. The staff is always very helpful and tries to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

We chose this Hampton based on the good reviews on TripAdvisor and were not disappointed. The property is centrally located just off highway 92 and really well maintained. This is a perfect stop to see the area attractions including Kartchner caverns which should not be missed. An hour and a half away is the nice mining town of Bisbee and other smaller mining towns. This Hampton Inn offers free high-speed internet access and a handy lap desk and one of the newer LCD TVs. The hotel has a pool and... Read more

We enjoy staying at Hamptons as we travel around the country. We were going to Southern Arizona and saw this location and decided to give it a try. We were checked in with a smile from the front desk lady. Our room was clean and roomy with a clean duvet cover, our favorite part of Hampton. It was stocked with all the other amenities we needed. It's an older hotel but, well run and clean. We stayed for two days and had some minor problems but, nothing that would keep us from coming back. We had a... Read more

We stayed at this property for three weekend nights and it was not crowded or noisy at all. The weekend rates are also a good deal compared to during the week when the hotel has more business travelers. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They even have Tesla charging stations in the parking lot although too many people take up those spaces when they should be parking someplace else. The one recommendation I would have for the hotel is to deep cle... Read more

We attended birthdays at Ft. Huachuca, AZ and stayed at the Hampton Inn. We have stayed there before and find it to be comfortable and convenient. It is an easy 10 minute drive to the post and near restaurants and activities in the area of Sierra Vista. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Upon our late arrival we were met by a delightful night desk manager, Dawn. We will stay there again.

I walked into the room and the floor was soaking wet squishy from the air conditioning and the air conditioning unit was not connected to the wall to adjust temperature which was 65 degrees at the time of entry.

Definitely not your typical Hilton property. When checked in, my room was 98┬░ and the air conditioner was blowing hot. Maintenance came to fix it and the guy asked if I would be good if he can just keep the hot air from blowing out. Wow

Carpets in hallway were gross and in some of the rooms. Rooms were comfy. One of the thermostats was not working in my room and they swapped me out. Staff was friendly and courteous. For the price it was good. Breakfast was bland and eggs rubbery but they were free. Cookies were great.

Very nice comfortable beds. And the staff met all our needs traveling with elderly and a child. We were given our choice of downstairs adjoining room for family of five, as requested. The rooms were lovely, clean, and suited out needs.

200 characters required. Lets just say that the Hampton in always takes care of me however there are mistakes that happen. This time it was a room issued to me that belonged to someone else. There as an "intrusion" type situation that was fixed by the desk and everyone was happy.

Hotel needs renovation. Sub-par for the Hampton Inn brand. Hallway carpets do not look clean, odd smell in the pool area, bed mattresses of sub-par quality. For the room price, I expected much more. However, complimentary breakfast was good, staff was friendly, climate control system worked well.

Spent one night in the hotel and left a shirt hanging in the closet. Called hotel and they said no shirt was found. Asked if anyone had checked into the room that afternoon and they said no so the only ones with access to room was cleaning staff. Called again to talk to manager and she too said no shirt was found. End of conversation. I have left something in a hotel three times over many years and have always had the item mailed back to me but not in Sierra Vista. Wouldn't recommend hotel at al... Read more

I am a Hilton Honors member and generally stand by Hampton Inn...this is an exception. They appear to be short staffed...there was rarely a clerk at the front desk. There are no suites in the hotel. I generally book a king suite with sofa sleeper. Which just allows for a little sitting room. There was no area for purchasing food items or toiletries. Only vending machines and they ate my money. No housekeeping on our second night. Had to get our own towels. The desk chair broke....in g... Read more

This hotel probably rates above average, but not by much. It is a decent facility in a military town. Clean room and bath. Below par "breakfast". Okay parking. Okay access to the highway. Decent HVAC system in the room. Would probably stay here again.

An exceptional place to stay 18 miles from Tombstone. Many choices of restaurants nearby as well. Friendly staff and very clean accommodations. Complimentary breakfast was superb with many items to choose from including hot items. Not the typical continental breakfast that most hotels serve.

We stayed here for two nights as it was a close drive to Tombstone for Helldorado days. The hotel had very good parking. The provided breakfast was better than expected with plenty of choices. It consisted protien dishes and not just carb offerings. The pool area was very nice also.

I travel alot and stay at most of the different Hilton chains and this one by far was the worse and almost made me change over to Marriott. I got in on Sunday and the room wasn't clean neither was the bathroom, MM's wrapper in the room by the bed and extra hair not from me in the bathroom, then on Wednesday I grabbed my computer bag off the other bed and I see a spider crawling on the bed. At this point I asked to speak to the manager and he wasn't there, tried again the next day he was on the p... Read more

I normally like Hampton inns but this one had rooms that need an update. Old equipment in gym does not work well. They need a cable machine. Washer and dryer out of order. Breakfast late and mediocre. Out of fresh fruit. Wish they would update.
