We are frequent guests at this Hampton Inn in Show Low. We travel often for work and generally stay in Hilton Family hotels and this Hampton Inn is one of our favorites. The customer service is fabulous and I have to say there cleaning staff keeps the hotel and rooms immaculate!! Definitely the place to stay!

The "gym" was good, the pool clean and nice. The breakfast was great and so are the chocolate chip cookies! Room was spotless, truly quiet, great bed. Loved how we were greeted every time we came in and they had great information about local restaurants.

Very clean. Everyone was very helpful and kind. They served warm fresh baked cookies in the early evening. Pool was clean and well stocked with clean towels. Many items to choose from for breakfast. Coffee was very good and strong. We came from Colorado for a birthday party and Mothers Day and had never stayed here before. We will be it a yearly trip now and stay here. For the price, we got much more than we bargained for.

I loved the interesting woodsy style of the hotel exterior. The first floor was also unique, in the breakfast area, where the windows were tow stories tall. The rest of the stay was typical good Hampton quality beds, linens, bathrooms, internet, etc. Views from the rear rooms overlooked woods, a field, and small stream. The only down side of this hotel is that it is about 1-1/2 miles from the main light in Show Low. No big deal, but it meant no restaurants were right nearby. It also was a bit pr... Read more

We are avid Hampton stayers. There have been very few we have ever had problems with. This Hampton is one of the best. The hotel staff was friendly. The room was very clean. I loved the room set up. It was very inviting. The breakfast was like most hotel breakfast would be, however they kept everything hot (or cold as the case may be) and everything was fresh. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I was surprised to find such a wonderful, clean, comfortable place in the middle of Show Low, where I visit my brother each year. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return. I had a room with a view of a small river and it was scenic and very relaxing. Also I loved the food at Cattlemen's Steak house in Show Low. The breakfast at hotel was very good.

This was an awesome place for a last minute stay. So last minute that i forgot my makeup removal towels.... well, i went into the restroom and BOOM! there was an individually wrapped towel ready to use. Awesome place. I will be returning. Oh and got to watch Game of Thrones, awesome view from our room. The breakfast was delicious and all the STAFF was excellent.

The staff was extremely nice, and helpful. My wife and I were greeted in a friendly professional manner. Our questions concerning local attractions and restaurants were answered along with several suggestions. Our balcony room on the 3rd floor was spotless and in excellent condition. We were recommended to stay on this property by my nephew and it was a wonderful choice. Facility is well maintained, rooms are very spacious, staff was extremely friendly and breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that we had to drive 4 1/2 hours to get there. The staff was extremely proud of the fact that they were rated best in Arizona and it certainly was.

We were moving from Peoria, AZ back to Colorado. Had U-Haul trailer trouble - a nightmare drive from Phoenix to Show Low, and realized there was no way we were making it back to CO with the trailer behind my Xterra. We stopped at Hampton Inn Show Low, and regrouped. After facing 7 hours of certain death on the highway with an overloaded trailer, I'm sure we looked like the walking dead when we checked in. Room had a great view of the pasture behind the hotel. Staff was courteous. Bed was a little too firm for our liking. Price was a little much for a one night mid week stay even when booked with another site. Clean and well maintained. Was unhappy with being charged for the room on the "incidental" card when it was pre-paid. Called and waiting for the return. Staff was very apologetic and not demeaning.

The Hampton Inn Show Low is a newer property, situated at the corner of a valley, far enough from the main road that even the road-facing rooms are nice and quiet. The bed appeared it would be soft but created such soreness it keep waking me up all night because I had to change positions. Why can't hotels just get decent mattresses. Not hard not soft just decent quality. At $140.00, just to lay your head down for 8 hours I expect to be able to sleep.

I would only give an excellent to a Homewood Suites or a Embassy Suites. Staff was good, breakfast was good (for a Hampton Inn). I would certainly stay there again if I ever got back to Show Low.
