We booked this hotel based upon other reviews on this site but were still pleasantly surprised by what we encountered in our recent 2 night stay. The desk personnel were friendly and helpful; our king suite was larger than expected with a separate sitting area and full kitchenette. Comfortable bed and A/C which kept the room temperature pleasant when sleeping. Bathroom was unusually large with a spacious counter-top providing room to lay out toiletries. A powerful hair dryer was provided and... Read more

Very comfortable accommodations. Room had a flat screen TV, large refrigerator, microwave, sink and all eating/cooking utensils. There is a pool and exercise-room. You also get complimentary light meals Monday throughThursday evening as well as breakfast every day. This was a very enjoyable stay while we visited Bisbee and Tombstone.

Friendly people, nice room and good breakfast. Close to Tombstone and southeastern Arizona historic sites. The room was nicely appointed, comfortable, clean and quiet. A restful atmosphere conducive to a great nightâ??s rest. Which we got. Enjoyed our stay and will return soon.

I was impressed with this hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms and lobby are very clean. lobby is conducive for visiting and guests are encouraged to use the large lobby with plenty of tables to enjoy the happy hour, eat meals, use the barbeques near the pool. I will make sure this is where I stay while in Sierra Vista

We chose this hotel based on price and location. The room was very clean with great amenities. The lobby was large and well suited for the breakfast and happy hour that they offered. The breakfast was standard fare, but good. The staff was so very friendly and accommodating, holding our luggage until the end of our event.

TOP NOTCH! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Complementary wine or beer at Happy Hour, along with a meal being served in the evenings M-Th. Fruit and coffee/tea available in lobby at all times. The rooms are incredibly clean and well-appointed. Quiet, with no noise from the street. Lots of parking with video surveillance. Great gym and nice pool/jacuzzi. A grill for use by pool as well. Excellent location. Laundry facilities available, as well as drop-off cleaning. WiFi, conference r... Read more

Staff did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The facilities were clean and well maintained. If you're in Sierra Vista this is an excellent choice. Located with quick access to everywhere we needed to be.

I had worked in the nearby Army post 18 months ago and found this hotel to be very convenient that trip. Now I had a two-day trip to see nearby Tombstone and Bisbee AZ with my wife. This is only 20 miles from Tombstone. All the restaurants and stores you might want are nearby. The hotel has suite type rooms like a timeshare, with kitchen, plates, utensils, ect. There is also a free breakfast, and to beat all, two free beers or wines per room every evening. The outdoor jacuzzi and pool are ... Read more

We were planning on the fly as we fit in a range of Southern AZ activities. We left Bisbee at dinner time and had a 9:20 am tour in the am at Kartchner Caverns so picked Sierra Vista as a good mid-way location. This was not the lowest cost spot but had 2 rooms available (all Kings, they don't have doubles) so the kids got some air and space for a few hours. They do have a fitness center (important checklist item for my husband). Turns out they had happy hour running until 9pm so my husband and I... Read more

Impeccably clean hotel! Staff in all areas were so friendly and helpful! Happy hour and breakfast were great. Each suite has a King bed and small pull out. Refrigerator, kitchenette, and coffee maker in each room. The wifi coverage was really strong. Would definitely stay there again.

I used to live in Sierra Vista and I have found that things here are usually sub-standard due to lack of near-by competition, but this place is an exception to the rule! The suites have in-room stoves and full-sized refrigerators, a desk, two comfortable chairs, a nice-sized flat screen, pots, pans, silverware and all manner of cutlery. We're currently staying here at the moment and we've noticed that the rooms are very quiet. I haven't had any normal noise complaints. The staff are always fri... Read more

This is the only hotel we have stayed in with dishes, flatware, a small stove, pans, etc...plus a tiny bottle of dish soap! The pool welcomed our grandchildren who live in Sierra Vista and the hotel welcomed our small dog. An added plus is the recliner in the room.

Great stay- good value for the price especially for longterm guests. Only problem was sort of a big one- AWFUL wifi. The hotel was full so I was unable to connect for my whole stay and had to buy my own hotspot. They weren't very helpful about that, not that there's much they can do.

On check-in, the night manager didn't mention that a lite dinner was available, and where to find pool towels. I couldn't get the internet to work although there were 3 low level wifis available. I asked the night manager, and he said the reason was all the connections were being used. I got on one for 30 seconds, and then it crashed. The following morning, I again asked the day manager and he said that previous residents in room 232 had a similar problem. He brought a router to the room, and af... Read more

This was my second stay here. Stumbled on the hotel during a spring visit. The front desk was very responsive, the breakfast was outstanding and alas a dinner buffet available every night, did I mention that both breakfast and dinner were free! The room was nicely appointed - not lacking for anything.

I stayed at this hotel from October 7, 2016 to October 10, 2016. When checking in, I was offered a room on any floor, and chose the third floor as I was traveling alone. The room was large with a king size bed, a living area, and a kitchenette. Everything was very clean and the bed very comfortable. It was very quiet on the third floor which was very much appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate, there is a happy hour in the evenings, and you also have complimentary p... The things we loved were: BIG fluffy and new down pillows, Clean crisp sheets, clean smelling hallways and rooms, fantastic service from the staff, wifi was fast. Our room was very nice! Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, stainless steel fridge, a couch, a lazy boy and a big comfortable king bed. Oh and a nice and newer flat screen tv with Direct TV channels.
